Skysong hit the ground with a thud as the older wolf flung her loose. Large paws pinned her down and her eyes widened in terror as she looked up at the colorless femmora. Her heart was pounding wildly. Fangs lashed toward her throat. Skysong bit back a howl of fright. If she made noise, Kunai would come help her. She didn't want that. It would get him killed. Run Kunai! Keep running! Skysong thought frantically.

(OOH I HAVE A SAVOIR TO COME!!!)
Jen growled and gripped her throat. She had short plan for this wolf. She was going to ripped the throat open and kill this one too. This wolf shouldn't have gotten in the way. She snarled through the flesh.
A huge wolf four times the size of Jen ripped across the land. He had a short stub for a tail and scars and wounds everywhere. He had a large scar across his face and he had red flshing eyes. He drew near quickly and was soon three feet away. He sat on his haunches and lept on the attacker. He ripped her off the neophyte and pinned her down like a rabbit. He snarled viciously.

Kuani let go when Jen's neck and it made him hit the ground. "SKYSONG!" He really wanted to cry but he knows that she was still alive. THe pup ran toward the pup almost crying. "Skysong.... you okay? Whoever saved us will take you to a healer very quickly." He told her while he was crying. [/center] |

Skysong simply laid where she'd been. She felt a bruise blooming across her ribs from Jen putting her weight on the pup. She'd been saved, she knew that much. Her silver eyes were wide and wild with fear and she only barely heard Kunai's voice. She was shaking with fright. Skysong was sure she should have died. Blood was winding through her blue-black fur, blooming across her chest and neck from where Jen had bitten her. It seemed Jen's fangs had torn part of her neck when the brute had slammed into her and pulled her off.

The evil- looking wolf snarled and pinned her down, crushing her ribs. He heard sounds of cracking bones. He had massive black- red paws and long, sharp, blood- stained claws. He lunged at her throat and ripped at it.
Life was leaving. She saw the light leaving. It all had happened to quickly. She fell limp.

Life....
It has it's ups and downs. The up part of life is that there are so many of mericals in the world, you only have to use them when you really need them. Downs is that life can be so threatening. It had to his his mother that almost killed one of the ones that he loves so much. Skysong just layed there like she died but she as still breathing. "Skysong, don't worry you will be O.K. don't worry," Kunai licked her on the check. [/center] |

Skysong turned her head a bit, muzzle brushing Kunai's. Things had definately not gone as planned. All she'd been planning to do was hunt for Bluefrost, show her new mentor that she knew something. Now she was laying with blood coming out of her neck and Kunai acting like she was dying. Wait a second...was she dying? Skysong tried to roll over and stand but her paws merely twitched a bit. When she moved her head, pain shot down her neck, rocketing down her spine. Was this dying or just plain injuries? Skysong saw Kunai and whined. It was a soft sound, barely heard, her sterling eyes darker then usual.

The wolf snarled at the body and lept off it. He dragged it to the shadows and left it there. A dark cold wolf will desinegrate in a dark cold place. He left the body. He easily followed the scents of the wolves with his sensitive nose.
This now dead wolf reminded him of himself. A cold killer. He was the dark side of the prophesy. He was a legend. In a bad way. He was known everywhere and resented. He was evil. (yes past WAS)
He came to a stop near the wolves.

Kunai pricked his ears and turn around. "Hey... can you help us?" He asked the wolf that saved their lives. Kunai really wanted to help but he couldn't heal anyone and that maybe the wolf is a healer or can put Skysong on his back and take her to the herb healers. |

His one eye glinted and he smiled his blood- stained smile. He was a lot larger than these wolves and he had huge paws. He had long, sharp blood- stained claws. He was stained red from blood. He nodded.
"Of course," his deep voice rumbled.

Yes! This was the best thing ever that happened to Skysong and him, a wolf that could heal her right now at this second! "Skysong, the wolf can heal you right now he said!!!" Kunai barked to her with his tail wagging. "Skysong... next time you do that... don't do it.... it was me who was after and plus my brothers and sisters was going to find out that Jen killed me from my scent. Please don't do it again. The large wolf raced off for like literally three seconds and returned with many different herbs. He also had a water- soaked moss balls and like a pound of cob- webs. He set them down and picked up one of the moss balls. He looked at the wound on her neck and dripped water in. This was to wash out dirt and blood. He set the moss ball aside and took three herbs and chewed them all together. He spit them on his paw and placed them on her wound. He knew that would sting a little. He took part of the cob webs and placed them on the wound. They were not only to stop the bleeding but to make sure the herbs did not fall until it was time. He grabbed one moss ball and gave it to Kunai.
"Give her water." he ordered.

Kunai took the ball of moss and ran the other direction where he got that fish. When he got there it looked excatly the same. He put his head under the water and let the ball of moss absorb the water. After that he put his head up and ran back where the wolf was at with Skysong. He put down the ball of moss. "here you go." Skysong was silent as the two moved about. She flinched when cobwebs were applied to her wounds but didn't utter a sound. So Kunai hadn't wanted her to help? Skysong knew he probably should have known she'd do it anyway. The point was he'd been targetted. She wasn't going to let him get killed by his own mother. At least if she did die, it would be protecting a packmate and a friend.

The lf grabbed the moss ball in his teeth and parted Skysong's jaw with the tip of his paw. He dripped the water in and then removed his paw. He sat and waited to see the wolf's reaction.
