Your bottles' almost empty You know this can't go on Because of you my mind is always racing The needles' breaking your skin The scar is sinking in And now your trip begins but It's all over for It's all over for
Most of the snow was gone now, save for a small chunk here and there in the shade where the fiery rays of the sun could not reach its icy shell. The trees towered high above, letting in few rays of sunlight and so casting an even darker and eerie feel upon the forest. Not that it mattered, for even if a ray had managed to squeeze itself through the high above canopy the beast would have dashed as far away from it as possible. As if the beauty and warmth would slaughter him with even the slightest contact. The ground was hard, firm and cold. Debris that had been strewn along the floor before Winter was now visible to the eyes once more. The land was dangerously silent. No beautiful birdsong echoing in even the darkest crevices of the forest. No happy chattering of bushy tailed squirrels as they danced along above the head's of the beast's who were forced to dwell on the earth alone. Not even the whistle of the wind as it would weave its way through the branches of the many different types of trees. Nothing. You For you When you're on the edge and falling off It's all over for you For you When you're on the edge and falling off It's all over
The beast itself was a mystifying sight. The creation stood at three and a half feet in height, a result of bloodlines that dated far back into the history of wolf. Its weight was great too as it was approximately one hundred and ninety pounds. From the tip of its tail to the edge of its nose it was about seven feet long. The peltage of this particular specimen was one of pure snow. Not a single hair on its pelt wavered towards any other shade. Optics were like two chunks of ice; cold, hard and emotionless. Its figure was extremely muscular and the creature would certainly be quite the challenge in a fight, it had won all of its battles in the past. Even when outnumbered. Now, this creature had every right to be a blood-lusting killer. In the past there had been a time when he was just that. Now, though, fangs were long and pearly. No crimson stains from the blood of wolves. Its claws were just as clean and pure. I know what runs through your blood You do this all in vain Because of you my mind is always racing And it gets under my skin To see you giving in And now your trip begins but It's all over for It's all over for
The forest began to thin, the trees growing farther and farther apart. The beast was long out of his land, the land of the loners. The land of the rogues. The scents of the pack wolves were strong here. Not one,or even two, but all four. The dark forest like scent of the Yozoran's. The more open, wind like scent of the Destinians. The higher mountain scent of the Sheerans. That last scent was of the Siverians, though he couldn't tell much besides that. Now,perhaps he had not correctly understood the scents, perhaps he had mixed them up. Still, the fact that the beast was so close, was in the territory of pack wolves should have frightened it. Made it wary and careful at the least. It did no such thing. You For you When you're on the edge and falling off It's all over for you For you When you're on the edge and falling off It's all over
As rays of the diminishing sunlight seeped through the canopy the beast hid more in the shadows. Trying its best to stay away from the warmth of the light. As the trees grew farther and farther apart this became difficult. Soon the beast had to dash and leap and twist in the air to avoid the rays. Once as it lept over a fallen and rotting log a ray sliced along its right shoulder. The creature recoiled into the shadows, its maw parted in ferocious silent snarls. As if the ray had been a claw gouging a fatal wound in its being. Almost immediately it continued onward. The beast itself was unsure of where it was headed. All it new was that it was already dead. Or at least, it felt like it was dead. And now you're dead inside Still you wonder why It's all over And now you're dead inside Still you wonder why It's all over
The beast's only reason for continuing in the dreaded cycle that was life had disappeared. Gone on to the next realm, been taken by the twilight wolves. It wasn't fair. It wasn't fair. The creature's very purpose for existence no longer existed as a live wolf, no longer would lye in that warm den by his side in the cold nights. No longer would hunt for their pups, or tell him that he was still loved. That he mattered and had a reason. No longer would rub her beautiful sunset pelt, which he still thought was more gorgeous and perfect then even the natural sunset, against his snowy one. No longer would look into his eyes with those beautiful pools of hers and tell him he was loved. No longer. No longer. No longer. Beautiful, perfect, gorgeous Sunblaze was gone. And now you're dead inside Still you wonder why When you're on the edge and falling off It's all over for (You, for you) And now you're dead inside Still you wonder why When you're on the edge and falling off It's all over for (You, for you) And now you're dead inside Still you wonder why It's all over
Farther and farther it ran. The beast's family was dead to it now. Its beautiful daughters, Sierra and Yoru and the adopted Belle. Svel, its sister, was dead to it as well. For she had sworn never to look at him again, for she had felt that he had betrayed her. There was no one left for him now. The creature had to create wide circles to skirt and escape the warmth of the rays now. It dashed and weaved in a trail that was practically impossible to track. Still, it was not so horrible as it had been. The rays were diminishing and the last light of day was disappearing. As the creature broke from the barrier and safety of the forest a horrifying thing met its eyes. The beautiful yellow gold of the sunset painted the sky and shaded its peltage a light pink. There was only one thought, one word, in its head as it watched, features contorted in agony. [glow=yellow,2,300]Sunblaze[/glow]

Welcome to the planet Welcome to existence Everyone's here Everyone's here
Lonesome yet proud, a black sumdge made its way around the lake, searching for something she couldn't identify. The black fae would be nearly old enough to become a wolven warrior, but she was of no pack. She was a rouge, like many others in the valley... A rouge with a heavy heart. Why did my family die?Her brother-- and herself-- had discovered Halo and Mosca's dead bodies lying in the woods, slaughtered by a hunter and his dogs. And daddy.... he's dead too. Same with mother.Rabid Fell and ill Merci had died long ago. Shiro is missing...Both her brothers were gone. And I am alone. She was alone. I dare you to move Like today never happened Today never happened before
Kasa, a mirror image of Merci and with the same bright, amber orbs as her "aunt" Mosca, froze on her trek along the lakeshore. A figure was advancing toward her. She bunched her muscles, preparing her small frame to flee from the scene if this wolf wasn't friendly... Between who you are and who you could be Between how it is and how it should be
Where you gonna go? Salvation is here

At night I hear it creeping At night I feel it move I’ll never sleep here anymore There's nothing left, there's nothing left. Sunblaze.... Dead. Mosca.... I've lost her. Yoru... Despises me. Sierra.... Dead to me. Belle.... Never will know. Faith... Dead. Fate.... Dead. Hope.... Dead. Ronin... my rival.... Dead. Kojo... Dead. Akani.... Dead. Svel.... Despises me. Gnaw... Dead. Bite.... Dead. Mila... Dead. Claw... Dead. I wish you never told me I wish I never knew I wake up screaming It’s all because of you
Now the beast stood in the wide open air. No icy wind whipped against it until it thought it would collapse. Yet it felt like its very self was giving up. The lush green blades beneath the creature's massive, cracked and sore paws like a heaven it did not want to feel. The beautiful, shimmering glory of the sunset was like torture. It was the torture and agonizing pain the beast would be doomed to live through each and every day, even if it did feel like it was dead already. Like it was but a spirit chained to the earth to be tormented for all of eternity. Finally, when the glory of it ended for the time being, the beast let out a breath it hadn't known it was holding. Still, its face was contorted in agony. The emotional pain, the mental pain, was so powerful the beast was hurting physically as well. Every piece of its flesh felt as if it were on fire. Like someone had tied him down and was burning him alive. So real these voices in my head When it comes back you won’t be Scared and lonely You won’t be scared, you won’t be You won’t be scared and lonely You won’t be scared you won’t be lonely
Eventually the icy optics of the creature seemed to clear. It was as if, though he had been able to see, he was only just seeing. Still, the beast was to far lost to notice the ebony femmora that was near him. Onwards he slunk. Snowy peltage rippling and shimmering over powerful muscles. The beast was about lupus proeliator age, in its prime. The stalks were pressed to the earth beneath its extreme weight, and remained that way even as the beast moved on. Like a trail of blood. Closer and closer he drew to the Twilight Lake. Optics not seeing it, not noticing it. Perhaps the beast should have heard the water rushing and beating against the lake shore. It didn't, because the lake was still. It was as if everything had been prepared before hand. As if the brute's death was to be out of mercy. Then, the Twilight Realm only knows why, icy optics noticed the figure of the ebony femmora. The beast halted in its tracks. It stared at the fae, the strangely familier fae. I know there’s something out there I think I hear it move I’ve never felt like this before I wish you never told me I wish I never knew I wake up screaming It’s all because of you

We were meant to live for so much more Have we lost ourselves? Somewhere we live inside
Kasa flattened herself to the ground, taking a nervous pace back under the fiery gaze of the wolf in front of her. There was absolutely no way that she could even attempt to compete with this brute. She had hardly any battle training... and the wolf was much larger. ...maybe I should run...But she was frozen in place, anxiety flashing through her eyes. Maybe we've been living with our eyes half open Maybe we're bent and broken

So real these voices in my head When it comes back you won’t be Scared and lonely You won’t be scared, you won’t be You won’t be scared and lonely You won’t be scared you won’t be lonely
The ever darkening sky would make sight harder, but the beast had excellent night vision for a wolf. The fae was oh so painfully familiar. From this distance the beast did not know why. As the little fae pressed herself to the earth and took a step back the beast remained motionless. As if frozen to the spot, one paw held in the air as if to take another step. The night was, for the moment, painfully perfect. The beautiful shimmering stars gave the beast enough light to see the fae well. Though not well enough. True, the beast was absolutely famished. It had not eaten in the past few nights. The femme would be an easy meal, but he was no wolf slaughterer. Anyway, even if he had been hungry enough, he still wouldn't have been able to do such a horrible thing to such an innocent looking creature. Its all because of you I wish you never told me I wake up screaming now So real these voices in my head So real these voices in my head I wake up screaming now I wish you never told me I wish I never knew
One paw was set in the direction of the fae. Then another, then another. The beast moved, silently, slowly and carefully, towards her. There were minutes between each and every paw step. It was as if such a simple movement was torture. Optics of ice remained on the fae as he advanced. Tail that had once been held high to show all of his dominance and power was at half mast. As he grew closer, the fae became clearer. Therefore more familiar. Who are you? How do I know you? Who are you? Echoed the beast's thoughts as it advanced. Scared and lonely You won’t be scared, you won’t be You won’t be scared and lonely You won’t be scared you won’t be lonely
It seemed like an eternity had passed when the beast was finally upon the fae. It stood over her for a moment. Slowly, carefully, its crown was lowered. Muzzle nearly brushing the smaller wolf's as the beast tried to see her more clearly. Then he knew why she was familier. "Mosca...." The name was not right, for he used the name of his first love. The fae's eyes, those gorgeous amber eyes, they were Mosca's eyes. Beautiful Mosca's eyes. As the beast uttered the word with a hoarse yet deep voice something strange happened. Its face contorted with such an agony that one would think its heart was being ripped from its chest and its entrails were being spread out on the ground beneath it. And this agony came just from the name. Scared and lonely You won’t be scared, you won’t be You won’t be scared and lonely You won’t be scared you won’t be lonely

I'd give it all to you Letting go of me Reaching as I fall
The fae was genuinely frightened, frozen in fear as the brute continued his approach. Every ounce of instinct screamed at her to run, but she just couldn't seem to find herself. She realized that she didn't know what she would do, even as the brute came within inches of her face. He'll kill me, just like the wolves that Dad and Mosca killed...But she was surprised to hear the whisper of her aunt's name. Kasa perked her ears, fear subsiding. "You... how do you know about Mosca...?" I'd give it all to you I offer up my soul

Now it seems I’m fading All my dreams are not worth saving I’ve done my share of waiting And I’ve still got nowhere else to go So I wait for you to Take me all the way Take me all the way
The beast continued to gaze, or perhaps stare, into those beautiful amber eyes. Mosca's beautfiul amber eyes. Yet, this was not Mosca. How could this be? Those eyes... Is she.... Mosca's daughter? The simple thought was enough to make the brute whip his head up so suddenly that it caused a small bit of wind to momentarily exist. Mosca...if this was Mosca's daughter... then she had found a new love. That was wonderful, as painful and heart wrenching as the thought was to the beast, it was still wonderful. For the beast had never, not even when Sunblaze had given him pups, stopped loving the beautiful Mosca. Seems you’re wanting me to stay But my dreams would surely waste away And I still have nowhere else to go So I wait for you to Take me all the way Take me all the way
The beast's auds managed to swivel, slowly, forward to catch the words that seeped from the fae's maw. Somehow, though he wasn't sure where the words came from, the brute managed to utter a response. Managed to part his maw and speak in that hoarse and worn voice. "Mosca...my beloved Mosca... I know her, because I love her. Is..." For a moment the beast seemed unable to speak, his features contorting in even more agony as he continued with his question. "....she okay? After I....I...broke my loves heart....Is she okay?" Push me under Pull me further Take me all the way Take me all the way

I'm looking at you through the glass... Don't know how much time has passed Oh, god it feels like forever But no one ever tells you that forever Feels like home sitting all alone inside your head
Kasa lowered her muzzle, a crushing sorrow washing over her. "...Aunt Mosca... she used to take care of us after fell died... he and my Uncle." She could tell that this wolf cared about her, and she couldn't bring herself to say that last of her explination. "..." Just listen to the noises (No more sad voices) Before you tell yourself It's just a different scene Remember it's just different from what you've seen

Push me under Pull me further Take me all the way Take me all the way
The beast found itself tossing its crown to and fro. Icy optics slicing and jabbing at everything that could be seen. Praying and hoping that the beloved Mosca would emerge from the forest. Would come into view. "Where is she? I desperately need to-" Suddenly the beast broke off. Its crown was turned back towards the fae. In its optics there was a look so beyond horror, beyond pain and sadness and love that it was indescribable. "....used....?" The single word rolled off his dry tongue. Escaping from his parched maw with a different note then the other words. With a questioning ring to it. Snowy tail was lowered considerably as the brute pondered the fae's words. Now it seems you’re leaving But we’ve only just begun And you’ve still got nowhere else to go So I wait for you to Take me all the way Take me all the way
For a very long time the beast studied the fae. Trying to understand what she had meant by 'used'. Finally his facial expression changed. "No...No.....No....!" It shook its crown back and forth in agony. No! Mosca, she can't be... Not her too... Not Mosca... Why? She's.... Dead... The realization of what this small wolf was saying made the beast tremble with the deep sorrow that he felt. "Not Mosca too....Not Mosca too.... She was the only one left! Not Mosca too!" The beast's cries were deep and extremely loud. So loud that they became desperate agonized howls that broke through the silence of the night like a knife jabbing at your heart. Push me under Pull me further Take me all the way Take me all the way

I don't think you trust In my self righteous suicide I cry when angels deserve to die
As the nightly silence broke, so did Kasa. Tears fell from her eyes, the eyes so hauntingly identical to Mosca's... "We found her in the woods... she was trying to save Uncle Halo from the hunters and the dogs!" The she-wolf felt her heart grow heavy as she spoke. "...they both died." The agony of this brute's voice was heartbreaking, and the small wolf began to tremble. And, once again, she kept out another detail: I think she was carrying pups. Why have you forsaken me In your eyes forsaken me In your thoughts forsaken me In your heart forsaken me

Push me under Pull me further Take me all the way Take me all the way On and on he howled. When the beast needed to breathe he halted his cries for a mere second. Then another howl erupted and rang in the night. Again and again and again this happened. How could I... If I hadn't.... I should have never... Should have never... It's not fair... Mosca... She didn't deserve to die... Not beautiful Mosca... Not my perfect Mosca... The beast had always called her 'my' Mosca. Perhaps it was because he loved her so deeply. No, not perhaps, it was.
And I’ve been waiting so long And I’ve been waiting so long And I’ve been waiting so long
The great beast could finally howl no more. Or perhaps chose to stop. From beneath the lid of the massive creation a single crystal droplet slithered down his face. Making a pathway between the hair's on his features and traveling right down until it left the edge of his muzzle and splattered to the earth. No more tears followed. That was more then he had cried for Sunblaze, for he had been so agonized and tortured by her death that the beast had not even been able to cry over her. Instead it had ran, deserted the pups and ran. Deserted its old life and ran. So I wait for you to Take me all the way

I see nothing in your eyes, and the more I see the less I like. Is it over yet, in my head?
Kasa slowly crept forward until he was directly beside him, looking up at the taller wolf. Then, tenderly, the fae licked his ear, trying to give an ounce of comfort. "...is your name Thite?" she asked softly. Is he the wolf that Mosca had mentioned? So sacrifice yourself, and let me have what's left. I know that I can find the fire in your eyes. I'm going all the way, get away, please.

Push me under Pull me further Take me all the way Take me all the way
The creature's optics seemed to be dull for a moment. As if it had to just stop and try and put its mind back together. The attempt was useless. Its thoughts were so mixed up and impossible to comprehend that no amount of concentration could make sense of them. Suddenly there was a warmth on his ear, a wetness. The small fae was trying to comfort him, as best she could. But the warmth was like poison, as he felt he did not deserve anyone's kindness. It took every ounce of strength the beast had not to jerk its crown up and away from the fae."Yes." The beast startled itself by speaking. For a moment it was unsure of what question it had answered. Then it remembered, the fae had asked if he was Thite. "But I hardly deserve a name...I am nothing but a cur, a whelp. A scar on the beauty of the world." The beast's voice was cold and bitter as he spoke, yet it was agonized too. Finally some thought, that should have been obvious, rang in his head. The brute looked down to the fae. "....how do you know my name..." Push me under Pull me further Take me all the way Take me all the way

That I love you I have loved you all along And I miss you Been far away for far too long
The ebony fae looked at her paws. "I was spying on Dad when I was a pup-- he was talking to Mosca. They had a long conversation, and Mosca kept talking about you..." There was a pause, as if she didn't know whether to keep talking or not. "She loved you very much." I keep dreaming you'll be with me and you'll never go Stop breathing if I don't see you anymore

And I’ve been waiting so long And I’ve been waiting so long And I’ve been waiting so long
The beast found itself gazing at the little fae. The words flowed from it's maw like a stream, so fast and close together they were almost impossible to understand. "And I broke her heart. My love, my love, I broke your heart. And in the end here I stand with nothing. I broke your heart, and now I too have bleeding wounds. How could I have broken your heart?"Though the beast's optics of ice were gazing upon the pretty ebony fae it was as if it was speaking to Mosca. Its voice was low and tainted with pain and heartbreak. Its eyes nearly overflowing and its heart bleeding like an open wound. Once again its maw was raised to the night and another wolf song was bled out into the night. So I wait for you to Take me all the way Take me all the way
