[Destiny]

The fury seemed to dissolve as quickly as it had come. What was he livid about? Now he wasn't even sure where the emotions had come from. All the beast knew was that, above everything else, he still felt for this wolf. No matter what she had done, what he had done, how stupid they had both been. How foolish and idiotic. He cared for this wolf, more then anything in the world, he cared for this wolf.
I...
I still...
I still love you...
Sunblaze...
The thought had come from his heart, not his mind, and he knew it was as close to reality as he could get. For as long as the sky was blue, he would love her. For as long as the grass was green, he would love her. For as long as he lived, and forever after, he would always, always, always love her. The soft flicker of a passion so deep that it was unfathomable glimmered faintly in his light blue optics. Leaning forward the brute gently touched his nose to her forehead. "Sunblaze... don't ever leave me again... I can't survive without you... I need you....I love you..." The words were spoken in such a soft voice that it seemed impossible that they were coming from a beast who had been just moments before in a terrifying fury. Yet they were true. They were pure. They were reality.

[Ärï]

As Thite moved forward, Sunblaze flinched. She cursed herself mentally for doing it but she couldn't help it. A furious Thite was a scary Thite, even to a femme that had seen so much evil in the world. Nothing was crueler then the wolf she loved being so furious with her. She felt like a dog that had betrayed its master. It was a sickening feeling that made Sunblaze's stomach clench but she couldn't help it. His words were soft spoken and Sunblaze barely caught them. When they processed in her mind, her eyes snapped open, surprise all over her face.

How could he say he loved her when she was such a horrid wolf? A terrible mother and so...unfaithful? It didn't seem right...

"Thite" Sunblaze murmured though it sounded more like a whimper from a beaten wolf. "I don't deserve that and you know it." Her eyes fell once more upon the ground, head bowed in shame. "Take Sierra and Yuki to the packs or something. Someone there will love them in ways I can't seem to. I've messed up too many times to be forgiven."

[Destiny]

"Sierra, Yoru and Belle will be going to the packs. I plan and speaking with the Siverians about it. That would be a fit home for our pups. I am no father and you are no mother. As harsh as those words are we both know them as the reality of things." The words were somewhat painful to speak, but they were thr truth. Their daughters would be safe amoung the pack wolves. Able to live the lives they deserved. "Perhaps your not deserving of my love. But whatever you say, whatever you do, whatever has been done, I still love you. I'll always love you, no matter what. Nothing can change that.Nothing." The words were spoken in a calm tone. Almost as if to reassure both herself and himself. The beast rocked backwards so that he was sitting, then lowered his massive figure so that he was face to face with Sunblaze. "You could kill me, and I would still love you."

[Ärï]

The greif only a mother could feel welled up in Sunblaze and her ears laid back. Though she was a young mother, Sunblaze still loved her young...she just...didn't know how to raise them or what to do for them. They probably hated her for leaving them anyway. Sunblaze wanted to howl her mourning but remained silent. There was no time for such things right now...Sunblaze was sure she'd never be able to grieve but she supposed it was only fitting. Her whole life had been grieving for one wolf or another, for their soul or their memory.

"I can't stay with you Thite" Sunblaze murmured.

[Destiny]

The beast turned then, optics gazing in the direction of the gorge. It was far in the loner territory's but it was fitting. He should have died there all those moons ago, slaughtered by Ronin. Not saved by Serra. Not cared for by Faith and Hope. "Then, if you will not be with me, I choose not to continue my life." The beast began to walk off. Footfalls heavy, tail brushing the ground, eyes dull, mind blank.
I'll jump off the edge.
Be smashed up by the rocks on the way down.
I'll be carried into the rapids by the fast flowing river.
Thrown over the waterfall onto the jagged rocks below.
Washed up in a bloody heap on the shore.
Then, if I'm still alive, I'll wait there for my death.
A carefully thought out plan. The only thing that could change what would happen, the only creature that could affect Thite's plan of suicide, was Sunblaze. And it was highly unlikely that she would interfere, as she didn't want to be with him anymore. She'd made that clear.

[Ärï]

Horror shot through Sunblaze as if she'd been struck by lightning. Springing to her paws, the femme bounded after Thite. He was a large male and oving slow. Sunblaze was a light-boned, lean female. That made her faster, especially when she ran. Sunblaze sprang and sank her fangs into Thite's scruff, tackling the brute, trying not to sneeze as his fur tickled her nose, teasing her with his scent. "You jump" she growled in his ear, "And I'll bring you back to life and kill you myself." She would NOT let him be that stupid. She wasn't worth and Sunblaze knew it but she wouldn't let him waste his life just because of her. It just wasn't worth it. "Where are Yoru and Sierra?" she asked softly, releasing Thite's scruff. "I won't let them be alone if your going to throw your life away. They don't deserve that. You don't deserve any of this."

[Destiny]

The voice of the beast seemed hollow. "Yoru, I saw her earlier this morning actually. She doesn't want to have to look at the creature that destroyed her family, and she made that clear by leaving her mark. She should be crossing the border into Siverian terra about now, Belle in her jaws. I don't know where Sierra is..." The brute moved so that the fur on his neck would be blwon the wrong way by the wind. Revealing a new wound to add to the scars on his neck. A small set of bite marks that seemed to have ceased its bleeding many hours ago. Yoru's little reminder of her hatred for him. "I do deserve this Sunblaze. I fell in love with two faes. Chose the one I loved more and ruined her life. My children hate me, my mate hates me. My family, dead and alive, hates me." And that was the truth. Sure, they had said they loved him. All of them. But did they meen it? No!

[Ärï]

Sunblaze winced at the sight of the bites on Thite's neck. Something maternal inside her writhed angrily when Thite said Yoru had Belle. She was giving the pup to strangers! No! Her jaw clenched but Sunblaze forced herself to relax and speak. "Thite...come with me to the Siverians. Let's make our peace with our daughters. Yoru can't raise Belle. I know I cared for her a short time but she's as much my daughter as Yoru and Sierra. I know...I know I'm not much of a mother but I want to give it another try...to be what they wanted in their mother. You can help me. We can fix this Thite."

Gently, Sunblaze nuzzled Thite's neck. In her mind Sunblaze was scolding herself. If Yoru wanted to see the beast that tore apart her family she should have scarred Sunblaze, not Thite. Thite was innocent of wrongdoings. Anything he had been accused of had always been wrong but the world had beat him down, just as it had done to her. It made them believe they were wrong. She wouldn't stand for it anymore.

[Destiny]

Daddy! Daddy help! DADDY!!!
The words screamed loud and clear in his mind. Almost as if someone nearby had said them. Auds perked but no sounds were brought to them. The voice... it... was Belle's! YORU! Thite's optics clouded with dread and fear. "Something's wrong. Something's very wrong." The brute began to nervously pace. Trying to figure out which way to take. "Sunblaze, come on!" With those words the brute turned, exhausted as he was, and bolted in the direction of Siverian terra. In the direction of Yoru and Belle.

The femme's coat was a dark reddish color, stained with blood. Yes, the blood lust was on the little fae. The creature lying dead at her paws was nothing more then a simple fox, a small one at that. But she had slaughtered it herself, the thrill was beyond anything she had ever known. It was the thrill that Serra had so often known, but it was different from her aunt's. It was not needed. It was not controlling. The disease was in her veins too. Strong enough that she coughed almost every second and choked out blood daily. The furious rage that filled her was beyond anything she could comprehend. Thite. Must. Die.

The miniature pup whimpered and continued her silent pleas. Hoping that daddy would come. The ebony red streaked fae was cowering now, hiding from Yoru. The sight of her sister in such a state was terrifying.

[Ärï]

It felt like something inside Sunblaze had exploded. Her head snapped up and isntantly she was on edge. It seemed Thite was much the same. When he beckoned she leapt to her paws and sprang after him. Sharp topaz eyes burned the foliage that dared block her path and her nose picked up on her kins' scents instantly. Yoru. Belle. She had to get to them. Sunblaze shot past Thite, running full pelt. Someone was trying to hurt her young ones. They would pay. A feral snarl rippled from Sunblaze's throat and her eyes were alight with bloodlust as she sprang through the bushes and cannoned into the body of another wolf, a blood stained wolf.

[Destiny]

The femme twisted. The look in her topaz optics a glittering rage. Instinctively she lashed out at her attacker with bloody claws. Little did she know, that it was her own mother.Sunblaze. The one that Thite had said was dead.
Get out of my way.
Thite must die.
He ruined my family.
He must die.

The little femme whimpered and cried pitifully. Words spoken aloud now. "Daddy!Daddy!Daddy!"She never thought to call for her mommy, for she had been led to believe that Sunblaze was dead.

The alabaster beast emerged not a moment behind his sunset mate. Optics spotted Sunblaze and a bloody femme, but he didn't realize who the other was. Auds caught the pitiful calls of his little one. Quickly he found Belle and picked her up. Carrying her into the forest and laying her by an old fox hole, nudging her to go in. "You'll be safe down there."

[Ärï]

No amount of blood or other stench could hide the scent of a pup from its mother. It was nearly impossible. Sunblaze writhed and snapped at Yoru's paws and limbs. "Yoru stop this!" Sunblaze barked, voice sharp and clear like a mother rebuking her pup for misbehaving. "Thite is not to blame for your suffering!" Sunblaze lunged at her daughter as bloody claws raked across Sunblaze's muzzle. Sunblaze didn't flinch. She wouldn't step down. This wasn't Yoru but she hoped Yoru was still there. "I'm to blame Yoru." Sunblaze forced her daughter to meet her gaze and stepped back. Her tail hung limp behind her, standing firmly between Thite and Yoru. She waited. If Yoru listened she would attack and Sunblaze would let her fangs and claws fall where they will. She wouldn't fight her own daughter.

[Destiny]

The look on the femme's features was twisted with rage, agony and hatred. "I. Hate. You. All." The voice was low and poured acid. "Goodbye. Mother." Yoru wanted to slaughter Thite, no matter what she wanted to blame him for this. And mother's words were agonizing. Yoru hated them all. Not even Sierra would have been able to sway her now. Not even Belle. With those simple words the femme turned and dashed off in the direction of Siverian terra. She was almost there. Her escape. She could make a life for herself there. If they would take her.

The brute watched as Sunblaze and Yoru seemed to face off. Wondering what would happen next. He wouldn't hurt his daughter, but he wouldn't watch his mate be harmed either. Figure was tensed. Yoru's words were so agonizing to hear that a low whimper was emitted from his maw.

The little pup had done as instructed. But at the faint whimper from daddy she emerged and padded carefully over to him. Standing between his legs and licking his paw in a comforting action.

[Ärï]

"But I still love you" Sunblaze murmured softly. A lone tear wove its way from her eyes and dropped to the ground next to her paw. A wince twisted Sunblaze's features as something jabbed her stomach. She knew perfectly well what it was, even though she wished it wasn't what she thought it was. The reason she'd been gone so long. The reason her family had fallen apart. Someday she'd find the brute that had ruined her life and kill him with the passion Yoru had wanted to kill Thite. Someday but not today.

The reason for Sunblaze's absence had been shame. Pure shame. A lone brute had overpowered Sunblaze and brutes being brutes had known the "use" for a femme. The shame had forced Sunblaze to leave. Now as she stood in the clearing, blood trickling from three gashes on her muzzle and Yoru and Thite behind her, she didn't know if she could tell Thite. Didn't know what she would do. She felt lost....

[Destiny]

The brute reached down and licked Belle a top the head. Then he returned his soft gaze to Sunblaze. "What's wrong Sunblaze. You can tell me... you know that, you can tell me anything." Concern made its way onto the beast's features. Yoru was gone and Thite knew his daughter would never be coming back. Sierra... he didn't know where she was. So for now, he had Sunblaze and Belle. A family of three.

Being a pup she quickly picked up on emotions. Timidly Belle approached Sunblaze. Soft pink tongue rasping against her mother's paw.
