Liv, now bloody and scarred, limped slowly over the hill to where her family had made their den. She had the sleeping Blue Moon in her jaws. "Motherr!" she called. It was hard to understand due to her already limited English, and ther fact that Blue Moon muffled her speech.

Diablo padded up to Liv, and he looked up, startled, when he saw the pup. "Liv... where did you get that pup--?" He turned, and barked loudly. "Lucinda! Liv found a pup!"

Liv dropped Blue Moon in he rmossy nest and turned to face her father, nearly collapsing in the process. "It vwas...Verluste....deville-fae...." She began to hyperventilate. "And Svetta! She saved me!" She gasped as she saw the S engraved in her pad. It glowed a pale silver.

Diablo stepped back, eyes fixed on the S. "L-Lucinda!" He forced himself to look away from Liv.
Fade ran up. "What happened, Liv--?" She stared not at the pup, but the mark on her foreleg.

Liv's breathing increased in speed. "Found Arroyo...dying...vanished...poles...seven...triangle...another seven...rescued...other seven...gone....pup..needed...help...Silver Mist....Nightshade...Oak..." She gazed at the pup curiously. It's paw, too, glowed silver where it had been cut.

"Get your mother," Diablo murmured to Fade.
The fae nodded and ran, calling her mom's name.
Diablo looked at the pup. "Is it of SilverMist, then?"

"Oui!" She breathed.
Lucinda sprinted over to them, dropping the rabbit she had caught. "What happened?" She gasped.

Diablo relayed all that Liv had said to Lucinda. After he finished, he glanced at the pup. "And now they both have scars... and this pup needs to be taken home."

Lucinda sniffed the pup curiously and began to wash it. "Well she's not in bad shape...we coulld take her home, now...."
Liv looked fondly at the young pup. "She was the last to be hung...." She coughed.

Diablo licked the pup as if it were his own. "Ahh, then the best cure is family." He looked up at Lucinda. "Let's take her back, then."

"HER?!" Blue Moon spat indignantly. "I'm a HE!!!"

Diablo coughed. "Stupid typo's," he muttered in an undertone. Raising his voice, he woofed, "Come, then." He turned and began to head towards pack terra.

Liv smiled warmly at the pup. "Can you walk on your own?" She inquired.
"Yes, thank you!" Blue Moon stood up shakily but was able to keep up with them.

Diablo kept a good pace with long strides, but had to stop occasionally to wait for Blue Moon. "What is your name?" he asked finally.
Fade walked beside Liv, and looked over at the pup.

"Blue Moon," He barked proudly, but a little unsure of himself. "My momma's name is Nightshade and my daddy's name is Oak," He announced. He was completely unaware that his father was no longer among the living...
Lucinda looked at Liv worridly. "Ca va?"
"Ca va comme ci comme ca, motheir. It haz been a rough day..."
