Aliya stood protectivly over the pup.To protect it from the wind.
Sothis padded over to Zuni.The brute stared deeply into Zuni's eyes.His own midnight blue eyes reflecting his odd calmness.

"If I am going blind," even though Zuni didn't want to believe it, "what will happened. I definitely don't want to retire from being a warrior." He blinked again, this time everything seemed to be dissapearing.
Grug thought for a moment. He had always noticed one wolf at the meetings from Black Mist. It was a young wolf who could see perfectly well, but always preffered to keep his eyes closed. His ears would always twitch at even the littlest whisper. If I can find that wolf, maybe he can help Zuni. But the wolf is always guarded by another bigger one. And he's huge and I really don't want to go in a fight with him.

"Going blind?" Sirius barked, looking concerned. He looked toward the front of the line of wolves. They still had a way to go before they could rest. "Silver, lead him for now. When we rest, Sedaka can look at him and see what he can do."
Silver nodded and stood beside Zuni. She put her muzzle near his ear. "Are you going to be ok Zuni? I can try to help you but you'll have to follow for now."

"Sure, I'll be fine." Zuni sighed and shook his head.
Grug was still thinking. I'll have to find a way to talk to that one wolf while he isn't being guarded. Other than that, there are tons of ways Zuni could've gone blind. He looked out across the snow and came up with an idea. Snow blindness.

Destiny continued to struggle through the snow.But she was quickly loosing energy.Her pack had a long way to go.It was so cold that there was no prey.So they would have no food.Suddenly she fell into a snow drift.
New Moon saw Destiny fall.QUickly the femme grabbed her alphess by the scruff.Hauling her back out of the icy snow.
Destiny gave New Moon a gretaful nod.

Sirius padded behind Zuni, carrying Destiny's son once more. Silver walked side by side with Zuni to keep him going in the right direction. Her paws kept breaking new layers of snow and making her go deeper. She was now belly deep in snow and Skysong, struggling beside Sirius was shivering almost uncontrollably.
Struggling, Sirius padded up to Destiny, still carrying one of her pups. "Destiny!" Sirius barked. "The pack needs to rest soon, the pups are struggling." His voice was muffled from holding the little pup whom was curled up in a ball and starting to whine loudly from the cold.

Destiny sighed."I know sirius.But there is no where to stop.If we stop here they will freeze to death.At least if we are moving we have a better chance until a den can be found.ANd we can;t risk splitting up to find one.It's too dangerous."Her voice was strained with worry.
Sothis scented the air.His auds perked.Suddenly he began to leap through the snow.Up ahead.It's up ahead.The pack will be safe there.It's up ahead!The voice howle din his head.

"Sothis stop!" Skysong barked, springing after her brother. Her paws slid on the ice and down she want, tumbling into Sirius. Sirius yelped, letting go of the pup as his head struck stone as he fell, his muzzle now smarting painfully.
Sirius raised his head, a tumble of snow coming off of his head as he quickly scooped up Reaper and glared at Skysong. Skysong didn't miss a beat. The pup scrambled up and ran after Sothis. Something was up, she could feel it.
(hey destiny, i think we need somebody to start rping eve and mocha)

(hmmm.They were adopted.One of them is Accalias and the other.Betawolfs.Do I have the power to take back charries that were orignally mine if I feel they are being neglected?)

Sirius grew worried. His parent instincts got the better of him. Sirius bound after his pups, still carrying Reaper. Snow flew out behind him as he ran.
Skysong kept up, nearly running side by side with her brother. She was beginning to feel it. Something was changing.
(well acacia hasn't been on in forever, and betawolf hasn't rped her pup at all, from the way we've rped skysong and sothis, it's like aliya only had two pups rather then four)

Star kept a steady pace in the middle of the pack. She looked around to see if Kunai was keeping up with her.
Sweet Tangerine was more towards the rear of the pack. Twilla's weight was making her journey a bit harder, and she began to fall behind.

(dang it.ah well.if there not on by the time Destiny dies we can just pretend ALiya only has two pups,hehe)

Destiny began to lope after Sirius.
New Moon stayed a little behind Destiny.Watching the pack.

Sirius was unable to scold Sothis or call him back because he still carried Reaper. The weight of the pup was starting to make him slower, the snow deepening. Sirius's paws broke the snow and he yelped as one of his limbs was caught in the hard-packed ice making him half fall and almost drop Reaper.
Skysong sped up, foricng herself to run faster. "Sothis, what are you doing? We don't know where we're going!"

Sothis ignored his sister.He could feel it.It was there.Just a little farther!
Destiny caught up with Siruis.Quickly she grabbed Rapier and placed him on her back.Then she grabbed SIrius's scruff and began hauling him from the snow.
Then the pups paws met stone.The wind was gone.The snow was gone.He looked around.A cave!Turning he glanced at the way he had come in.The entrance was medium sized.The largeser wolves would have to squeeze through.But it would be a perfect den.

Sirius struggled up and started running again. He saw it. A cave. Sirius leapt forward and grabbed Skysong's scruff. Skysong yelped as she was captured by her father. Sirius pinned her between his front paws and glared at Sothis.
"Don't ever take off like that" Sirius growled, fur bristling. He barely noticed that the wind and snow was gone,
Silver padded forward, leading Zuni with Bluefrost on her other side. Silver was almost invisible with the snow frosting her pelt, Bluefrost looking like she was carved of blue ice.
