Sothis glared up at his father.Still an odldy calm expression on his face.Turning he padded over and curled up in a ball.Getting ready to sleep by himself.
Destiny padded in behind Sirius."Well done Sothis.How did you know?"
The pup only gave her a knowing look.

Sirius shook his head and padded away from the pups to the cave entrance where he laid down near the cave wall. He looked over at Destiny. "We've stopped asking. It's just better to accept it." Sirius laid his head on his paws with a tired sigh.
Skysong scrambled to her paws and padded over to her brother, curling around him and licking his ears. "Good job on finding this place" Skysong said in his ear. "Don't mind dad, he's tired."

(No, sorry Destiny. You could talk to them, though.) Star kept a steady pace in the middle of the pack. She looked around to see if Kunai was keeping up with her. Sweet Tangerine was more towards the rear of the pack. Twilla's weight was making her journey a bit harder, and she began to fall behind. Kunai was a little bit slow but hopefully that it wouldn't slow down the pack because of him. "Don't worry Star I'm right behind you," Kunai said to her. Then he desided to run to catch up with her. |

Destiny smiled."SOme things cannot be explained.Sothis has a gift.We shall learn to respect it rather than wonder and worry."Her tone was calm.She pulled Akaira and Rapier close.She was still grieving over the loss of her son and her mate.But not like before.

Now Kunai just needed to walk because he caught up with Star finally. He looked around because the abandoned wolf pup wasn't really familiar with this place but it was really different than the lake of anywhere he has been to. The black pup asked, "Star where are we going again?" That was the only thing that he could say becasue his little mind doesn't remember where the pack was heading to. [/center] |

"These mountains are known as the Mountains of Endless Winter. A century ago, our ancestors crossed this same path to come to our olf forest. The old packs were known as Night Mist, Storm Mist, Shimmering Mist, and Blood Mist. After the crossing, Blood Mist split in half. Half became White Mist, and another half ran off with the original name. Shimmering Mist became Silver Mist. Storm Mist became Grey Mist. Night Mist became Black Mist. Now that we are crossing again, it is likely our pack name will change also. As for where we are headed, nobody knows for sure. It is supposed to be a lush mountain valley, according to legends. No wolf is quite sure why they left, either."

"Oh that's intresting."That was an intresting story. If Gray Mist nevered changed its name then Star and Kunai would have been Storm Mist. Why did they change the name though, storm mist sounds cool to him. That didn't matter though. Endless Winter.... the pup just hopes that it isn't really endless, then it would be really hard to go though it, but then again it's almost winter anyways. [/center] |

Star nodded. "It's important for young wolves, well, all wolves really, to understand and appreciate our ancestors. Back then, there were four leaders that were immortal unless killed in battle or sickness. They were born from the stars. Their names were Sky, Wind, Lupus, and Verlust. Verlust led Blood Mist, Lupus led Night Mist, Sky led Shimmering Mist, and Wind led our pack, Storm Mist. That was the first era of wolven blood. We are leaving behind the second. Think about it, Kunai. We're wolves of legacy! This journey was made only once before. We're legends, now!" She smiled down at the pup.

Legends... that sorta made the black wolf pup happy. Legends are really good stories that are past down by generations and will go on. It's a real thing but most think that some are not true but once you tell the story, then you find out more facts that you didn't understand and then believe that it's ture now. "Wow that's sweet!" Kunai barked happyly. It was really a intresting thing that to remember ansesters that done this long before you did and then your doing what they did long ago. It's a good experence when it happens to lots. [/center] |

She was looking forward to when Kunai was a neophyte;; hopefully Destiny would allow her to mentor the pup. "How many moons are you?" She added, curious.

Kunai laughed too, "Yes I will stay will little old you but your not that 'old Star." The pup was being honest about that, plus he knows what old is anyways. How many moons is he? That was what Star asked him. "I think three or four moons but I am pretty sure that it's four moons, I don't remember because of the forest covers the moon at night," the abandoned wolf pup explained to Star. [/center] |

Star nodded, thinking. "By the time we get to wherever it is we're going, you'll be five moons. And having travelled and come so far, I am certain Destiny will neophyte you a bit sooner than usual." She told him. And she was certain. ANY wolf who made this journey had much more wisdom and wit than a wolf who didn't.

To Kunai, he joined last minute because of his parents last mintue plans to do with him. Too many last minute things that happened so far in his life. It's going to take a while just to get to the place that they will be going. Sooner that usual. Kunai was thinking that you have to be neophyted at six or maybe eight moons old. He doesn't know anything about what's you do to earn this stuff except the beta to alpha that chooses proxy. That was all he knew. "I'm going to guess this time that sooner the better is a good thing in the case." [/center] |

"Not always. Usually the age of six moons is set in stone as the neophyte age. Five or Seven moons are unusual, but definitly not unheard of." Star explained. "If a wolf was still too...young-spirited, then five moons would not be a good thing. If a wolf has seen much and lived through a lot at a young age, then it is probably good thing that they use their intelligence for the good of the pack."
