White Mist Journey {Begins}

"Thank you, Azari. You're a good friend," She smiled slightly. She turned back to the pack. "It's time we started off again. The scent of Grey Mist is heavy. If we keep a fast pace, there's a possibility we could meet up with them in a few days. We'll leave as soon as everyone's ready." She barked. She stepped down from the rock. She shared a few words with Sparkling Ember, then picked up Seren. Sparkling Ember took Owen lightly. Mist figured Forest could help Curse and Basil get settled in.

Riku nodded at Mist's announcement. It hadn't been unexpected, but had this ever happened before? He pondered this as he made his way towards the middle of the pack.

Azari nodded and padded back to Tundra and his pups. It was odd being in, or at least partcially, in charge again. This time however, it wasn't a band of bloodthirsty rouges that would be more then happy to tear his throat open if he let his guard down. Now however, he could relax, at least a little, and didn't have to worry as much about someone trying to assasinate him when he had his back turned.

Blue-Fire ran up. He had been slacking behind the rest. He turned when he heard another wolf behind him. Airi also had been slacking she smiled at him before joining the other wolves.

Mist nodded and set off at a fast pace. She was eager to make up their lost distance, and to meet up with the other packs. She could tell her pack members were, too.

Akane looked back at Aimi. They winked at each other for good luck on the journey. "I wonder if we'll meet up with the other packs. Hmm... I also wonder how many packs there are, too."

Aimi shrugged. "I don't know. Maybe a lot, maybe a few. You won't know until you ask someone." She knew her brother hated asking questions because it made him feel weird. Maybe because he just thinks he's better than everyone else.

Riku smiled kindly at Aimi and Akane. "There are five packs. One of them will not be coming on the path...or at least we hope to Lupus they don't!" He explained.

Aimi looked at him confused. "Um, why, though? Wouldn't it be important that all packs come and help each other on the journey or something."

"Or maybe everyone hates that pack!" Akane piped up. "Am I right?"

"Yes. Blood Mist are the reason we're leaving at all." Riku growled with distaste. "They're led by the Winter Goddess, Verlust. She was one of the first great leaders of wolven kind. She's also immortal unless struck down twelve times, or however many lives she has left. Basically, we were damned if we stayed."

"Oh..." Akane paused for a moment. "Cool!" It was hard for him to take anything serious, since he really wasn't that serious.

"Not cool," growled Aimi. "That's bad! He's right, we better hope that this Blood Mist don't follow. I hope I never have to meet them."

There was so many conversations going around right now with the pack again. It was really weird that she knew almost all the stuff that was sorta going on like why were they leaving. Flower looked around just walking like everyone is walking, straight. Yet real strange that she might as well stay as a loner because the only time that she was talking was at that meeting with only a question.

Tundra flickered her ears and a smile curled her lips as she turned to her mate who was now Beta of the pack. She wagged her tail lightly. "Congradulations", she barked to him and licked his cheek softly with affection and joy. Her eyes sparkled with inner thoughts thats she only knew the meaning to. Seems as if a wolf images can be cleared...but hers never will....she flickered her ears and didnt let those thoughts bring her spirits down.

Desel picked up his head after his father told him that. He looked at his mother and father touch and congradulate each other. He smiled this crooked smile and turned his little head over to Mist and her pups. He watched carefully as they both worked together to gather the pups that they both owned. His eyes shifted to his father and he watched him. Where had he been when he was taken away?

Dusk flickered his ears up at his name. He bowed his head respectfully and shook his honey toned coat. "Thank you Mist", he barked and turned his gaze to Sparkeling Ember, watching her carefully.

Maple and Santo got up trotting over. They licked Dusks head and wagged there tails. "Congradulations dad!", they both barked and trotted away.

Forest picked up Basil and Curse walking over to Mist. He sat the his pups down and touched his snout against hers sofltly with affection. "They chocies you made where wise", he whispered to her and nodded at her. He returned back to his young as Mist had far more things to do.

[Destiny]

Raku was examining the pack.Desel,Dusk,Azari,Tundra,Blue-Fire, Forrest, Maple,Santo, Flower, Akane, Aimi, Riku, Serena, Mist ,Curse, Basil, Owen , Sparkling Ember.He paused.Ghost was not with them.In fact he had not seen her in the last few days.From his position on the outskirts of the packs right flank he could not see everyone.His friend was likely over on the left flank.He hoped.

Azari bowed his head and picked up Nova by her scruff. Nova looked up and sighed in defeat. She wouldn't be able to keep up once the snows deepened and it seemed snow was on the way once more. The watery smell could be scented for miles around and pearly grey clouds were starting to appear in the sky, promising a cold downpour.

The dark brute rose to his paws and flicked his tail for his mate and son to come with them. He didn't know if Tundra was aware of his blindness. He knew she had seen his partcial blindness in his right eye when things had been fuzzy. Now it was gone and was aparent in the way he turned his head a little too far in certain directions so his clear eye could see. Ari wouldn't be suprised if that in old age he would go completely blind. In any case, Azari wasn't sure if he wanted to explain his injury to Tundra. She would probably scold him for not being careful in battle and right now, it wasn't something she needed to worry about.

Mist smiled and brushed her pelt lightly against Forest's. Love was held in her mysterious blue eyes. She led the pack into a rather open area. One could see for miles and miled due to the utter flattness of the area. She squinted, wondering if that was wolves she spotted on the horizon.

Riku nodded, a bit irritated by Akane. Aimi seemed nice, though. "My sister....she was a coward. She joined them to save herself and to get revenge on wolves she supposedly hated. It's nothing to be proud of...and I'm glad to be starting over somewhere new."

[Destiny]

Raku glanced around.Keeping a close eye.Any wolf or predaot could be a danger to the pack.The brute perked his auds.Distant snarling and cursing was brought to him.Then he spotted the wolves who were it's cause.

"You bloody wretch!"The medium sized ebony brute cursed angrily at the femme.There was a wound on his shoulder that she had recently inflicted.Scarlet blood flowed from it freely.Hard angry orbs glared at the femmora."You snooze you lose!And who are you to call me a wretch you son of a cat!"The ebony femme went on to curse a top the brute.They were roughly the same size.Crimson seeped from a wound on her chest.The femme had once been a pack wolf.But not anymore.Ash snarled deeply at the brute.Nezero snarled back.This was no playfight.
