"Uh... yeah sure." she said unsure... her mind blurring with pain and exaustion. She lied down. She was so tired and full of pain.
Ameara looked at her with emphathy.

Argon exhaled sharply, his breath a puff of fog in the cold air. "Then so be it... Here, we'll take you to the den." His temporary den, located in the gnarled but insolated trunk of a tree, was not too far away. We'll take her there... The brute padded foward, leaning over to put her over his shoulders.

Ameara padded closer to the fae and surprisingly in ease lifted the wolf onto Argon't shoulders causing the least pain as possible. She licked the fae's head gently then Argon's.
Lluvia was out cold... again. Her paws were pierced with stones. Her little face was battered and bruised. Her body was also pierced with stones, and packed on with dirt and blood. She had open wounds everywhere. It looked like a bite mark on her neck and a claw strike across her body. Maybe she was attacked then thrown.

Argon felt the tongue, and almost shuddered with unease. He wasn't used to affection or pleasure. He was born of a stone heart, and it was proving difficult to soften. Balancing Lluvia and his shoulders, he padded towards the den, climbing over stones and logs and trampling ferns to reach the entrance. Then, carefully, Argon lowered the femme inside.

Ameara stayed by his side the whole trip. She trusted him completely, but if the fae had a problem she would be there. She watched the fae (and brujo) intently.
Lluvia winced, but just barely. She cracked her eyes barely. Her nostrils were caked over with blood and dirt. She had to crack her mouth open, so she could breathe.

Argon slowly withdrew from the den when he had finished setting her down. "She's pretty bloody," he murmured. He looked up at Ameara. "I'm going to get some wet moss and clean her up... You watch her." He turned around and disappeared into the undergrowth.

Ameara nodded and watched him dissapear. She watched the fae. Her breathing was slowing, and becoming slow and shallow. She leaned closer to the fae and licked her forehead clean, revealing white and silver fur.

He found the green, spongy moss on a stone beside a stream. Stripping the rock of the plant, he dipped it into the water to get it wet. Moments later, when it was soaked, he swiveled about and trotted back the way he had came. Argon reappeared at the entrance of the den, damp moss in his mouth. Careful not to drain the plant of any moisture, he lowered his head and dabbed at Lluvia's muzzle with the plant, wiping away the blood and mud until her nostrils were clear, and then turning about, returning to the puddle to wet the moss again.

Ameara's eyes lightened with joy as Lluvia's breathing returned to normal. Ameara watched carefully. She was still quite worried about the wolf, but she WAS recovering quickly. She seemed strong enough to make it through this terrible injury. Ameara ripped a familair herb and reconized it as poppy seeds. She kept them close, just in case.

Argon returned and wiped her fur with the moss a second time. A third time. A fourth. At long last, Llucia's face was clearing. Satisfied, Argon paused and brought together another clump of moss, soaking it, and returning to the two femmes. This time, however, he dropped it at Lluvia's muzzle. "This one's for drinking..." He glanced up at Ameara. "Can you help me open her mouth again?"

Ameara nodded. She nudged her nose to the corner of her mouth, opening it. She kept it opened. Lluvia took no notice. She seemed to be in deep sleep as if to conserve energy. *hint*

(wow, a hint! I just finished studying for a big exam... can't think... *falls over*) Argon squeezed the moss lightly with his fangs, emptying the water into Lluvia's mouth. After draining the moss, he once again massaged her throat to help her swallow, and stepped back. Sighing, he looked up at Ameara. "Wonder how she got like this?"

She looked at the battered body.
"Maybe she was attacked and thrown.. but I'm not sure.. but she's recovering quite quickly." she said and looked at Argon admiration glinting in her eyes.

Argon's ears went back, thankful to have an approving voice. Any optimism was welcome at the moment... He looked at Lluvia again and sighed again. "Well, that's the best I can do for now... Let's hope you're right about her recovering." His voice still had faint traces of worry.

"Argon... " she began. She took a deep breathe. "I really need you to listen and listen well." she said with her gentle voice. She waited for him to react.
