Raku couldnt stop himself."Silenthowl wait!"He launched himself after her.

Silenthowl flickered her auds behind herself. If Sivvy caught her she could be running with Aatto as a loner. She made sure the pack was far ahead before stopping. Turning her perfect lean body she looked back wondering who had called her, seeing it was Raku. What could it be? "Yes Raku?", she woofed her lyrics where soothing and beautiful as they had allways been curiouse orbs burned into his fur, and a pale pretty smile curled her lips delicately.

Raku sighed."Silent I have to tell you what i wanted to tell you that day.I don't know if it will change anything.But it is worth trying.Even if Riley hates me for it."Raku sighed.He raised his orbs and gazed deeply into SIlenthowl's own.'Why must this be so difficult?'he thought to himself.

Silenthowls body stiffened imidently at his words. Waite what? She gulped what could it be? She narrowed her blue orbs slightly but then blinked her thoughts away quickly. "What? What is it Raku? You know you can tell me anything, i will try to help you in what ever i can", Silenthowl woofed and looked worried as she looked back into his orbs.

Raku gazed at her."Are you sure you can handle what I have to say?You would never have expected it.never dear friend."Raku gazed.

The supense was simply murdering Silenthowl from the inside out. "Raku...tell me...", she woofed and then shifted her weight nervously. What could it be? She waited for him to anwser tell her what it was.

Raku sighed.he reached over and gave her an affectioate lick on the ear."More than my faith in Golden Mist,more than my loyalty to my pack,more than the importance of my own life,more than anything in this life and the next."Raku paused.More quietly he finished."I loved you when I first met you as a young neophyte.I loved you when I was made proxy and again when I was made beta.I loved you even when you did not love back,again and again.I love you now and i will love you forever."Raku almost choked on it."Please do not hate me for that."

Silenthowl pinned her ears back to her head and she looked wearily at Raku. She once again swallowed down her gulit. She nuzzled her snout against his neck and then tears reached her eyes as his words made her feel important. Her banner wagged but it stopped her orbs turning cold. She looked down at her paws then up at him. "I would never hate you for the feelings that you feel....", she woofed almost silently the flawless fae pulled her muzzle and licked his nose with almost the same affection.

Raku touched his nose to her."I know you still love Rio SIlenthowl.You always will and that is fine.I can not hate you for your feelings that you had with your last mate.I can understand your pain.I too have lost one I loved.We were mates for only one moon.I will never stop loving her.But I feel the same affection for you as I did for her.Perhaps even a little bit more.Although she does not walk these skys.I know she understands how I feel for you.We had that kind of connection."Raku might have been a sad sight.But all his emotion showed for SIlenthowl in his bright and loving eyes.

Silenthowl held her breath at Rios name. Nothing was the same with Rakus mate and Rio. She turned her head sideways and felt her chest tighten with pain. "No Raku..it is my fault that Rio will never see his pups or be here with us all..", she whispered and looked up at him with dull blue eyes even to she still forced a smile. "My dear Raku...", she woofed softly and brushed her muzzle once more over his cheek. "I love you too...but i have many lovers in my heart but none that i can have..", she whispered and pulled away from him pain and heartache in her beautifule expressive eyes.

"Why can you have none SIlent.I would go to the ends of this world for you.I would willingly put my life at risk to protect you and your pups,even if they are not my own.I would do anyhting you want me to.Everything has changed since my sister tried to murder me.Everything."Rakus eyes were filled with love and heatbreak.Inside he was sobbing."You blame to much on yourself.You cannot change the past SIlent,only make the future."
