Night flinched... though she had figured that something had been going on. She had known that BloodMist had returned... now she knew the reason.
Arroyo closed his eyes, wondering how others would respond to the news...
Moss looked up, alarmed.
Coal seemed fairly surprised himself.
Bain stood up. "Then where will we go?"

"Humans claim the lands on all our borders! There is no where else!" Rippedstripe pointed out.
"You're mainly right," Siv barked softly. "However, they do not claim the mountains beyond White Mist." She paused, then added, "This is the end of an era for all of us. And it is our third era that we will enter. And we will enter it not as four, but as seven! Golden Mist, three seasons, and loners will travel with us, and we will welcome them!"
"We will be twenty-one."

They grew up in these lands... they all did. He was still wrestling with the fact of leaving behind all that he knew himself. "And what of Lupus?" Moss murmured quietly. |

Moss paused. "Then who do we follow?" she asked. If Lupus wasn't following... what would that mean for her pack? GoldenMist? Or what else?

"Well it's live or die, their choice. I'm sure we can get at least three to come with us," She woofed in reply. Where were these positive answers coming from? Maybe the fat that if they really did leave...if they got away...they would be FINALLY free of Blood Mist and Verlust...

Sakura nodded. "Chad-ching!" She yelled.
IC- Sakura nodded. She glanced around her at the faces around her. Even thought she could see her siblings she knew they were at peace.

Night looked over at her pack. She had nothing to say. Nothing to report. Siveria had voiced her fears for her. Then, she dove into the water after the silver alphess. "Siveria... hold on. I need to tell you something..." But the SilverMist leader had disappeared.
Night sighed. I'll tell her some other time, then.. one-on-one.

Sedaka looked up, ears erect. "Alright... I'll do what a can for her." He glanced at the leaders. A wolf's life is more important than a meeting he thought. "Where is she?" Zuni nodded. "She's this way." He went into the forest near Gray Mist. Sniffing the ground, he found Silver still under the bush. "I't's okay," he said to her. "Sedaka's coming." |
