Darkdeaths eyes brightened but tear stains remained he howled loudly, he needed him NOW! it was a emergancey howl. (lol sounds werid)

Diablo dropped his rabbit, hearing the urgency in Darkdeath's tone. He ran towards the sound of the howl, and soon appeared, emerging from the thicket. "What is it?"

"Help her", he choked out and pointed to his torn bleeding mate.

[.Rabid Lycan.]

Diablo turned to stare at Shiver. Eyes wide, he turned and immediately ran to fetch some herbs. Questions later, healing now. He reappeared five minutes later with a jawfull of herbs, and applied a paste and cobwebs to the wounds. "We'll need more cobwebs..." he muttered. He looked up at Darkdeath. "I need you to find more."

Darkdeath could barely nod, he turned off not even knowing how the heck he found his way thru the forest, he found some huge cobwebs and took them down he took it back to Diablo and set it down next to him. Gulping he sat down licking his mates snout.

Diablo gently applied the cobwebs, pressing them against the bloody hole around Shiver's stomach. He gave Shiver poppy seeds and thyme, and stood back. "She'll need plenty of rest, food, and water... but this is all I can give her now."

Shiver's brow furrowed, and she gasped as she awoke. As soon as her eyes opened, she closed them again, and wept harder than any wolf should have had to...

Darkdeath nodded to Diablo, he would have to thank him later. Right now all that mattered was Shiver. He curled around her gentley and licked her tears away. "Shh shh...its okay", he barked to her and licked her head with confort feeling pretty torn inside. But he had to be strong..for the both of them.

"That's what he said would happen!" Shiver wailed, shaking with sorrow. "If I didn't follow him, he'd take my pups away... and now they're gone!" She wept into Darkdeath's fur. "He killed them..."

Darkdeath felt his blood run cold with pain and missery. He was the father and he felt horrible...how would Shiver feel? She held the life inside of her. A single tear fell from his cold orbs. "Its okay. He will pay for what he'd done...i promise you", he said meaning every word with his heart.

"Darkdeath..." Shiver couldn't finish her sentence. She buried her head into his fur, and bawled. Her pups had been taken from her... their pups had been murdered. Never to breathe... never to see the light of day... They would never know what air tasted like. Shiver, who was normally strong and coldhearted, couldn't accept that fact. She was crying out of fury that her children would never have these chances... never.

Darkdeath swallowed his howl of pain down and licked her head, not holding his feelings in anylonger he sobbed with her, "I-Im sorry i couldnt save them...im sorry", he whispered and tears fell from his eyes. He felt like crap.

Shiver shook her head, tears still in her eyes. "Not your fault... not you fault..." She pressed against Darkdeath. He was the only comfort she had...

Darkdeath, shook the tears away and curled his neck around hers gentlely giving her all his warmth and the confort he could give. He blamed himself for what happened....it was his fault for not protecting Shiver...now this is the cost of it. He quivered and licked her shoulders.

"It's all that b*****d's fault!" Shiver snarled. She closed her eyes, pressing even closer to Darkdeath. "He killed them..."

"But his death will come soon...", he barked coldly. And he shifted his body closer to Shivers still licking her with confort
