The fae, dappled with brown, black, and grey, leaped from stone to stone, flexing her muscles as she did so. She went on like this until she reached the uppermost region of the Xavrien Heights. Her narrowed eyes looked out across the forest, a yawn escaping her as she looked upon the scene of battle which she'd left behind. It's quite a pity, really. Have they forgotten the greatest killers of their time? Lust, Risika, New Moons, Regulus, Babylonia, Ashur...the others? Sure, Mephisto, Black Fury, they're perhaps the worst wolves the forest has ever seen. However, they lack something that could be their downfall in battle, and that is something to hold on to. If you're free falling, it's not hard to be knocked down. Nepthys, her sister and only living relative, had been the thing that she'd held on to, the thing that made her so pure with rage when she died, that she'd managed to kill a mass of others in her stead. Now, Sekhmet had values, true, but they were few and not enough to enrage her so. No...she wanted to feel the legendary overpowering essence that a so called love brought onto a wolf in battle.

The canvas was splattered with a dark shade of scarlet, of course, it was already a dark orangish rouge shade, though streaked with impossible ebony. The aroma was obviously one of blood and... entrails perhaps. The earth around the large and still growing figure was painted with the scarlet as well. Nearby a hoofed leg twitched. The creature lying on the earth, a small, newborn fawn, was now paralyzed. The poor thing watched as its mother's belly was slashed open, entrails pouring over the earth. Another creature, a small unborn fawn, now lay on the earth as well. Apparently they had been twins. The deer was now deceased. Her neck twisted 180 degrees and then ripped from its place on her neck. Long blood stained daggers ripped the eyes from her crown. Fangs tore off the auds and ripped the jaw apart. When the head had been sufficiently destroyed claws began to rip apart the rest of the carcass. The velvety flesh was peeled from the hide and bones were ripped from the being. A rib flew through the air and a terrified cry erupted from the small bloody, fawn that lay nearby, as it landed next to her head. "Silence you damnable weakling. I'll slaughter you when I'm good and ready." The voice was low, husky, rough. A blood curdling snarl every time the creature spoke.

Sekhmet turned, observing the wolf with interest as he ripped away at the fawn. She didn't recognize him from Black Fury's ranks, but he most certainly was a killer. Just by the way he'd rebuked the fawn, she knew his type. She watched silently, taking an actual interest in the killing of the fawn. After a few moments, she decided the oppourtunity was too great to resist. "You know, it's not too often you spot a wolf of independence from Black Fury. That is, a wolf who isn't also a pack whelp or a goody-two-shoes." She leapt lightly down from her perch, in front of him. "Sekhmet. And you are?"

Fangs ripped a hind leg from the carcass, breaking the bone in half before the limb was discarded in the same manner that the head had been. Claws ripped at the soft flesh of the under belly as more entrails poured out onto the earth. Muzzle burrowed into the chest of the bloody creature at his paws. Fangs slicing at bone and vein and artery. Finally jaws secured the still warm, no longer beating, heart of the deer. Pulling back he ripped it from her chest and threw it on the earth nearby. The dismembering and absolute destruction of his prey was the most enjoyable part of the slaughtering. Optics glistened a dark orangeish amber shade. They turned upon the creature as she spoke. Not at all surprised by her seemingly sudden arrival. Perhaps the fae's scent had been carried to the beast by the wind. As she spoke scarlet stained dangs continued to ravage the carcass. Crown was raised once more as the fae dared to inquire his name. "I've been damned Loni." The tone was as low as he could possibly have managed. Livid snarls of hatred clear as he began to speak once again. "That bastad Black Fury is nothing but a coward. A true slaughterer doesn't need a gang of idiots to do his work for him. I say this, because I was present whilst those morons commenced their 'Purification ceremony'. I had the delightful honor of holding a particularly hungry moron, Rage I think, in check every time another pathetic whelp was about to be slaughtered." The brute tilted his crown, not at all being modest about it, optics scanning every inch of her figure. They looked as if they could burn her flesh to brand her. Of course, that was just how they smoldered.

Sekhmet leaned back carelessly on the stones, wrinkling her nose slightly at Rage's name. "Yes, I ran with them for a bit. I still do, when it pleases me, but that is quite rare. I was having fun, actually, slitting up a Destinian. Of course, Princess Black Fairy couldn't stand the sight of my drawn-out, painful slaughtering of the creature. It was always 'Hurry it up, fae!'" She snarled with disgust, studying her claws absently. "My talents deserve more respect than he gave. What is he, truly? A mere sliver of a shadow of what Blood Mist was? " She pondered, stretching. "Nice," she nodded to the fawn.

The whole time Sekhemt was speaking the beast was listening. Of course, you would probably think that he was not. Claws continued to rip apart the deer. All four legs now lay, broken in several places and disfigured greatly, in random places about the clearing. All that remained was the almost completely destroyed body. The beast stuck his muzzle inside and continued to haul entrails, bones and the like from the creature. Leaving nothing but the blood and delicious meat. At the word 'nice' a hideous smirk appeared on his features. Bloodied fangs, pieces of guts and such wedged between random ones, glimmering in the lighting at the sound of it. "Oh, I remember you now. Those damnable insects hardly treated a divinely talented creature like yourself with the respect that was so obviously deserved." The cretin would likely have gone on with disgusting compliments just for the sake of it had he not been disturbed. The paralyzed fawn lying nearby was bawling pitifully and it was truly beginning to tick him off. "Shut up! Didn't I say I'd slaughter you when I was good and ready?" The out-crys continued. There was a blood curdling snarl and the beast was a top the damned little thing in seconds. Fangs ripping its legs from its figure as the bawling continued. "Now, see what you've made me do?" The beast began to maul on the still alive things head. Ripping its ears off and peeling off the flesh as it continued to screech. Though the loss of blood was slowly killing it off and in a matter of mere moments it seemed that the confounded creature was finally deceased.

Sekhmet herself had been splattered with crimson as Loni continued with his murdering of the creature before them. However, she scarcely seemed to mind this at all. She watched as in stained her pelt, then licked some of it away, not bothering to get rid of all of the scarlet patch. She grinned suddenly, ghostly white fangs appearing behind her maw. "Did you hear of the Destinian murders? Rumour says Sirius was assassinated."

The brute continued to ravage the little thing. He treated it even worse then its mother had been. Fangs cracked every bone in its pathetic little figure. Entrails flung carelessly to and fro. Eventually the beast seemed to bore of tearing up the carcass. Glancing around he picked up a random limb and began to gnaw on the bone and meat. Optics sort of glaring in the direction of the fae. This seemed to be out of habit. "Oh, yes. Sirius has been murdered has he? That's excellent news. Destiny adored the damned basterd." The name Destiny was spoken with an especially powerful livid despise. As if just the name irritated him so that he wished he could slaughter it. Optics glimmered with that livid rage as other names came through his mind. "I was so close to slaughtering her to..." The brute pulled away from his limb. "Have you heard rumors of any births? My fae should have had my pups recently. I've yet to see if they're worthy of life, unlike that last pittiful bunch I received. Harriet, damnable wretch, slaugtered her for her pathetic attempt at giving me something worthy of carrying on my title, as I will carry on my father Mephisto's." Of course, Loni knew that Mephisto was not his blood father. That mattered not. Mephisto was the creature that had raised him since only hours after his very birthing. Destiny, the idiotic creature, was the first one he had wanted to kill. But of course his half sister Akaira had gotten in the way and slaughtered their mother before he got the chance. A hideous snarl erupted from his maw at the simple thought of the wretch's name.

Sekhmet's eyes narrowed and heart sunk slightly. Yep. Just the same as all of the rest. She stood, preparing to make her leave. Well, thanks for getting my hopes up. I'll be damned -- Twilight hates me more than I originally thought. She almost laughed at this, but remained silent and emotionless. She said nothing to Loni, merely brushed past him and continued on her way down the slope, pondering if he would follow her. Probably not. Too busy being a rapist.
Hey, honey, you aren't exactly a saint.
So? I still have SOME moral codes!

The beast continued his gnawing of the limb. Optics did not leave Sekhmet until she brushed past. A knowing smirk was making its way onto his features. Until his fangs had removed every speck of meat from the bone the beast did not rise. When he did it was an easy motion. Crown was turned in the direction of the leaving fae. "Oh, so I'm a rapist, am I?" It was as if he could read her thoughts. Of course, he could do no such thing. Simply from the way that she had moved off without anymore words told him everything he needed to know. "Well, that assumption is not quite correct my dear. For I have taken only two faes, and both had a great deal of affection towards me. The first, Harriet, was as pathetic as they come. A sniveling coward who trailed me everywhere I went. She pretty much begged to have my pups. The second was the gorgeous Svel. A true legend among the Destinians for her impossible speed. I could never catch her. Of course, I didn't have to. She came to me. She left her home, to follow my scent. To find me and practically beg to be raped. In fact, I think she might actually have done so. Perhaps life was boring her. Perhaps she thought I might slaughter her. Of course, she got no such wish fulfilled. But if she was birthed me pups, then they were her own decision." Whilst the beast had been speaking bloodstained paws had carried him constantly forward. So that by the time he finished speaking glossy orange ebony streaked canvas might brush against Sekhmet's ever so slightly. A knowing smirk on his maw.

Sekhmet turned back breifly, grunting with acknowledgement, not revealing her relief. "And you're telling me this precisely why?" She woofed, attempting to sound bored with him. Charming he was, but she didn't want to let him know she thought so quite yet. Perhaps someday, but not now. No, not yet. The beautiful, lithe fae, remained still, golden, narrowed eyes meeting his.

The hideous smirk upon his maw broadened so that it almost looking demonic or insane. The brute turned his figure. Ebony tipped tail brushing against the side of her face. "Now, don't act stupid Sekhmet. We both know that your no where near such a thing." The beast padded back towards the bloody place. Stopping halfway and grabbing a limb in his jaw. It was somewhat carelessly tossed in the direction of the fae. "Hungry?" Was the gruff sounding word that was uttered. Figure was rocked back on its haunches. Amber orange optics glittering as the beast stared upon the fae's figure. Once again sizing her up. Just for the sake of it now, to see her reaction perhaps, for she had already been committed to memory. The brute laughed darkly as a slight shower of icy droplets began. The earth around where he half stood half sat turned into a puddle of rouge as the icy rain began to rinse the scarlet from his figure. "Don't you just love the rain? It's like a cleansing, for those who think they can be cleansed. But for me it is another chance to laugh in the face of death, for is a wolf's greatest fear not supposed to be death by water? The rain is water, but does it slaughter me? No!" Another low snarling laugh erupted from his maw.

Sekhmet studied Loni with slight uncertainty, but allowed a daring smile to cross her maw. She turned to the skies, rain running through her pelt in little streams and waterfalls. She shrugged at Loni's phrase. "I love the rain, yes, but I love it for reasons other than yours." She hesitated, thoughts lingering on the shapes of the clouds above. "It goes to show that Twilight doesn't have as much power as they claim to have. The clouds can block them out from the eyes of the world below, and yet, we carry own. Those who fear the rain fear being on their own. They are cowards."

The beast's features were held upwards. Tongue lolling from his wide open maw. It was as if he was waiting, begging the rain to at least attempt what it was supposed to be able to do. Amber smoldering optics were turned away from the perfectly dismal sight that was to behold above back to the temptation of the fae that was nearby. Auds swiveling ever so slightly to catch the words as they poured from her maw. "Do you believe in Twilight?" The beast's optics were slitted ever so slightly. "I believe in life after death, but I do not believe that being deceased means that I will become a wolf of Twilight, nor do I believe that I will burn in Hellfire or Tarterus or any other place. I think that I will simply be, and be with those, if there are any, whom I hold dear to my heart." The brute gave a disgusted snort at his own words and snarled ferociously. "And as far as your concerned you never heard any of my ramblings." It might have sounded like a threat, had there not been a foolish sneer on his maw. Amber optics, for the third or fourth time, scoured her figure. Looking for some fault, some misplaced hair, something that could make her seem like an imperfect cretin. Nothing was to be found at the moment.

She shook her head. "I believe they exist, and that is all. However, I know for a fact they don't have enough hold to keep me in the place they know as Hellfire. As for Tartarous? Rumours say that it is now ruled by Redfang, or Zanna-Rossa, as they call her. So I suppose yes, I believe in them, but I scarcely acknowledge them." She answered, tail twistching oddly at his constant gazes at her. She smirked slightly. "Bet you haven't seen anything like me." she laughed a bit, the sound of a forgotten melody. Sekhmet rarely laughed.
