See.. the day I left.. the 27th.. the vet came to check the horses;; make sure vaccinations are up-to-date, and just to make sure they're alright. Well, everyone was fine;; he checked on Comet too. But when he went to check on Sangria.. she was on the ground. She was rolling, seeming to just be giving herself a dirt bath... but she wasn't with the other horses..
He said that the symptoms that she had shown when he stood her up were those of Botulism. See, my friend, Jessica, she had a foal who was four months old who got this virus... and dyed. Its caused from decaying plant and animal matter... we have so many cats that come and go... we also have different kinds of wildlife.. coyote, fox, rabbit, woodchuck, beaver, snake.. others as well.
My dad wasn't planning on telling me.. for he wasn't sure it was true and didn't want to frighten me.. but the big mouth neighbor told me.. so.. yeah. She was scared to death that comet would get it.. I assured her [in tears] that he wouldn't.
Anyway--- Look up what Botulism is and you'll find out.
Oh-- and she may also have Founder which is often discovered because their feet become very hot because of a sudden increase of arterial blood-- but thats not severe.
I may be heading back home-- I want to be there if.. if..
something happens.
I'll probably won't have time to get on too much this week, if something huge plot-stuff happens then wolfie can rp sabela or seidai or whoever is needed.
