Kojo chuckled as he thought about the futures of his daughters. Sunblaze seemed to have charmed the heart of a brute, Thite, was his name, or that's what Kojo remembered. This brute cared for her, at least for now. Whether that would change, Kojo couldn't see. Sometimes it did, sometimes it didn't. Love was a hard thing to see. Kojo smiled at his mate. "Perhaps someday someone will worm their way into her heart, just like you made your way into mine." Kojo remembered his life before Faith, always fearful, feral, maddened by hate, bloodlust and abuse. Faith had tamed his inner beast, even if it had brought danger to her at times when humans had taken to hunting him.

Faith chuckled slightly. Remembering some of the times she had had with Kojo. "Perhaps, one never does know.Do they? She is as stubborn as me and you put together.I just hope that brute can put up with her." Faith thought of her daughter. So strong willed and thick headed. Intellectual yet so much more.Pools drifted around her. The spirits of wolves were near. Scents of lost relatives hung in the air. No one appraoched them though.

Kojo looked around sadly at the shadows around them and sighed softly. "A fae here has lost sight of her pups and mate. She says he was dying of disease when she left him with her pups. I hope they find one another soon" Kojo murmured. For a while, when he'd first been dead, he had stuck close to Merci's side, learning what he could and couldn't do while dead. She had told him her story and he had told his. By far her tale was sadder but still, he had grown used to the mournful air of wolves longing for their young, mates and family. "You get used to the sadness" Kojo murmured to Faith.

Faith too glanced around them. The scents of her kin were closest. Though one was familier, it was also strange. There was scent of a brute. This male carried great sadness. For a moment she wondered what his story was. His scent was familer, yet strange. What was his name?Ah , yes, Nuka. The brother to Destiny. The scents of sadness filled the air too.

The scents were unfamiliar to Kojo but he smelled a hinting of Faith's scent here and there. They were kin to his mate and there were many of them. Faith's bloodline was a strong one that had run and ran through many wolves. It seemed sad that so many had fallen at one time but every family had their tragety. Kojo slowly rested his muzzle against Faith's neck, a comforting gesture. Not everything ended in sadness but it seemed, most things did.

Faith smiled somewhat. "These wolves. There are many. My bloodlines are long. There are more than I has known even existed."She pondered for a moment.
Hope's form was not quite seen yet. A ghost in the realm of twilight. Guided barely a day, not even a day, before her sister Fate. Guided after her sister Faith. The silvery femme was guided by the form of a large ebony blue brute. This wolf reminded her of someone. Sirius, the Grey Mist Beta. But it was not he. This wolf carried her scent. He had been in Golden Mist longer than she. But his form was younger. Was this her brother? The wolf from her mother's final litter? Perhaps it was.Perhaps it was the wolf known as Nuka.

Kojo looked around, ears flicking as near silent paws stirred the undergrowth. He had not been born here. His family lie beyond the forests and mountains, probably dead or still trapped within the iron grip of those horrid humans. Nobody here knew Kojo as a free wolf except for Merci and a strange wolf named Roman. His bloodline was one murky with horrid twists and trageties. No one in his family would haunt this forest.

Faith gave Kojo a comforting lick on the muzzle. She knew it must be hard for him, her family was so vast. They lived all over this forest. Kojo's , on the other hand, would not be seen by him. Not here. Or so he thought. "Even if your own bloodlines don't walk here Kojo. You do have family here. For I am your mate and my family is your family." A smile crested her maw once more, a slight smile.
The form of Dust was seen for a moment. A wolf lost in his own soul. His mother, Ripple, left to haunt Grey Mist for the rest of her death. His father he did not know. Then the small wolf disappeared again. He would probably never know his father, was Nuka.

Kojo smiled at Faith. That was just like her, to make light of anyone's horrid moods or sadness. He loved her for it. She was right. She was his mate, his family, and in moon's past, his life. Now they would walk together forever and someday, their daughters and their families would walk with them when the time came. Though most of his mortal life had been lived alone, it was no longer so. He wasn't alone anymore, not in death. "Do you want to go find some of your kin?" he asked. "I'm sure they'd like to meet you or speak to you."

Faith smiled. Turning her crown to glance around. the realm of eternal twilight was immensely huge.tilting her head she perked an aud.a certain familier howl came to her aud. But it was faint and far away. "Only if you will come meet our kin with me."
Off in the distant , darkest, shadowy, coldest, cruelest looking corner of the Realm stood a humungous ebony fae.Faith's mother. Twice the size is not three times of her son ronin.Long bloodstained claws scraped the earth.Crimson blood-stained fangs gleamed in the fog choked air. The howl was icy, emotionless.that of a fae who had been dead long before her death.

Kojo smiled at his mate. "Of course. I wouldn't leave you alone now, never." Kojo pricked his ears when a howl broke through their conversation. From Faith's reaction it was familiar to her though foreign to him. Kojo glanced at Faith, waiting to see what she would do. The howl was almost familiar to Kojo, similar to Faith's but different, less emotion, colder.

Faiths fur prickled."If it's who I think it is. She won't be happy to see me. Of course, mother has not been happy for a long time. not from what i know of her. She has good reason too."Faith rose to her paws. giving her chest fur a quick lick to straighten it out the fae began to pad towards the howl. As she went familier scents filled the air. her kin ran alongside her . Slowly becoming visible thought still mostly transparent.

Kojo followed at Faith's shoulder, allowing his mate to lead the way. She was rejoining with family. Kojo didn't want to frighten or startle Faith's mother so it would probably be best for the fae to see her daughter before her mate. Kojo hadn't met many wolves in this realm, none other then Merci and Roman, glimpsing some of the other wondering souls as they guarded their living lovers and kin.

The form of a massive brute became visible running at Faith's shoulder, opposite Kojo. He was larger than Ronin. Around the size of a wolf named Thite. The males well maintained muscles rippled beneath his thick, long ebony pelt which glimmered with health. Deep, fathomless blue eyes glared into nothing. A great sorrow radiated from this brute. This was Nuka.
Faith glanced to Nuka. Was this not the wolf who had brought her here?He was so familier. The scent of anger and frustration.Hate and disgust as well as many other emotions were becoming stronger. These particular scent's radiated slightly from some of her kin. Thought they were strongest up ahead. The land was changing. Now it was colder and barren.

At first, Kojo stiffened at Nuka's appearance. His inital thought was Ronin, that he'd somehow gotten into the Realm of Eternal Twilight. Kojo knew better and the kin-scent was a little different, his personality only slightly different then Ronin's. He was a bit uneasy. This new wolf seemed...angry. Kojo glanced at the newcommer, his topaz pools narrowed slightly though he pulled the expression away. If Faith showed no aggression and he left them be, he would stay silent.
