Death doubled over with laughter. "IT'S MEH GRANDADY! LUPUS SHUT UP AND KISS HER ALREADY!"

Rhain looked at her paws, waves of embaressment crashing over her. She was very tempted to run away, but stayed put.

Stephen turned his head and saw Lupus's father. He almost laughed but the wolf didn't wanted to be rude or anything really. Stephen just continued to watch.

Thorn stiffled a giggle for as long as she could. Laughter was very contagious to her. The rolls of black lace rolling off her 'dress' were not helping. She soon doubled over with laughter, too. Tears of laughter rolled down her face. "KISS HIM ALREADY SO I CAN GET OUT OF THIS THING!" *laugh laugh laugh*

Before the Ceremony

Thorn's face crumpled when she saw the mass of lace infront of her. "Slash, must I wear this thing?"

Slash's forehead creased. "Yup. Now suck it in, I'm about to tighten the corset."

And then, the pain started.

Slash's forehead crinkled, again, for the millionth time, at her mate. "Death, control yourself. You, too Thorn."

Then she realized something...

"IT'S MEH STEPGRANDEDDY!!!"

"Hun, I think you missed the wine bottles out front...why don't you go get some?" He murmured hasitly. "Well, Lupus?"

[.Rabid Lycan.]

(XDXD-- Death is cracking me up!)

Lupus paused... but one look at Rhain kept him sane. He wanted to get married to her... and he would.
"Excuse me for a moment," he murmured, bowing first to Rhain, then to Death, and then turning to stalk down the aisle.
He approached the GoldenWolf, and without any warning, held up a paw and lunged forward, slicing his "father's" throat with a claw.

The GoldenWolf stumbled back, unable to speak or move, and coated with blood.

"Consider that a thank you for all you've done to me," Lupus hissed, kicking the GoldenWolf in the stomach.
He turned about and took a few steps back to reach Rhain. Again he acted without much warning, as he leaned over to kiss her passionately... blood on his paws.

Rhain frowned deeper, dismay creeping into her. And there goes the noble warrior off to fight with his father while I sit here in some freakish dress--- And then he was there. There was blood on his paws, and blood on her fur, but she didn't care. There would always be blood...them, being who they were. But that didn't matter. All that mattered was them. Seeing him, feeling him there was all she would ever need. And as she closed her eyes from the sight of the fallen Golden Wolf, she relized that the breath of life itself had ceased to exist, and that Lupus was enough to keep her from disappearing completely.
It all boiled down to a single, simple thing.
Rhain loved Lupus.

Death sighed with happiness, eyes never moving from the embraced Lupus and Rhain.

Slash's eyes widened. "One, there's no wine in the front, I should know. Two, that was the quickest father/son fight I have ever seen. Three, that turned to snore-bore to exciting in five seconds flat. Thank God for father-in-laws."

Thorn rolled her eyes. "Nothing is normal around here." she murmered under her breath.

[.Rabid Lycan.]

Lupus momentarily broke the embrace to glance at Thorn after hearing her comment. "Live with it!" he woofed. He nuzzled Rhain.
Finally... happiness...

Riptide smiled. Aww... he's a softie now!

Feather nodded. "If it was, then you and I wouldn't be here right now," she smiled.

Siv stood up, glancing around. "Okay, break it up you two! Start dancin'!"

Slash smiled warmly. "I love happy, bloody endings." She looked at Death. We're next. she thought, sending her thoughts directly toward Death. Hey, they're dead, talking wolves in formal attire, I'm pretty sure they can read eachother's minds. XP

Lupus smiled as "Nine in the Afternoon" started playing from... somewhere. "May I have this dance?" he asked, bowing to Rhain. His ears went back, and he offered a loving smile.

Riptide nudged Death. "Go ask Slash to dance!" he woofed, winking.

Stephen standed up after the wedding was over and turned toward to Star. "May I have this dance?" She asked her bowing to her. This would be the most formal thing that he has ever done, ever.

Riptide was a moment too late. Slash was already by Death's side. She smiled warmly.

And Thorn was alone...

(I was thinking... I know what Slash and Death's wedding song will be, either Several Ways to Die Trying by DC, or I Caught Fire (In Your Eyes) by The Used)
