Greta opened her eyes and glanced around to see if her mate had arrived. he had not and that sadenned her. She closed her eyes shut again as a sweep of pain overwhelmed her and a black and creme furred pup was soon next to the golden pup. This one looked exactly like her mate.. Dagfinn. She glanced at it and sadness sweeped over her.

Sharpie glanced at Greta, curious. He wished Holly was here;; she was better with weeping females than he was! He wondered if Greta was only having one pup.

(she just had another XP)
She she had another sweep of pain, and a red furred pup lie next to the two other pups. It was weak and not breathing. It was dieing.. it was not going to survive. Greta lie with her eyes closed. Her limbs trembled. She didn't notice anything happening.
The red pup continued not to breathe. It lay motionless in a red heap. It was passing.

Greta rest her head on the cold ground. She was panting heavily. She was half asleep. She was exausted.
The small red pup gave a choking noise. It took one small breathe then took in many quick ones. It still did not move. Only the rise and fall of its chest was seen.

Sharpie sighed with relief. He continued licking the pup, hoping to warm it a bit more. He hoped the small thing would last...

The red pup was now breathing at an almost normal pace. She curled up in a cold ball away from her brothers under the brute's licks.
Greta though she seemed to be asleep, opened her eyes and brought her two first pups closer to her two warm them and curled around them trapping them and heat. She glanced at her red-furred pup. She would name them.. but she was ever so tired.

Iver stood outside the nursery.Keeping one ear to Greta.He flicked a dusty brownishe grey aud.
Soot stared up at Light for a moment. Me?Me! Soot gave himself a little shake. Licking each of his pups on their crowns as they congratulated him. Then he heard Sharpie yell that Greta was birthing. The words escaped his maw anyways. "Thank you Light, it is an honor. I will serve my pack well."
(lol, it's a good thing I didn't kill off Soot, XD, I'm planning Destiny's death. I think I'm going to have her save her love *being Grug*, if Accalia is ok with it, from her son Loni, turned nutso by Mephisto. It'll be interesting.Bahahaha, i'm cruel, oh well)

Amusement flooded Ozzie's features. Despite rumours, and occasionally events, he was not the mangy old wolf that yelled at every little sound. No, Ozzie was truly a kind, honest wolf. He'd been with the Yozorans for many moons more than the others around him. If any wolf would bother to speak with him in a regular manner and not treat him like some sort of parasite, he could tell them a lot about wolven history. Stories and tidbits that had yet to be told...
The black, rapidly graying brute sat back on ancient, thinning bones. His golden eyes rested on Soot. Slowly, after much staring and looking him up, Ozzie nodded him approcal. "Soot is proxy of the Yozorans!" He barked, respect and approval in his voice. Ozzie respected so few, that he always made a big deal when some other wolf earned it. He smiled slightly at Soot, bobbing his head up and down.

Soot's eyes widened a bit at Ozzie. The brute was certainly one of thee oldest, if not thee oldest, in the pack. Soot respected Ozzie greatly, as an older wold the brute was much wiser then himself. Soot smiled a bit. Dipping his head in gratitude and respect to Ozzie. Soot smiled a bit. Ozzie actually approved of him as proxy of the Yozoran Pack. Light thought him worthy and good enough to be a proxy, Sharpie approved, and so did Ozzie. The brute just hoped he could live up to it. Be as proxy as good as Sharpie had been.

Light nodded gratefully at Sharpie and Ozzie. This was his first big job as an alpha, and he was growing nervous. She sighed and allowed confidence to fill him. "Okkayy... so now we have two new pups, too. I believe Night is looking out for us..."
"Now to make a few worthy neophytes warriors."

Sharpie nodded to Ozzie. He was privately upset Okashii and Holly didn't respect the senior, but that wasn't the worst of his problems. How was he to hide this greying fur? Would he still look ruggedly handsome with it? Of course he would.... He would use it to his advantage! XD

Soot moved out of the way and returned to his place by his daughters. Robin and Shasta. They were doing fairly well considering the sickness and the fact that they had recently lost their mother and brother. Soot's ebony fur glimmered with health. He was young and would serve his pack well.

Light spoke again. "Shinya, Moon, Ransack, Lily, step foreward."
Shinya stepped up eagerly.
"Shinya, you have trained long and hard, and have proved yourself many times over. Shinya, you are now a full lupus proeliator of the Yozoran Pack. I believe you will be loyal and brave during your time here."

He said this two more times for Ransack and Lily.

Sharpie dipped his head to the new warriors. It felt good to see Yozora's children finally becoming warriors. They deserved this honor. He wondered if she was watching over them now...
