[glow=silver,2,300]Wolves of the Mist
{A Wolven Legend}[/glow] Okay, so basically, I'm giving you the Anniversary awards, celebration, and history all in storybook form. You're going to see a lot of links like i22.photobucket.com/albums/b333/duchess_steph/rawr9wb.png]this, where the word links to something. It will pretty much always be a video, so stop and watch it...the one above only leads to a picture because I only needed an example of what the link looked like. PLEASE read and watch all of this, take your time, too. This took me MONTHS to put together, so I'd appreciate if you didn't skip by anything or just skim a part. READ IT. Also, some of this is told through my point of view, and other parts are just given a general description. It sounds more confuzzling than it is. I was going to tell this point through other members' viewpoints, but I cannot do that, as I only know my own thoughts and actions and reasonings. Keep in mine though I am a fiction writer,quite a bit of the things in here are fact. I had no idea what and rpg even was when I started at Warriors. My actions through the first chapters will display that. Oh, and since the videos take you away from this screen, or at least they do on my browser, make sure to hit the back button when you're done watching them. Aight...I think that's it. Well, welcome to Wolves of the Mist: The Legacy, The Light, The Journey, The Plague, The War {Vol. One}
Prologue Let me take you back... Back before this site was made... Back before many of us started role-playing.... Back before Sivvy learned to fly... WAIT. NOT that far back...heh....I looked ridiculous back then. XP How about....here-ish? Yeah, that works...
Siv yawned widely, stretching her wings as the stars filtered in through the shades. Lazily, she rolled from the bed, noting it was some crazy time in the evening, and she should've been awake hours ago. Of course, this was how everyday went. No suprise there. A sudden thundering down the hallway cued Teddy the ginourmous Moose-Dog. Deciding she didn't wish to recieve a washing quite this *early*, she flew from her window and out into the night, in search of a munchie and something to do. She lighted down on a tree branch, munching on lasagna noodles. No, they were not cooked yet. Siv eats raw noodles. Her mother says they will break her teeth. XP A movement on the corner of the road caught her eye. She flapped her wings, hovering delicately over the corner. Her eyes widened as she noticed a tall, wooden blockade. However, there was a gate, and a slide-hole where some people who called themselves "Proboards" were inquiring some citizens of Rubik. Curious and nosy as ever, Siveria landed on the sidewalk, glancing up at the Proboards with uncertainty. "Hello!" Came a sudden, cheery voice. "I'm Elliefang, and I'm here to welcome you to Warrior Cats: The RPG! This website is a roleplay game based off of Erin Hunter's Warrior Books! So how about joining?" "Eh...? What is a...'role-play game?'" Siv wrinkled her nose, slightly scared of the hyper-active figure. "Wellll you can go look in the help boards after you join, and Rinoa can help ya out. Just know that you get to make your own warriors character and play through their life! You can have more than one cat, really, as many as you can handle, and they can fight, fall in love, have kits, etc, just like the books! Except our stories take place eonsss after the other characters are all dead." Excitement lit up in Sivvy's eyes. "Sounds cool...I think I tried joining something like this before, but it confused me a lot...this time, I'll be sure to ask for help...it sounds so cool!" Having just finished the latest addition to the Warriors Series, the novels were still fresh in the young catwings' mind. She'd always imagined new stories to add to the warriors collection ;; things that could've happened that weren't part of the series, plots they could've worked into the story. And now, as she was handed a clipboard to register, these ideas were soaring through her mind once again. I wonder what my username should be...hey, what was my name when I entered it into that "find your warrior name" thing? Oh yeah, Rippedstripe... When she was admitted inside of the gate, her eyes opened wide with amazement;; there were creatures EVERYWHERE! The place was simply packed, roaring with life. She looked up at the signs over the buildings, searching frantically for the 'Help' board. " 'WindClan Territories'....'WindClan Camp'....ah, there it is!" She bounded over to the front desk, and was handed a laptop. "Rinoa will teach you all you need to know about rping....just read the thread she left there. Then, you can return here and get a character sheet. Once your character is accepted, you can start roleplaying!" Sivvy blinked in astonishment, seeing that Elliefang was in front of her...again. She flew away immediately, settling down on a park bench to read through the thread. Wow...this is easier than I thought! I'll go make my character right away! After having Rippedstripe accepted by the moderators, Sivvy happily bounded off to post in the ThunderClan territories. However, a tall cat frowned at her as she made her post. "Hate to tell you this, Rippedstripe, but there's a battle over at WindClan...you're on NightClan's side, just so ya know...." "Oh, it's all right! I'll go there now!" Rippedstripe's features lit up with excitement once more. Wow...a battle! The battle was even more exciting than Siveria could've guessed! She even took a break to go make more cats that could fight in it. In all, she made : Redwhisker of WindClan, Blackthistle of ThunderClan, and Volefur of WindClan. She also adopted a cat named Pinepaw, of SunClan. Volefur was killed off almost immediately;; she was trying out all of the features the rpg held. Rippedstripe and Blackthistle were mates, and Rippedstripe was sent back to the nursery so she could have kits. Redwhisker ran into a bit of trouble with a chracter named Redmoon, but it was all sorted out smoothly, and the fighting continued on. Back at the nursery, Rippedstripe encountered a few characters more directly than she had in the large mass that was the battle thread. "Hello, I'm Neonwolf! I'll just have Pondrush jump in here, if that's okay..." One of them said. "I'm Rippedstripe, and yes, that's quite all right!" the cat dipped her head. "I'm Leopardkit," the last said. "But my character needs a mother...could Rippedstripe and Blackthistle be her parents?" "Sure!" Sivvy nodded. The three had a long conversation about nothing in particular, but it was nice, acting out their scene, then making OOC comments in between. Back home, Sivvy didn't have anybody to talk about warriors with. Nobody else she knew had read them. Back in the battle thread, Redwhisker was engaged in a rather flirtacious talk with another of Neonwolf's chars, Clawstripe. Outside of the medicine den, the battle was wearing five days thin. SOMETHING had to happen ;; even Sivvy and Neonwolf were getting a little bored of the fight...there had to be something else to do? In the midst of battle, Ashrain, Neonwolf's char, and Mudfang, somebody who Sivvy hadn't met before, were making eyes at each other, even though they were from opposing clans. Sivvy sat back and watched the show, eyes brightening when the two started a playfight in the middle of the battle. Yes! It's brilliant! We can get everyone playfighting, and then we can FINALLY do something else! Gawwwddd! Honestly, Sivvy didn't feel it was the greatest end to a battle, but she didn't see any other way they could get out of here, and hey, there would be more climatic battles than this one... So Pinepaw, and a foe she'd imagined up without a character sheet, Nettlepaw, went at it, playfighting. Soon, a few others caught on. However, others got mad at Sivvy, Mudfang, and Neonwolf. Something about Roxie still needing to kill off Silver. Well, they, quite frankly, didn't have a clue what they were talking about. However, the next day, many abusive comments were thrown at the three. The administrator, who they learned was Roxie, had given them a very rough talking to via PM. The three were puzzled, but took comfort in the fact that they were in this together. They continued to roleplay for a while, Pinepaw becoming Pineforest and falling in love with a ThunderClan she-cat, Swiftstream in the heat of battle. Swifty was nice;; she gave Sivvy some comforting about the situation at hand through the PM system. For that, Siv was grateful. However, Mudfang seemed about to break. She was contemplating leaving, and honestly so were Sivvy and Neonwolf. However, they weren't quite done yet. They attacked each other with PM's everytime the other was online, discussing their options. Siv went into her PM Box to find something entitled, "I Am A Rebel," from Neonwolf. Something else caught her eyes, "SORRY!" From Roxie? The PM explained that Roxie had mistaken their posts for OOC, and apologized because if the rper wanted their chars to rp in battle, they most definitly could. She even went on to ask Siv to be the next WindClan leader...and then Siv went off to be all giddy with Mudfang, Swifstream, Neonwolf, and a new friend she'd made, Sunshimmer. One of the people who'd yelled at the Troublesome Trio, as they'd been dubbed, felt extremely upset, and left the RPG. At first, Siv was angry with them, but after being talked to by Mudfang, Siv realized that it was all a very stupid situation ;; but the person was gone, so there was no telling them that they were sorry things had turned out the way they did. Siv felt increasingly crappy for the next week about it, but it slowly faded into resignation. Perhaps that person was leader somewhere else? Maybe they were happy... However, even though she was leader of WindClan, she felt oddly out of place. She still had her friends, yes, but ever since that person left, she didn't feel so great rping on the site. After all, that person had been there much longer than her. In her desperation to escape the cloudy haze, Siv fled from the Warrior Cats Rpg....
And smacked into Proboards.
Where It All Began...
...With These Uncertain Foundations...
...And We're Making Something Out Of Nothing.
CHAPTER ONE
Ouch... "Dude. That freaking HURT." "Woah, slow down there, feline! We don't want to get blood on the registration forms!" A mechanical voice scolded. Siv looked up, still fighting her blurred vision. Finally, it focused on a large touch-pad screen with a form displayed on it:
!!!ProBoards!!! Welcome to the Internet's premier forum provider, hosting over 19 million members at 2 million forums! You can go ahead and create your own forum for free, or if you need help with your existing forum head on over to our support forum.

Steadying herself against a fence post, she examined the home page before her, then gingerly touched the 'Sign Up!' button. ProBoards is how Roxie started the Warrior Cats RPG. Maybe I can start something like that! But it should definitly be something different than warriors --- it's too boring just to have warriors all the time. Something simple, moldable....something common, but not based off of something like books or movies. She scratched her head, wincing at the bruise. Well...what can an RPG be about anyway? There's only two kinds I've heard of, Warriors...well, cats, really....and.....wolves. A small smile lit her face. Yes. I'll do an rpg about wolves -- it'll give it some variety! Okay...so I need a username. I like the name 'Imagining Mystic', but it's taken. I also like the name Siveria....my great-grandmother's name. Well....I'm not a blender, but I know how to make a smoothie. We'll go with Mysticsiv, then. Passy...check. Eh...naming it. Well, I'll just go simple again. It'll be ordinary, maybe....but there's beauty in that. It'll give the rpers a challenge to make something out of little. Okay....so I already have the idea for the plot...they'll be surviving in an endless night and winter. How about Wolves of the Night? No...the whole site shouldn't end after the plot....um.....something neutral....eerie...er... Wolves of the.....Mist. Eh. I don't know. Fog certainly doesn't sound any better. Sure. We'll go with Wolves of the Mist, then... After completing the rest of the form, the screen told Sivvy that she had to activate her account through her e-mail, like she did with the Warrior Cats site. Siv quickly copied and pasted the code, hit submit, and waited patiently, mind buzzing happily. She was suprised when the screen swung forward, revealing an extremely long hall way. There were doors everywhere! Siv stepped forward, looking around wildly and not sure where to go. "Server 66. The empty door directly to your left. Suitcases are there waiting for you. So is your work team." The computer stated, voice blank, programmed and emotionless as always. 66? One more six and it would've perfected that 'eerie' thing I was lookin' for! Anywho, I suppose I should head up there....eh....not really a fan of heights. At least it's enclosed. Once on the 66th floor, Siv was suprised to find there weren't many doors at all on 66, but there seemed to be an overflow on floors above and below her. She shrugged, heading to the door she'd been directed to and typing in her password. She was suprised to see that her username was simply 'admin'. She looked at the name on the door: "http://mysticsiv.proboards66.com/index.cgi" "Oh dear. I hope the members don't notice --- they'll think I'm....self-absorbed? I don't know. I really don't like the sound of my name so much to have it plastered on a door. Well....too late now. I'll live." She opened the door, letting out a small gasp as a mouse jumped up, batting her paw. "Where do you want us to put these boards? Oh, and what color do you want your category background?" The mouse squeaked. Siv was still in shock, as she usually drank mice for dinner. "DUDE! Do we need to hit you?!" Another mouse squeaked. Siv snapped back into full attention at this, a paw absentmindedly rubbing her bruised head. "No, I'm fine....er....wow. Those reallly ARE boards...." Indeed, a buncha mice were lifting smoothed, colored boards up flights of stairs to place them down. "Uh....well, we should probably start with a new members category. It's a night time plot...er....make the boards black. You, there! Go ask Google if he's got any....er....wolves. Tell him to search for 'night wolves' or something. Oh, and I'll be needing new shipments of thread. Trust me, we'll need lots of it. I should ask Roxie where she got hers....or maybe Neonwolf and Mud will know where to get thread....they know where to find good books and movies, that's for sure..." As she turned to go PM Mudfang and Neonwolf, another mouse stopped her. "Wait!" it shouted, seemingly angry. "What should we name the rp boards?" "Um....it's okay. I'll take care of it all, really." "Wha? Hun, do you even know what HTML stands for?" "Nope." "Exactly. Just listen to me, and it will all be fine! Go back in there, carve the boards, paint them, and pass them up. simple enough?" Siv nodded, then glanced thoughtfully at the mouse. "What's your name?" "Henry Thomas Matthew Lewis. Now get to work!" The mouse hopped away, waiting patiently to enter the codes of the back of the boards. Henry Thomas Matthew Lewis... HTML. Lovely. So she spent the rest of the night carving in the names and details to the boards, coloring them to match the rest of the layout, then passing them to a mouse called Submit. After they passed Submit, they were given to HTML and a few other mice. Then, they snapped into place on the forum. She drew a blank at first when it came to pack names, but she decided to go on colors, then. At first, she named the packs based on the color of the wolves that would live there. But she decided she no longer liked this idea after the boards were complete. So, instread. Silver Mist was named for the shimmering saphires in their terra, known simply as the Shimmering Stones. White Mist was named for the White Rocks in their homelands, which held traces of ivory. Black Mist was name for the onyx on their lands, known simply as the Dark Rocks. And Grey Mist was named for the hematite found in their Grey Stones. As the night grew thin, Siv yawned, examining her handiwork. Really, she'd ended up doing most of it, and the mice were there just to put all of her creations into one piece. Smiling to herself, she stepped back to look at the whole thing as one. "Tomorrow, I'll mail this to the others."Let's take this one day at a time......I'll hold your hand if you hold mine...
INTERMISSION I'm sorry for interupting the story, and I'll be sorry for this later when I'm scrambling to finish this, but I couldn't help it. Out of curiosity, I went to the Warrior Cats RPG and found some PMs a few of you can recall with a smile: "I Am A Rebel" Neonwolf to Rippedstripe, June 28th, 2007 I don't care if I get banned or not (not that I WANT to, of course/ that is why I apologized). It was an honest mistake, wasn't it? No one was posting, so i thought that the battle was pretty much over. I agree with Mudfang 100%. Roxie could just watlz right up and kill her right now in the midst of this battle. We didn't break any rules, did we? Nope, I didn't think so! It's unfair that we should be punished for a misunderstanding and confusion. Thus, I will continue to RP until I'm banned (if the mods and admins decide so). If we continue to play, I look foward to RPing with you and Mudfang. On a lighter note: "Just Saying" Neonwolf to Rippedstripe, July 5th, 2007 Rofl! I came on to the computer to check on the battle, and boy was it long! But I started laughing when the loner, Ashfoot, took a liking to Redwhisker. *laughs* When I get the chance, I'm going to make Clawstripe barge right in and start beating up Ashfoot! Lol. Well, I'll be back soon. ..............
CHAPTER TWO
The next day, Sivvy bounded back to Warrior Cats, as Rippedstrtipe, and quickly contacted Mudfang. Mudfang's reaction encouraged her greatly: "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! OF COURSE! I love dogs... I have two. ;D"
(Note: These are EXACT reactions. It's a good thing I don't have overflowing PMs on warriors like I do here )
She went to inform Reflection, another friend at Warriors, and was slightly discouraged: "Sorry, but I just joined this forum, and I want to make sure I'm very active on here! I've made the mistake of joining too many foums before Maybe some other time? "
She bounced over to Sunshimmer: "Hey Rippedstripe, My rpg on this site, called warrior cat rpg needs more people signing up. Several leader and deputy spots are open. Oh and your site won't let me sign in.
Sunshimmer"
After a few complications, Sunshimmer fixed up her e-mail and joined the site as "Yetigirl".
Neonwolf was maybe the most fun (Well...Mudfang really made Siv giggle, too,) to tell:
"No. Not a website like yours.... wow, you made this?? Or did you just join this wolf rpg? I love wolves....*grins*
Sunshimmer just made a mini rpg on this site/ under Fun Stuff.
WOLVES................................. ;D"
(I couldn't seem to find Destiny's or Sheera's reply to my PM. This sadens me. =[ )
Pantherclaw and Swiftstream also joined the site, and Siv was quite content. Those first few days of roleplaying were filled with fun and eagerness. Everyone was excited to post everywhere. Sheera, the new name Pantherclaw had taken, even invited in a new member who was posting just as avidly as everyone else: Howl. But after these few days, Siv and the other members turned their minds towards a more sophisticated setting, involving the reasoning behind the darkness and endless winter. "Hmm....maybe like another pack or something? It offsets the balance of life, so their ancestors made that known, or something...." "Sounds good!" Sheera, Pantherclaw, nodded. "Is this pack like BloodClan in the warrior clans...or worse?" Siv shared a swift glance with Wolfie, then grinned widely. "Definitly worse."
Wolfie was supremely interested in this new plotting, and started discussing it through PMs and Staff Board posts with Siv and the others. Siv and Wolfie, deciding that the new pack obviously needed members, made them privately in the staff board. They became very pleased with their bios, and even decided to write a little prelude that none of the other members would probably ever see (XD):
Siveria: Rippestripe ran through the dark pines and plunged down the snowy slope. Her father had maimed her, so she couldn't run as fast as she wanted too. Her left back leg was scarred and bleeding from where he had hit her. She sat down in the sahde of a willow to weep. Her pck hated her. She couldn't find faith in Lupus, and she was a dissapointment to everyone. How could she carry on? She wailed her grief to the stars. She stopped as she caught Kosav's scent.
Wolfie: Kosav crept up behind her, scenting the air. His fur rippled with realization when Rippedstripe stopped moaning. He had been caught. "Are you alright, Rippedstripe?" Kosav asked.
Siveria: Rippedstripe slunked miserably over to her mentor. "There is no place for me here! My pack hates me and my own father maimed me! What am I to do? It won't be long before they decide to kill me!" She weeped.
Wolfie: Kosav growled defensively. "I would never let them kill you, Rippedstripe." He gave her a comforting lick between her ears. "Bloodsbane is harsh at times, I know. But even I, his deputy, have had a few discipline wounds. He wouldn't kill his own daughter." Kosav secretly doubt his last words. Bloodsbane was merciless and clever... if he had to, he probably would kill her.
OOC: Bloodsbane is her father, or is it someone else?
Siveria: OOC: Bloodsbane is her father IC: "I know what he plans to do to the pack they call Grey Mist. I don't like it." Rippedstripe barked. She clawed angrily at the ground. "There is so much hate here that every speck of friendship and love is drowned out. I don't want to kill and I don't want to hate!" She spat.
Wolfie: OOC: K, just checking.
IC: Kosav sighed. "I know it seems wrong, but there is no convicing your father. Bloodsbane wants territory for our pack. He wants the Blood Mist to be invincible." Kosav stared out into the sky, thinking of the wolves he would have to kill... and the wolves that he already killed.
Siveria: Rippedstripe shook her head. "I think I'm leaving, Kosav."
Wolfie: Kosav looked at her. He had known all along that one day she would leave... but it was still a shock to hear those words. "Leave? Now?"
Siveria: A single tear dripped out of her stormy grey eyes. "I will never forget you Kosav. It's impossible for me to stay here. My own father maimed me. And..." she her wocie cracked as more tear came out. "....I'm not like you. We're different." She woofed mournfully. "I'll never be like any of the pack, no matter how hard i try. I'm so....far away from them," She hung her head low.
Wolfie: Kosav dipped his head sorrowfully. He gave a lick on her cheek. "I will never forget you either, Rippedstripe." Kosav looked towards the sky again. "I will cover up your tracks, and make my own. I will tell Bloodsbane that you fell and drowned in the river. No one will know that you're alive, and they will not hunt you."
Siveria: Rippedstripe looked at her mentor with sorrow. "Goodbye, dearest Kosav!" She turned and lept into the rushing river, swimming swift and skillyfully. Sh gave him one last, sad, haunted look before turning away and swimming downstream.
Wolfie: Kosav stared after her. He regreted letting her leave, but what other option was there? Bloodsbane would probably would kill her at some point... Kosav tilted and let out a mournful howl. "Farewell," he murmured. He turned and padded toward the other Blood Mist wolves, never looking back.
This thread led Rippedstripe to be found by a White Mist patrol, who temporarily offered her a home. The healers of the forest had all been seeing signs and omens from their ancestors, warnings of a pack that called themselves Blood Mist. They were more than just a menace, they were murderous tyrants. There was a great war between the packs and this new Blood Mist, as Blood Mist was upsetting the balance of life; there were only supposed to be four packs in the forest at the time, not five, and so the nights and days were scrambled, too. Bloodsbane, cruel and harsh leader of these wolves, answered only to one force. That force, known as Lupus, was a divine god, and an ancient leader. However, Lupus looked down upon Bloodsbane. He was unahppy with the minimal progress the leader was making in taking over the packlands. He sent his own shadow to the Blood Mist beta, Redfang, and caused her to bear two children: Death, and Flame. Flame was kept a secret, and sent away to the Black Mist Pack so that she might have a chance at leading a better life than the one she would face is she remained in Blood Mist. The only wolves that knew about this were Redfang, as she'd organized the hand over, and Light and Celestina of the Black Mist wolves. Death grew quickly, and scarcely six moons old, he ordered the rebellion against Bloodsbane and Redfang....as well as their proxy. The three were murdered, and Death was crowned the new leader. He had every intention of taking over what Bloodsbane was too slow at doing. But, there were a few complications, and new information set him searching for something else... Rhain, the seasonal goddess of Spring, had purposefull seperated herself from the other deceased wolves. She'd been depressed at the time of her death, and refused to speak to anyone about it. That was until she met Lupus. After much clever talk, the two eventually began to be a little more truthful with each other. Well....Rhain actually got Lupus to spill his guts: -Lupus was one of four great leaders who ruled the first packs. These packs were created by the Golden Wolf, who seems to have vanished. -The packs were Night Mist, led by Lupus, Blood Mist, led by Verlust, Shimmering Mist, led by Sky, and Storm Mist, led by Wind. -Verlust and Lupus had been lovers, but she tricked Lupus and ended up being his cause of death. She was believed to still be alive, as the first four leaders were immortal, but that wasn't verified. Rhain, formerly a healer, had given the pack wolves a prophecy that she herself hadn't understood at the time:
A darkness is coming, sinister and wild, The Earth held in the paws of one small child, Death, he will be named; the wolf who cannot be tamed, he and his enemy are the same, Flame, she will be named; a wolf who's been drenched in pain, Rip, Tear, Slash, Kill, these wolves will fullfill Death's will, Burn, Ember, Silenthowl, Light, these wolves fight for the right, The sky will burn; a crimson night, Where the wolves will stand for their last fight
Lupus had watched faithfully over his love's pack, but began to realize the errors in his ways, and that Verlust no longer was the wolf he loved. Death, however, didn't give up the fight. He didn't know how to back out of the hole he'd dug for himself. His love for a Blood Mist femme, Slash, was the only thing that stopped him from tearing everything apart in sight. Death was a devious creature, and had come to hold a mystical stone known as the Resurrection Stone. It could call Verlust to the source, as well as other wolves believed to be dead or actually dead. He hadn't figured out how to use it yet, but Rhain's prophecy stayed true; Burn, played by Yetigirl, Ember, played by Sivvy, Silenthowl, played by Howl, and Light, played by Mudfang, were sent forth to destroy the stone, and that is exactly what they did. And not only did Death's first plan fail, but his empire was slowly falling apart around him. Slash left him to become a victim of his own madness, though she begged him to leave with her before she herself abandoned the pack. In desperation, Death massacred the terras, and attacked the entire forest at a gathering. Since Blood Mist's arrival, it had been an endless night, even when it really should be daylight hours. Now, the sun rose, but on a normal schedule, it should be night time. Hence the words "Crimson Night" in the prophecy. The packs clashed with their nemisis, and many casualties occurred. Some of the most infamous of these were the deaths of Sheera and Yozora, White Mist alphess and Black Mist alphess. Other deaths included that of Refin, the leader of a rouge gang, and Slash, murdered accidentally by an unaware Death. Rip, played by Sheera, Tear, played by Howl, Slash, played by Mudfang, and Kill played by Wolfie were supposed to be the ones heading the attack. Instead, all but Kill had become tangled in webs of romance, feelings they'd never known before coming to the forest. Feelings Death himself had once felt, but now rejected. All of Blood Mist were killed, except for a select few that would carry on secretly. And as the wolves were wearing thin, an iconic death occurred, the Death of Death. To make this less confusing, Flame really should've been named life. Life is the only thing that can take away Death, and Death the only thing that can take away life. In essence, Flame is the only one who could 'kill' Death and Death the only who could kill Flame.
Wolfie: Flame shook her head. "No, Death. You betrayed yourself. You made this life for yourself, and now you've set your consequences."
Siveria: "NO, YOU WILL PAY!!!!" Death screamed. He lept at her. With the power of his leap, they both fell from the cliff. They hit the water with a ear-splitting SPLASH.
Wolfie: Flame stared back at her brother through the water. She swam over to him, and held onto him with her jaws. They would sink together, brother and sister...
Siveria: Death looked Flame directly in her eyes. And suddenly a feeling like no other came over him. He felt the water crushing down on his body. He was alive. Death, the son of Lupus, was ALIVE! He smiled at the bitter-sweetness of this moment. He looked back at Flame, regret flashing in his eyes. He mouthed the words, "I am sorry." and grabbed onto her scruff as well. When he hit the bottom, he felt his lungs screaming for air. He smiled at Flame. She had done him a favor. She had done EVERYONE a favor. He didn't belong in this world andymore. Death choked as his life flashed before his eyes. When Redfang rejected him, when Lucinda fed him, when Slash took him for his first feeding, when he had lost his sanity completely. All of it. It seemed like he was watching it forever, and yet it was over in a blink. His crimson eyes closed for the last time. And there they lay, brother and sister, dead on the bottom of the blood-stained Mirror Lake.
And so family won out over megalomania. Cheesy? No. We take things for granted; things we call 'cheesy'. Okay, some stuff is kinda corny, but there are usually good, solid intentions behind it. And I can't explain what this plot did by saying anything else than if all of you went mad, the rest of us would be there to work it out with you....and no, we wouldn't try and kill you. XD We're family. We look after each other in any way we can. Simple as that... Of course, roleplaying through an apocalypse is much more entertaining. ...Swear to shake it up if you swear to listen.......Oh, we're still so young....

CHAPTER THREE
Paradise. Okay, so we might not have palm trees, and we might be planning new ways to impress the apocalypse upon our wolves every now and then, but we have fun doing it. A LOT of fun... Too much fun. Residents of WotM, I'm afriad we all run the risk of being infected with the terrible malady that is IHTMFAWOTM. The main side effect of the I Have Too Much Fun At Wolves Of The Mist disease is the muddling of the brain. This is hard to cure and very very serious. Some people have it worse than others, and suprisingly many have escaped without being infected. When the brain is muddled, you become irritable and argumentative. One of the first and great documents based on IHTMFAWOTM is known as the Great Horse Color War. Sheera and Mudfang were on Horses of the Plains, Mudfang's horse roleplay site. After a conversation between Siv and Howl, in which both became imensely irritated at Mudfang and Sheera, the war began. The arguement? Horse color, duhr! Well, that wasn't really what the fight was about, though I'm sure Sheera and Mudfang still believe it was horse color alone. No...the animosity started when Howl and Siv spoke to one another. Unfortunately, Howl is not here to explain this, and Sivvy forgot what the conversation entailed. (It's true. XP Probably something insignificant...) After several threats to leave and much yelling, the muddling was temporarily cleared. Of course, there were several other small conflicts like this. Well, some were huge. Most were harmless in the end. We said we'd leave, but it was more like a 'mild threat' at the time. Nobody really wanted to leave. We were just extremely overcome with an emotion at the time of the saying. (Or so we thought) I'm mentioning Mudfang's leaving here for the sole purpose of collecting our history and learning from it. Guys, she said some very cold and heartless things, just as we did to her. Time and time again, she said she would leave, and she would, and then she would come back and it would start all over again. I used to say I would leave too, because to me, it was still that 'mild threat'. I stopped saying that a while ago. Because it was suddenly so much more than that. She left us and blamed us for 'making her afraid to voice her opinion', but really, I stated mine and she stormed off the site one evening. Sure, we had warm and fuzzy moments, but that's why she's in the early history and briefly in a few of the later chapters. I could say a lot of nasty things here and there about what used to be one of my best friends, but I think this covers anything and everything anyone has to say about it: She must've had a seriously brain-muddling case of IHTMFAWOTM. Beware of that disease, friends. It's a nasty one.
The leaving of Howl was one of our sadest moments. So why dwell? I'm not dwelling as I'm writing this. I'm remembering. Howl has some of the worst situations anyone could ever have to deal with. And she still came back here every night and made us laugh our socks off. To dwell is to let these memories depress you because they're over. To remember is to smile at the good times and to use her amazing strentgh to power you through your own rough days. Though few of us know and understand the full extent of her tramatic story and you won't get a peep of it out of us, we can still read her posts and feel her tough-skinned but warm attitude seeping through the words. She had to leave us and returned around November. She stayed until just after Christmastime. her unfortunate situations made it impossible for her to stay with us, but part of her will always be here. We remember her, and, to me at least, she represents part of the spirit that is this site.
Cursico. I know, "EEK!!!" right? Well, that's my first thought, at least... Cursico was an active member, joining in a tweening time before our second plot but after the first. I felt terrible when they left the site, as I'd been so busy at the time it had taken me too long to respond each time to the thread we'd had going. And even then, I didn't have much enthusiasm for that thread. I felt bad at first. It was probably 4-5 months later when our poor c-box was viciously massacred by the same Cursico. Wanna know why? The stinker didn't even have the courtesy to leave a will, so we adopted off their charries. Apparently he didn't like someone else having Cursico. Since Cursico's IP changed far too much for us to ban him from the spam-ridden c box, We compromised. Well, actually, I went to his site and told him what's what. I changed one letter in Cursico's name, so it read something like Cursicko. I told him if he showed up in my c box again, I would immediately post Cursico's bio all over our affiliated sites. He came back once, about a week or two ago. I reminded him of that threat and he ran off with his tail between his legs. The cowards hardly deserves mentioning here, I just thought I'd let it be known that nobody takes us for a ride. =]
And speaking of that last idea...I have three letters. Can anyone guess them? T.H.C. Taffy Hacking Crows, of course! *coughthehighcrosscough* We had a large conflict with this 'advanced' warriors rpg. They tried to shut us down because I became extremely mouthy in their c box. They'd insulted a member of WotM to the point of tears because apparently, though she'd spent three hours on a biography, it still wasn't good enough for them. Hey, they will hear from me if they mess with any of you! Newbie or oldie member, they're goin' down! Anyway, we all got scared and hysterical for a while, but eventually we broke away from our vicious battle. Luckily, Proboards ignored the complaints...of both parties.
A lot of you are probably thinking "why is she making us remember the hard, bad times?" Three reasons. Simple, really:
1. What doesn't kill us makes us stronger. We have experienced a lot in this first year. It had brought us closer as friends and made us stronger as people.
2. Lessons. We can take something from these tough times. From Howl, we can smile, grit out teeth, and bear whatever hardships come at us just a bit longer. Siv needs to learn to leave Taffy Hacking Crows alone, even when they irritate her to bits because otherwise it could mean trouble XP. What you make of these times is up to you, but there's something good for your brain's tummy in just about everything. Yes, your brain has a tummy. Now feed it!
3. It is part of our site's history and spirit. The lessons, the adaptations, they're all part of what this place means. I can't cut them out -- Trust me, we don't need holes in the site!
It's okay to be sad. It's okay to be angry. It's okay to cry. But just know that getting caught up in what happened in the past will make in hard to find the future. There are brighter days waiting for you....When you've had enough.......you wanna give up.......believe that there will be a brighter day...
CHAPTER FOUR
With Death and Flame dissentigrating at the bottom of the Mirror Lake, we of course needed a new plot to keep us entertained! While the great minds of this place were at work, a few new members joined in our little crew. A few stayed only for a short while, but Luin, Holly, Accalia, Azari, and Nightlight lasted for a very long time. In fact, only one of those people left the site; the rest are still here. After a short tweening time, we came up with the second plot. Since things were rather heated between Grey Mist and Silver Mist, there was a war breaking out. The healers of the Packs has received this prophecy:
Bones break and blood drips, eyes grow bloodshot and hearts rip, The cruel goddess Verlust, has erased every drop of trust, There will be seven, who reach the one last heaven, who stop the blood and war, who no wolf noticed much before, and now the blood dawn draws near, to end the heartbreak and tears, to erase the panic and fear, so let them light the way, to the last safe place
The otwo packs were doing their best to stop rey Mist and Silver Mist from fighting so they could all figure out what the prophecy meant. They weren't getting much progress. During all of this madness, seven wolves suddenly vanished from the scene of battle. They were abducted by Blood Mist wolves, who were reassembled under Verlust's command. The seven taken were meant as sacrifices to the goddess to make her stronger. The wolves kidnapped are as follows: - Liviana - Arroyo - Tundra - Blue Moon - Faun - Tumbleweed - Torn
Seven other wolves were summoned to the Mirror Stone, and directed to stop this sacrifice: - Svetta - Dusk - Wisteria - Haze - Faerie - Jag - Adawolfa The first seven, the Vanishings, were saved by the second seven, the Rescuers. Upon saving their assigned Vanishing, the Rescuers faded into a realm that many have searched for, but none have found. In other words, they were never seen again, not by the living, not by the deceased. And they might very well never be found and properly thanked. The Vanishings never forgot their dear Rescuers, and all of wolvenking rememberd them as heroes, since they had made the ultimate sacrifice. They had given more than just their lives; they had given their afterlives so the packs might be gaurded and warned. But Blood Mist continued to rise, under the control of a terribly powerful Verlust. Even though the sacrifice hadn't worked, Verlust was more than just your regular tyrant; she was the goddess of Winter. The packs had concluded that they would have to leave their old territories behind to travel across the Mountains of Endless Winter. Across the mountains was where the first packs, Night Mist, Blood Mist, Shimmering Mist, and Storm Mist had first roamed. They'd crossed the mountains and became the present packs, Blood Mist splitting in two. Half was present day Blood Mist, and the other hald was present-day White Mist. The packs knew they could be followed, but they had to try and leave. Berlust had made their old home unsafe and unclean. But before the packs departed, the alphess of Silver Mist, Siveria, began to meet privately with Verlust. They were friends, and mentioned almost nothing of their packs in each other's prescence. The worst of enemies. The closest of allies. Siv began to hear voices, experiance hallucinations, and was extremely depressed. The most prominent of these internal taunts was a couplet rhyme: "Twenty-One, Twenty-One, The Silver Wolf Is Over And Done!"
She understood one thing; she was to die on the twenty-first of December. What she didn't understand is why it made her so panicked. She'd met death before; not permanently, but she was so depressed, why did it matter? She couldn't get what her mind was trying to warn her about, and she was ignorant of the real thing: It barely meant a thing to Siv at all; Twenty-One meant something about wolves she held dear. So the packs made their way across the mountains, nearing their destination and what they thought would be safety. But, before they could make it to their new territories, Blood Mist caught up with them. The battle that followed was a vicious and bloody tussel. Many died painful deaths, and wolves dropped like flies in an electirc lantern. The climax of this confrontation took place on the twenty-first of December. Siveria challenged Verlust for the position of Goddess of Winter. Verlust, as it was law, could not refuse a direct challenge. So, seven wolves were picked as Siveria's Guard. These seven were the Vanishings. Verlust's Gaurd were the third set of seven. Twenty-One wolves. Risking and sacrificing themselves for wolvenkind. Verlust's Guard: -Scar -Sylvana -Zeffen -Snare -Assyria -Risika - Guts Twenty One. The prophecy had very little to do with Siv or Verlust. It represented the greatest sacrifice in wolven history. And it has inspired wolves ever since. Almost all of Blood Mist were slaughtered that day. About a pawful remained when the storm of fury cleared. The Vanishings had managed to kill all but two of Verlust's Gaurd, who surrendered, anyways. Verlust and Siv set the cliffside ablaze when their claws set off sparks against the rocks. (That's called Flint, dearies) The two lost limbs, set each other on fire, and created such a large crack in the cliff that the section they were on collapsed. They both crashed into the river below. Verlust died of the shock of the impact combined with drowning. Siv was the winner, but she was not sure of this. She found nightshade on the banks of the river, where she killed herself with it to ensure she wouldn't sie of her enemy's wounds, but of something else, thus winning the challenge and saving the packs from Verlust's winters. But who saved the packs from Blood Mist in general? Fourteen wolves. And who was Verlust's only real defense? Seven wolves. Twenty-One wolves giving their all for one day, the twenty-first of December. The packs mourned, but continued on and finished their vpyage to the ancient packlands. It is tradition, whenever the packs migrate, to rename each pack. -Silver Mist became the Siverian pack to honor Siveira. -Grey Mist became the Destinian pack to honor the last leader from the old packlands, Destiny. -White Mist became the Sheeran pack to honor Sheera, a brave former alphess. -Black Mist became the Yozoran Pack to honor Yozora, a well-rememberd former alphess. And even after the dramatic exits made on that fiery, cracking, exploding cliffside, there was a bit more drama in store for the pack wolves. At the first Moonless Meeting, we were astounded and shocked by Destiny's amazing death scene. It is a moment, like the deaths of the other original leaders, that we won't forget. This plot means a lot in the history of our wolves, and basically strengthens all the virtues a pack wolf should hold dear....Falling into memories of you......things we used to do...
CHAPTER FIVE
Okay, so far, you've discovered I made this place with the help of mice, relived the endless night, remembered the times that made us stronger, and honored the scarifices and struggles of the Great Journey. But....there is something buried in the depths I bet you DIDN'T know:
Siveria: Rhain shrugged and snuggled close to him. "Lupus? Can I tell you something?" She asked him.
(Oh god...... ;D )
Wolfie: Lupus glanced at Rhain. "Sure. Anything."
Siveria: "I see dead wolves. They talk to me a lot. They don't know they're dead..." She whispered.
XD Oh, or how about this one:
Wolfie: Diablo sighed. He wished he was as good-looking as Sharpie the Studmuffin, but lazy Wolfie had forgotten to add "ruggedly handsome" in his appearance description. Ahh, woe was him. XD
Siveria: "So....I'm still unsure of how we are going to educate them into being softies." She barked. Her worried tail flicked away a caterpillar.
Wolfie: "Let us ask sharpie!"
JK, haha
"Well, I don't know why they should be soft..." Diablo smiled. "I mean, every wolf has to stand up for themselves. I mean, we stood up to Death and left the pack... we're not that soft."
-LATER THAT DAY- Siveria: Lucinda smiled, gazing at Diablo with affection. Forget Sharpie, Diablo TOTALLY won. He wasn't a studmuffin, but he was "ruggedly handsome". Think Anakin Skywalker in Star Wars III, Revnge of the Sith. Darn that's a good movie!
Wolfie: I wonder if Lucinda likes Star Wars... Diablo shook himself. "So, should we leave soon?"
-------------- Wolfie: "Is Ragweed... GoldenMist? Is he..." Diablo stopped, searching for answers. All he could think about was why he wasn't a Jedi... "Is he safe?"
Siveria: Lucinda looked at Diablo and tilted her head. "I think he's a Jedi Master in disguise...maybe he could teach the pups the ways of the Jedi!!!" Lucinda yipped.
Wolfie: "What?" Diablo jumped. He was having another daydream about Padme... what a bod he thought...
------------- Siveria: Lucinda growled angrily. "I SAID do you like CREPES??!!!" And this is the third sentence.
Wolfie: "Yes, dear!" Diablo barked. He shook his head. "So... when should we leave?" And what about waffles? his inner voice asked.
-------------------- Siveria: "When the sun shines we shine together, told ya I'd be here forever!!!!" Liv sang.
Wolfie: "Happy trails, to you! 'Til we meet a-gain!" Fade hummed. (*actual song LOL*)
Siveria: "I think it was Weedy-rag or something...." Lucinda barked.
Liv goes all emo and tried to pull off "How can I live".
Wolfie: Fade shook her head at her sister. "You're not Ill Nino... maybe Atreyu, but not Ill Nino!"
Siveria: Liv rolls her eyes. "Atreyu owns all!" She barked.
Lucinda rolled her eyes. "I think you mean Panic! At the Disco! owns all!" She corrected.
Wolfie: "Three Days Grace!" Diablo coughed.
"Breaking Benjamen..." Fade muttered, rolling her eyes.
Siveria: "On second thought, your father is right. Three Days Grace owns all!" Lucinda declared.
Liv rolled her eyes. "You're all crazy!"
Mhhmm.... Oh, and don't forget the GLAD containers, aardvarks, EGADS, oh my!
Oh geeze.... I FEEL AN EGAD COMIN' ON!!!!!!
mysticsiv.proboards66.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=9&page=1
^^^ The original thread, in the flesh XD
I think that's where all the "creature" madness started. Well, of course our natures were something we were born with! *snorts* But apparently we all flocked to this place for some reason or another =p Welcome to Wolves of the Mist: Your Supernatural Creature General Store! Oh, and another classic moment: The first and only wolf wedding, the wedding of Rhain and Lupus. Yeah, Death was the priest. Scary, I know. Since he decided not to take over the world, he's become a sort of Dr. Phil character. Anyway, this was one of the most entertaining threads on the site. Nightlight drew a pic of his char in a tux, we became obsessed with Panic At The Disco's "Nine In The Afternoon". These are the days to remember. Sure, everyone loves a nice, serious rp. Gotta love some dramatics, too. But every now and then, we all secretly want to be jedi knights =] You know it. I know it. North America knows it. MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...Back to the place where we began......Feeling as good as love, you could, you can.......'Cause it's nine in the afternoon......Your eyes are the size of the moon...
CHAPTER SIX Well, with the killings of over 20 wolves in such a short period of time, we took a small break from intense plottage to let the wolves get all comfy and cozy in their new home. But after Siv saw the film "I Am Legend", break time was over. She presented the plot idea to the staffers. It was something completely different from the first two plots of the site. Wolves would all get sick. At first it would be an irritating cough, then it would slowly progress into breathing difficulties and vomiting blood. The throat would begin to close, and then madness would creep in. The victims would forget themselves and attack the nearest creature. If they lived that long. Herbs could do nothing to weaken this torment. But a prophecy was thought up to help our dear wolves:
I took one big breath, That was the end. I will learn to live again, Until then, I'm broken. I coughed, I shed, I shoved, I bled. Still no prevail. I need to break out. The nine is the key. The drug is the cure. Now run, Don't scream. The war lives on.
So, with the staff's approval of the plot, we threw this mysterious malady at our wolves. They suffered they bled, they went crazy...and then they were dead. (Don't you just love my morbid rhymes? XD ) All the while, a strange retired healer of the Yozoran Pack was missing, appearing only fleetingly in the few places she was seen. Her name was Silence, as it was believed she couldn't speak. Silence was searching for the wolves mentioned in the prophecy. The truth about Silence is that she was once an alphess of an ancient mountain pack, the Miran Pack. Her true name was Mira, and she led her pack in a war against another mountain pack, Crimson Mist. Crimson Mist was led by a demonic fae, the forgotton daughter of Bloodsbane, Lily. The packs were devastated and destroyed when a diseased struck them hard. Mira sent the survivors of her pack to our very own packlands to live in the packs we know so well. She was haunted by her dead packmates constantly, and they led her to the realm of the deaceased mountain wolves, the Spirit Wood. There was a region of darkness in the woods, for those black in spirit. There were shimmering forests for the nobler deceased. And in between these two resting places was a dangerous region where any spirit could wander. Silence, exhausted from her long journey, made the mistake of sleeping in the middle region. The good spirits bound her with the prophecy to take to the packlands, and ultimately help the wolves there find the cure. But the tyrannical dead wolves bestowed a curse upon Mira, making her unable to speak until all the wolves mentioned in the prophecy, who were immune to the disease, were assembled before the Spirit Wood. It was there, and only there, that the wolves could discover the cure to the illness that could bring extinction to their territories. Silence summoned the wolves to the Spirit Wood, and broke her silence to speaking the prophecy to the nine: - Asha - Shadow - Kunai - Sirius - Sothis - Anelie - Tisana - Artem - Coal The nine plunged into the woods, tormented and attacked viciously by the dark spirits that resided there. The nobles did their best to help the wolves in their quest for the strange cure: - Red Roots - Cabbage - Acorns - Chamomile - Tulips - Azaleas - Clementines - Water Lillies - Daisies
While the wolves sped through the chaotic woodlands, as they only had nine mintues to complete their task, Lily returned to destory Mira (Silence) once and for all. The two were locked in an intense battle right up until the very last second possible. The nine barely escaped with their items, having only a few seconds to spare. Silence sacrificed herself so Lily wouldn't stop the nine from escaping. She, along with Lily, and the Spirit Wood, vanished upon the prophecy being fulfilled. The nine returned to their homelands, carrying with them the cure to a lethal epidemic and the knowledge of the horrific and breathtaking sights they'd seen.....So give me the drug, let me breathe......On my own I'm finally free....
CHAPTER SEVEN Ahh, the butterflies, the wide grins, the nuzzling, the carresses. You all know what I'm talkin' bout. Watching wolves, or rather writing them, alive with the glory of love. Oh, and then it's always fun to crush their spirits, to agonize them in some way. For some things, it will be a happy ending, for others, not. And the vicious beings, too, who complicate everything for those who just want to live their dramatic lives in...peace? Friendships, loyalties, enemies, lovers. Sub-plotness.
We could not run this place without it; what would we do in those stalling times between plots, or those times where it's at a lull? Sub-plot is everything, really. Some sites run their whole roleplay on sub-plot alone. We have a nice combination of main plot AND sub plot. =]
Silenthowl & Rio....& Riley *heavy sigh* Silenthowl and Rio started in White Mist, warriors of the compassionate pack. Silenthowl was only half White Mist wolf, but that had been her home for as long as she could remember. She and Rio were, as mentioned before, emersed in the glory of their love for one another. But they did not get their happy ever after. Silenthowl was being tracked by the rare group of humans who found the territories;; they wanted her for testing, and her especially because of her structure (or something like that). Panicked that the humans would take more than just her, Silenthowl fled to the swamplands of Silver Mist, where her trail would be skewed and lost. She hoped it wasn't too late, but she also knew she couldn't go back to White Mist. She informed Rio at the next Moonless Meeting, saying only that they couldn't be together anymore. Rio ran from the meeting, and was murdered (I think?) by a Blood Mist wolf. Silenthowl had friends in Silver Mist, and she even had a little flirtaciousness going on with another warrior, Riley. However, when she dreamed, Rio visited her. And they would meet there, every night, just to be with one another. They became legendary, and will remain so. It put a large strain on her relations with Riley, especially when she discovered she'd been pregnant with Rio's pups. Riley didn't tell her any of his fears, though, knowing they wouldn't help anything. He treated the children as if they were his own, forming a close bond with Lance. Maybe it was a male thing Anyways, upon Silenthowl's disappearence, he tried to raise and mentor the pups as much as possible. When Silenthowl made a reappearence, the two were distant. She kept him there only by a few threads, and reminded him of her promise to raise his pups one day. But after they crossed the mountains, she was gone again. And even if she'd stayed, it's doubted Riley would've remained with her after all of the jerking around. So, in his darkest day, he found a femme who seemed to be having it worse. They helped each other, and ended up in love. Haha sorry for my corny description here. But anyway, Riley got his happy ever after with the female, Dashina, and his pups, Palenia, Luna, Kippy. And Silenthowl eventually had her happy ever after with Rio. Or at least it will be assumed so.
Okay, switch gears: Paris X Annanti X Olive X Sharpie Okay, this one was mainly me meddling with everyone else's heads, but I'd like to say it's one of my best crafted sub-plots EVER. Liviana left the Siverians pregnant with Ralph's pups. Ralph is the sonf of Kosav and Rippedtripe....grandson of Bloodsbane, haha. But anyway, he was another Siverian. She did not really feel a great bond to him, and loner life was calling her, so she went to raise her pups on the Xavrien Heights. She had four, Annanti, mischeivous, Paris, ambitious, Lucille, the sweetheart, and Signus, the studious, quiet, observant one. For four moons, things moved in a happy haze. That was before Liviana's parent, Diablo, showed up. He'd abandoned his children after his mate, Lucinda, died. Diablo and Liviana shared harsh words, he slapped her, and she turned away from him. Paris was intrigued by the wolf's actions, and followed him to learn more on how to fight. Annanti, Signus, Lucille, and Liv looked for him for two months, but never found him. Until the day he returned. Paris brutally slaughtered Lucille and Signus in what I'd like to think of as one of my best scenes (heehee XD) and Annanti and Liv had no choice but to run. They were cut off and Liv sacrificed herself so her daughter could escape. She, too, was murdered viciously. It was oddly lucky that Diablo was there. He managed to get Annanti to safety. Over the next four moons, Annanti trained with Diablo, honing in on her fighting skills, like a warrior would mentor a neophyte. She left Diablo after that, then tracked Paris to the Twilight Clearing. Paris had become infatuated with Olive, a young Yozoran pup. He kidnapped her, hoping she would feel the same way for him. She didn't AT ALL. Sharpie, Olive's father was nearby and tracking his lost daughter, hoping to find her. Annanti attacked Paris, but was eventually defeated and only saved by Sharpie. Olive ran for help, but they were too late to save Sharpie, who died at the claws of Paris. Annanti killed her brother, then became delerious. She passed out. She was offered a place among the Yozorans, but she turned it down to become a solitary loner. Olive went back to the Yozorans, where she became a rather tough-skinned neophyte. Annanti eventually took a mate, Guerrier, but she is still fiercely independent. Sharpie's mate, Holly, was devastated, and died shortly after Sharpie's death.
heehee =]
Oh, and just a few more: BLACK FURY! Yes, he's a LARGE sub-plot, but he's not the main plot so he's STILL a sub-plot. heh. He kills wolves. I think that's all I can really say =p
Babylonia && Ashur. We love these two and their messed up Mesopotamian Family. Babylonia was once the sweetest wolf around Grey Mist. She wouldn't hurt a flea. But she fell in love with Ashur, a Blood Mist Rouge, and became defiant against Grey Mist. She eventually left them for her mate. She had many children, Euphrates, Tigris, Lust, Assyria, Sumer, and a few others I can't quite remember. Anyways, she turned into a monster. She raised her children to kill, because she still privately blamed Grey Mist for ever coming between her and Ashur. She became the Blood Mist beta, even, but then was slaughtered like prey by Siveria. Yep. She had one of the most gorey deaths any of us had ever read. Guts flipping all over the place.... Anyway, most of her children snuffed it, too. Ashur became a coldhearted fiend and ignored his children. Lust fell in love with a she-wolf, but was turned away....they reconciled in death. Euphrates ran with Sumer to Grey Mist, the Destinians, where they live to this day. Ta-duh.
Oh, and all those fanciful 'forbidden love' couples need mentioning! The first and foremost couple like so was probably Owen and Kiba, a Sheeran and a Yozoran. The two were deeply in love, and had seven pups. Yup. Blaithin, Roiben, Aeryn, Truffle, Twig, Terralisa, and Delaney. Now only Truffle, Twig, and Terra remain. And there was also Edward and Bella, if they even count LOL. Ummmm.....and also Iver and Nightshade, MIST AND LIGHT majorly....I'm having a brain fart....who else was involved similarly? Shade and Annelise.....urgh. I'm too busy to look you all up.
Anyways, in conclusion, we're all starving for a good sub plot. Get those minds working and we'll have fun writing the legends for another year! Hee hee heeee.....Sure, we'll throw this in there, too.....

CHAPTER EIGHT
The war. Well, it WAS GOING to be our fourth plot up until very recently. I just sent you a briefing on the plot we chose to go with, and I don't think you need me to be repetitive. At the time I started this project, I believed we'd be well into the fourth plot, fighting with the alliances in place and such. I'm writing this...noon the day before the anniversary. I still have a video to finish. A very, very important video, which if I don't finish it basically means this whole thing doesn't matter. And I don't want that. So this war......I don't know. Just the words mean things to me. The bad times we've had recently seem to be heavy....though I must say I don't feel as lost as I did when it all first hit me. In fact, I'm calm, collected. Sleep deprived because I pulled an all-night with some friends, but otherwise fine. So who's combating these bad things? The good things. The GLAD containers, the return of Holly, the blow torches, the discovery that doritos CANNOT be set on fire, the comforts, the writing, the overall atmosphere of this place. Think of it as a super-strong ozone layer that keeps out the bad rays of ick. Only our ozone layer isn't thinning out. It's just getting thicker. =] So if ever anything that happens here gets you down, remember that the good far outweighs the bad, and that short list I gave you barely covers a speckle of it all. And it's all waiting for you, all you need to do is be here and make an effort. I think that's all this chapter really needs to say.Why give up?Why give in?
CHAPTER NINE
CHAPTER TEN "The war lives on..." Sure. But a lot of other stuff does, too. For instance, I don't think I'll ever look at a GLAD container the same way again. Hey, I was thinking outside of the box when I used that in my description And I've read many good books, seen many good movies, all based on reccommendations from here. And THAT has DEFINITLY done me well, as I'm sure it has with the rest of you. But that's not really what I'm getting at;; evern if this site died suddenly, like struck down by lightning (not that that would ever happen, but work with me here!), something would stay with everyone who'd been a part of it. Nobody would ever really forget the good times we had here, and the rough ones alike. Nobody would really just forget about the friends we made, the characters, the plot, the history, everything; all of it. I am confident that none of the people who are are a part of this roleplay right now could just turn away and forget everything. Something would stick with you. I don't really know how to describe it;; I guess you could call it the spirit, the soul, the history of the site as I've tried to dub it, but really, that doesn't seem to cover it all, exactly. It's definitly a part of me. And it's not the site itself, exactly....rather the things that take place in it. The goofy, random spurts of intelligible words, the star wars influences, the way we've helped each other improve through our writing and I'd like to say maybe even as people. I'm GLAD I started this roleplay. That doesn't even BEGIN to cover how grateful I am that I did start it, and I made all of those boards, even though those mice were so darn tasty and I wanted to eat them so bad you have NO IDEA. But I stuck to my work. And now here we are. I'm proud to be your admin. And I swear If anybody gets teary-eyed..... I have my bulldozer parked and waiting.
So here's where I leave this tale of wolven sorts.....To be continued [through 2008 and onward]... {TO INFINITY AND BEYOND!!! XD}
*****CREDITS***** Videos: I believe I used videos from Wolfie, Sheera, Azari, myself, and Firecat...though I might've missed someone. Anyway, when you click on the link the creator's name is listed to the right of the screen. The individual credits for each video should be acknowledged in each seperate video description. Please understand it took everything I had to finish this on time. I'd originally planned to make more new videos, but I ran out of time. I hope you still enjoyed it, as I really did work my tail off here. =\ The writing, unless otherwise specified, is my own work. The pictures for the chapters && awards were all edited by me. Lyrics used for video links are the works of (in order from chapter one) Rise Against, Panic At The Disco, George Huff, Yellowcard, Panic At The Disco...again....,Rise Against....again....,Breaking Benjamin, Buzz Lightyear. I can't thank you all enough for coming here and being a part of this roleplay, this story. You've each taught me something important, and I've really enjoyed bother roleplaying and goofing around with you guys. My family of hairy, supernatural creature siblings Congratualations to the winners, and most of all: HAPPY.FREAKING.ANNIVERSARY.
