This all sounds amazing! I do realize I am a new member but I have done some traveling to other sites before and never in my rp years have I seen a plot in the making so intense and well organized. My opinion about the dictator having a certain power to sneak around sounds kind of, uh, to super heroish in my eyes. I know the dictator is already chosen as Siveria had already said in the PM she sent to everyone, but I think the elite gaurds should be one wolf from the other three packs and they could meet the dictator at the Moonless Meeting when they join alliances and they make wolves disappear at night. Sorry if that sounds lame I was only trying to make some suggestions.

Of course, they can't be invincible *nods* -- they're just clever and have really good positions to pull off these stunts xD And the packs will all be freaked out because Annelise, Shade, and Kippy disappeared close to Moonless Meetings. It fits quite lovely.

It keeps things interesting in every pack, too! (It even messes up the loner lands since Blood Mist didn't really find a new territory yet)

-Plot Making at WotM.....hm. Well, I don't know much about it at other sites except for they usually just tell you what's what and it's very planned. We've tried kinda doing that before, but it wasn't very fun, so we're reverting back to our open-ended plot-making process =D

yes, open-ended. This is one of the only few sites im active on because they let the members help out with the plot instead of just the staff.
