Kuyolt was surprised, actually. She hadn't heard any of the meeting, but she somehow knew that it hadn't been very long: she hadn't been gone long, so it couldn't have been that long. (lot of longs.) The Sheeran wolf was also disappointed. She always liked seeing pack meetings, and she had completely missed this one. Kuyolt sighed miserably, and acknowledged that it was her fault in the first place. She should learn to be more on time with things.

Baya noticed Kuyolt was late for the meeting. She saw the wolf's disappointment in missing the announcement. She strode over to her and dipped her head in greeting. "Hello Kuyolt, Baya is the name. Don't feel sad, Yag just introduced a new female wolf named, Yume, to the pack, that was all."

Yume stared after the alphess, confused. That was it? That was the first meeting I've been dreading? Her inner self spoke with just as much confusion and embarrassment as she felt. Mentally, she kicked herself for being so nervous. She stood, about to make her way back until she noticed the late wolves who apparently missed the meeting. She cocked her head as one female conversed with one of the late ones, her name sticking out of the inaudible words. She shrugged it off though, striding her way to the back of the clearing.

Kuyolt looked up in gratitude that Baya was not angry at her. Then again, she supposed it wasn't that bad, to miss the meeting. As she caught the last bit of news, she became a bit happier. She had only missed Yume's new...er...warriorship. Kuyolt's thoughts drifted back to when she had became a warrior. She had been grateful for being accepted, weighed with her new responsibility. But she had also been very sad that her sister could not join her...because her sister had been killed. The wolf, Crazen...so handsome in the moonlight... Kuyolt stopped. She would not think of that murderer again. She did not love him. With an effort she turned back to Baya. "Thank you," she said to the older wolf. "I suppose it wasn't...wasn't that bad that I missed it. But I should be more on top of things next time, I suppose."

Baya nodded polietly. "I don't believe it couldn't hurt, but if you ever miss another meeting I would be more than happy to share what you missed." Baya smiled happily.
