( Gade taller than Coop? I think Coop's a warrior and Gade's a neophyte...? 0_o )
As the other wolves were caught backwards by loners and forwards from the thread of Eurasia, and then all scrambled with raging testosterone, Luma and Dallas proceeded in their pursuit of the burning scent.
So, Sylvana comes back to us, then? Who says we'll welcome her? From afar, the legendary she-wolf rested on the crest of a hill, finding vast amusement as the Sheerans attempted to scout the lands. What are they even thinking? They'll never find us! We'll kill them before dawn, and the poor packs will have to blindly lead their fighting forced out here, where we can pick them off at our will. How foolish. Well... Her eyes were more shards of ice than visionaries, her bodice of lean craft with a slight bulge in her stomach. Her pelt was of fresh fallen snow, crested with black liner and angular features. However, scars snaked across her beauty, and her cold stare would be enough to freeze Hellfire. Of course, that's a possibility;; that Hellfire froze over and everyone busted out. She lashed the banner of her tail silently, deciding to leave Sylvana be for the time being. I think I'll go have a little fun with those pack wolves. She dipped down the hill, stalking Dallas and Luma from their backs, prowling with stellar stealth.
Sylvana froze in her tracks, wafting pack scent coming to her on the breeze. Immediately her limbs were defensive, her focus was set. No matter what she decided, for Blood Mist or not, she was no pack wolf. They aren't Yozorans. If they were, I would not attack, but this is not thier land...this is loner land. I have every right to claw them limb from limb. She ducked down into the undergrowth, waiting silently.
Luma loped after Dallas, oblivious to the hulabaloo that Eurasia and the loners were causing with Gade, Featherswift, Knot, and Coop. She strode forth with great care, treading with keen senses alert and swiveling. Up ahead, a blur of red fur was caught in the bracken, and her heart quickened. She turned towards Dallas, motioning towards the bush. There's a wolf in there -- I can smell it. We could go around and surround it and see what happens... She moved towards once side of the bush.

(Yeah. Three inches was an exageration, of course, but his bio says that he's a little old to be a neophyte. His habit to forget things held him back, because he pretty much forgets everything he learns. I think Milo is supposed to be his mentor, but i dunno. But he's a massive wolf, big for a neophyte, simply because he's older. ) Gade was getting tired of waiting for Coop to decide if he would tell Eurasia why they were here. Of course, that info was classified, so he told her that exactly. It was classified, right? And if it weren't, what right did this wolf have knowing that they were hunting out Hellfire wolves? But before he wanted it to, Gade remembered something. Wow. He remembered something. It was quite random, but it came back to him. "Hey, Knot. Why were we pushing these loners for information when we scented Yozoran scent back there anyways?" His stare was at something no one else could see, just in the distance. It totally hit him like a firecracker, and he was wondering why they were bickering instead of following that scent. Though he was craving something that he wasnted to get off his chest. Gade lifted up a paw and slammed it down on top of Coop's. ;D

((Omg! I'm gone for a day until 3 today and all this happens to a pretty slow thread. XD took forever to catch up lol))
Featherswift looked towards Coop when he smelled something. She stopped along with him and lifted her muzzle into the air to smell. A faint wiff of Sheeran hit her, which was wierd. What was a Sheeran already doing out here with Hellfirians everywhere. Suddenly, a noise was heard behind in front of them, towards a bush. The scent came again, but stronger. She looked up towards the wolf, expecting to see a red wolf, instead a badly cared for wolf stepped in. As soon as her eyes met the wolf's, she knew who it was. Eurasia! Little whisperings had been occuring among the camp, about the healer being a traitor and killing Moonset. The smell had been all over the body. Had Eurasia wanted to make sure Moonset never talked about her past again? No, Featherswift couldn't believe it. Eurasia could have done it to her when they first met. In the battle Eurasia could have also killed Featherswift. Something must have happened to provoke the bloodlust.
When the arrival finally said her name she knew for sure that this was her friend. The one she missed and felt an aching hole for. This was the first wolf who had helped her feel at home. When Coop put a paw step back at seeing Eurasia she could almost smile. She'd seem him walk and think in a way that showed he thought himself as 'bad'. At least Eurasia made him stop trying to flirt with her. Then out of no where another sound was heard. Gade bursted out of bushes along with Knot and some other wolves she knew nothing about. Way to fan out, guys she thought sighing in her mind.
Coop then told her to stay back and that he'd 'protect her.' She didn't really like how he called her 'babe' either. Featherswift barely showed her teeth at this toward Coop. She could handle herself. Then Gade sort of yelled at Coop. Her fur started to bristle at how he'd sounded as if she was in trouble. Apparently, they all thought that Eurasia was going to harm them. Featherswift knew this wasn't the case or she'd probably be dead already. Then the other wolves came into fighting stance in near her.
Eurasia looked surprised and told them to stop and that she meant no harm. Featherswift couldn't take it anymore, she pushed herself in front of everyone. She was suffocating in their surprised and fear scent. Suddenly, she heard Gade's paw hit something and noticed he'd hit Coop's paw. Well he did that she thought happily. No one was letting her talk and finally without any wolf talking over her she talked to Eurasia. "We are here to find a missing wolf," she said with sadness dripping off the last two words. They should have found Eurasia. She wouldn't look like this if we had. Featherswift thought that saying that would not give out the rest of their mission. Any pack could say that without any one getting mad.

Coop’s ears went back when Gade suddenly rushed at him—or, at least, that’s what it seemed like to Coop. The golden brute took a step back, raising a confused brow at Gade, a little taken aback by the male’s sudden aggressiveness. Hey, is it MY fault that I’m irresistible? Curling his lip a little at the other brute, Coop turned his attention to Eurasia, suspicious of the female and waiting for her to answer. But before he could completely register what the female had said, a sharp pain slammed into his paw, up his leg, and radiated through his body. Hissing sharply, Coop jumped sideways, landing a few steps away with his injured paw in the air. “OW! Well, jeez—someone’s touchy!” Casting a glance toward Featherswift—and making a mental note to avoid flirting with her when Gade was standing beside him—he looked toward Eurasia, and waited for her response to Featherswift’s statement.
Meanwhile, in a land not that far away, Dallas nodded in acknowledgement at Luma’s silent suggestion, and slipped from her side. He maneuvered his way to the opposite side of the thicket, ready to give chase or fight if the wolf within decided to bolt.
The dark shape of a wolf continued on its path on the distant hills, catching wind of another familiar scent—the infamous Hellfirian vixen. It paused, but shrugged off discomfort, and kept going. No matter what it ran into, the wolf was determined to find what it was searching for…

(Wow Featherswift. Good work. I didn't think you'd be able to catch up that fast. xD)
Gade shrugged a little, ignoring the fact that Coop was starting to snarl too. He was a little taken aback though, at Featherswift's behavior. She barely knew the wolf, right? The only time he had met Eurasia was when he met Featherswift, and they didn't really converse much. All he knew was that in his first encounter with Eurasia he had thought she was outrageously beautiful. But now, well.... "Featherswift, you hardly know her! She killed your Packmate, and now your telling her classified information?" He grunted, but knew that if Featherswift was going to trust Eurasia, there must be a reason to trust her. Maybe this wolf wasn't so bad....
Maline took a long look at Coop. She liked his defensive behavior. Sneakily, and because Gade obviously wanted no part of her, Maline slipped into place between Gade and Coop, where it was a very snug fit. When she thought Coop was looking, she smirked.
Eurasia was sick of all this. But as soon as Featherswift started to speak again, she was heartbroken. Her mind screamed at the fae "shut up! You shouldn't be talking to me!" her mind cried with the joy of being reunited. Unfortunately mind came over everything else and Eurasia was bursting into tears, and she sort o gave Featherswift a wolfish hug. It was recognizable though. It was the same "hug" she'd given on the last night she had with Featherswift, and it held the same amount of sadness and hurt. But something else was with it. A spark of happiness and welcoming. The small amount of joy Eurasia had for seeing Featherswift again but the hatred she felt for their coming upon eachother. Despite all of these mixed emotions that came with her movement of pressing the forehead into her friends chest, there was another feeling. Not only was there the same sadness and hurt, or the happiness of being reunited, but perhaps a 'goodbye' as well, the same small goodbye she had given in the "hug" at the night of the battle. "Featherswift, you shouldn't be here. If there were missing wolves wouldn't they come back to you?"
But little did any of the wolves know on that night, and only one wolf knew (whom was living with the Spirits in Eternal Twilight.), that Eurasia had a plan. Eursia knew more than she told, and she gave an act. For her days before the Packs were working with the enemy, and she had a plan. This betraying wolf was sly, quick, and was about to strike terror into the Pack wolves' hearts, more terror than she had given when she killed Moonset. Of course, she was sorry for what she did. That's what every post so far has said. But wether that was true or not, no body knows. =P

((I know! It took forever! But I was rewarded by all you guys posting. ^^ hehe fun :3 )) Featherswift's ears swivled back when she heard Coop's remark and inside she burst out laughing. "Featherswift, you hardly know her! She killed your Packmate, and now your telling her classified information?," Gade barked at her. She turned towards Gade,"I'm her friend." Then she felt Eurasia give her a wolf hug. The fur on her chest became wet with Eurasia's tears. Featherswift became happy and depressed again. Eurasia would never be their pack mate again and be allowed into Sheeran territory, this may be the last she saw of the wolf. "Featherswift, you shouldn't be here. If there were missing wolves wouldn't they come back to you?," Eurasia said. Featherswift wanted to tell her everything, why they were here, what they were doing, who was with them, but that would betray her Pack's information. It could leak out and tell everyone that Sheeran Pack was weak. All she said was,"We have to be out here and I don't think they will unless we find them." She couldn't betray her pack. To everyone else Eurasia was a loner. If only they knew they could trust her....at least she did. ((Moonset this is getting interesting. Eurasia has a secret plan, cool! ))

Sylvana felt her body lock in place beneath her hiding place. She was surrounded -- the pack wolves had her on either side. In the spur of the moment, she surged forth from the tangle of branches. She fled in a flash of red fur, a flash of silver and ebony streaking behind her in an instant. Luma lunged, and the two somersaulted to a crashing halt, Luma having the Hellfirian pinned firmly beneath her. Sylvana snarled darkly, but did not attempt an escape. These are pack wolves, they aren't into killing and torture. Well, I'll get out of here clean soon enough, just have to wait for their attention to lapse... Luma barked to Dallas, nodding to him. "We have one of the Blood Mist wolves...I don't know what the other patrols are getting into, but if there are any others about we might have to call them..."
Babylonia watched the pack wolves tackle Sylvana, who, amazingly, did not fight. She watched through narrow slits of eyes, laying back in the shadows. I'll see where her loyalties lie before I kill the two warriors...

(lol. Thanks. ^^)
It was hard to believe what he was hearing. Featherswift and Eurasia, friends? "You don't know if you can trust her..." He muttered. Gade looked at the pale wolf, a curious look in the eye, and swiftly their eyes met. Her's were gleaming with sadness, but something else. Then he looked at Featherswift, and hers were pretty much the same. Letting out a sigh, Gade gave up on trying to argue with her. They were happy to be reunited, and they both knew that after this they would never see eachother again. --- Eurasia smiled slightly. Her eyes gleamed when they met Gades, and he was obviously confused on whether to trust her or not. "Geez, you wolves are so paranoid. What is it about me that's so scary?" Then she took time to think while Gade raised an eyebrow. "Oh yeah. Well, couldn't any wolf do that? It's in everyone's power, and it's only the choice. I...I had my reasons. Moonset was...Moonset was evil, at lest I assumed that, because I saw her talking with a Hellfire wolf at the battle. But maybe she wasn't, I don't know, I was just a little overwhelmed by the battle." She told, wondering if that was why she had killed Moonset. Of course, right now she couldn't remember anything. Some food and water will clear my brain. Featherswift, I can't ask too much of you, but would you show me where the nearest source of water is? I'm parched. Of course, you have to find those missing wolves. Are they young? Maybe I could help...." --- Right now Maline was really confused. Missing wolves? Hellfire? Battle? Wait, this wolf killed someone? It was all a shock, some of it making her want to scream. It came out when she didn't want it to, a little anxious sounding. "Wait, so you killed...a wolf? And who in the name of Lupus is Hellfire? And you guys are only here to...to find wolves? I thought you wanted to travel with us?" She said, looking at Gade with sad eyes. It was overwhelming for her, and she expected some answers. "This is all WAY too confusing." She said in a whisper.

(For some reason, when I read your post, I read Eurasia as saying, "Are they young? Maybe I could eat them..." It was a weird moment.)
Knot jerked out of... er... zoning out or something of that sort. "Wha- oh." He tapped Gade with his tail. "Thanks for reminding me... I forgot completely about the Yozoran scent. Do you think we should get back to following it?"
"He seems a little busy at the moment, though," Knot muttered to himself. "And I'm not too sure I want to get sidetracked following a scent that leads to the packs if we're supposed to be investigating the loner lands..."

A blur raced across his vision, two she-wolves suddenly locked in a potentially fatal tumble. Luckily, neither received a row of fangs to the throat, and the victorious Luma pinned the Hellfirian to the ground. Dallas quickly rushed forward, his pelt bristling and glancing about for signs of additional BloodMist wolves. When Luma spoke to him, he broke his attention away from his scanning, and nodded. “We should probably scout around here to see if there are any others in hiding. If there are too many to handle, we can always call for help. But, in the meantime…” Narrowing his eyes, he padded forward until he towered over Sylvana. “Do you have anything to say for yourself? How about those innocent young wolves your pack kidnapped!?” He was snarling now, unable to maintain a sober façade with the enemy at their mercy. They stole a friend and an innocent, for Lupus’ sake!
Coop quietly set his eyes on Maline for a moment, admiring her figure and upbeat personality, and inwardly delighted when the space between them decreased. Hmm… she looks like fun… wait, wait—man on a mission, remember? Tearing his focus off of the pursuit of faes, he tilted his head as he listened to Eurasia and Featherswift, interested in their conversation, and surprised when the two shared a lupine “hug”, of sorts. This is so confusing… whatever happened to the days when I just sat down and relaxed, with the ladies in clear view out in the field? Ahh, those were great times. Great times. He gawked a little when Eurasia offered an excuse for her actions, and he could not bring himself to utter a response. Wait… woah!! Moonset was… evil? Wha!?
The wolf in the distance caught wind of his target, now exceedingly near, and increased speed. Tearing through the wilderness, the lupine creature was beginning to abandon stealth in favor of quick results. I can scent her. She is close, so close…

(Erm...Okay? lol)
Gade listened to Knot's slow response. "Just don't forget it. We need to tell Luma about it later." He whispered to Knot. --- Maline sneezed. Hmmm. Was it allergy season? It was quiet but noticable, causing her to propell her head forwards, blinking rapidly after she had recovered. --- Eurasia looked around as someone sneezed. "Darn allergies." She muttered to herself.
(Sorry about the random allergy thing. I'm really bored and didn't know what to say. =) )

Looking at Gade she nodded as she said,"We can trust her." Then she became intent on her friend again. As soon as she listened to Eurasia's excuse, Featherswift became bewildered. She wanted to believe her very much. Yes, it was in everyone's power to kill, but it was also in everyone's power not to. When Eurasia said Moonset was evil and that she had been talking to Hellfirians something inside her mind triggered. Wait wasn't that what Moonset had said to Eurasia....how could Moonset be evil when she would be willing to turn in someone that she had obviously thought evil. It doesn't make since. she thought rather fast. Eurasia had also asked her more questions about who they were finding and where there was water. Instead of answering these she said,"Eurasia I would love to believe your story, but a lot of wolves were talking to Hellfirians during the battle. That's how they fight, they try to make us scared." Everything was quiet and her words echoed themselves across the rocks, very softly.
((oooh...has Eurasia made an error in her story?! lol I'm having fun in this thread))

Her heart and mind froze. "Well, I've never really confronted a Hellfirian before." Lie. You met Halo, who was possessed. He nearly knocked your brains out that day.Eurasia said sourly, pretty much paralyzed at this point. Featherswift was making sense, but she was chalenging her. "But please, can we just go and find some water? I'm dying here. I haven't had anything to drink in well, a long time." Because you've been loosing it over... Just to get out of the awkward situation faster, Eurasia's dramatic side kicked in, and she started to "waver". "A really, really long ti--" And she collapsed to the ground, her head rocking to look like she was dizzy. Actually, the fall itself actually did make her dizzy, so it made the effect even better. Come on people, I just "fainted" here. Can we go find a water source please? I don't really care about those stupid missing wolves. Eurasia let out a moan of pain, resting her head on the ground, and she looked up to meet Featherswift's eyes. Well?...
(lol me too. Btw people, I guess I'll spoil it now, but Eurasia isn't an actual Blood Mist. She only works for them, though there aren't any Hellfirians who know she's working for them. It's all in secret. So she doesn't really have any interest in eating wolves.)

Featherswift listened to Eurasia again....never faced a Hellfirian? Was Eurasia lying to her? She had told Moonset and her that she'd helped someone who was a Hellfirian and turned him good. As she listened to her voice she realized she'd challenged her friend without actually wanting to. Then Eurasia started talking about the water again and fell over. Instantly, Featherswift shoved it to the back of her mind and helped her up. Looking at everyone she told them,"Enemy or not we need to get her water. Did anyone see a water source nearby?" She didn't really care if her friend was lying to her or not, without water she'd get no answers and her friend may get worse. Don't friends not lie to each other though? she asked herself. It nagged at her as she tried to get Eurasia on her paws.

Eurasia stood up slowly, careful not to ruin her act. "Thank you." She muttered to Featherswift. Looking into her eyes revealed something. Crap, she thought, I've told her about Halo before haven't I? I'll fix it later. Then she remembered something else. In fact, a lot was coming back to her now, even though she hadn't had water yet. And Coop! He's here, isn't he? Shoot! He was there on that day with Halo! When she was on all four feet, Eurasia started to whisper something in Featherswift's ear. "Featherswift, I'm glad you're here, you were my best friend, but we both know that we won't see eachother after this, so I want to get all things off of our chests." She muttered something else too. "My minds really mixed up too. I can't remember anything, but I think it's just from dehydration. So, yeah.... Water."
