Okay yall. Something's been bothering me, and the least I can do is tell you about it.
A friend and I started to talk about the site. She's upset about how people keep complaining. I totally agree with her. Here's an example.
"This site isn't like it used to be."
"It's not as great as last year"
You guys, when you all say stuff like that, you're being hippocrits. At least most of you. If you want the site back the way it was, alive and constantly role playing, why don't YOU? Don't wait around for people to grant your wish, cuz hey, they expect the same thing. When you sit at the computer and nag Sivy about how the site isn't like it used to be, you're only making yourself look worse. You do that, and you don't do ANYTHING about it! Instead of moping around, why don't you fix the problem. Go and role play. Have fun. Ask yourself this.
When I hear the site's name, what do I think of? A fun, energetic and alive rpg, or a boring, waste of time? I'll tell you what, I think of this site in an exciting way. When I get on the computer, I get pumped just to see if I got a reply to my thread. I get thrilled at rp-ing with others. I don't do it because people want me to or I'm being nagged about it, I do it because it's just plain fun.
That's the next question. What do you think of when you rp? Something you have to do? Or something you want to do? I like to rp. Personally, I think this place is a blast!
Ask yourself those two questions, and if you get a negative answer, then just get on a rp because its fun. Now I know, you are probably thinking "No one wants to rp with you." NEWS FLASH! I DO! And there are several other willing participants. Just try it out. Throw a random thread up there, and see if in a few days you get a response. Get in the game. If you don't get a reply, then just try something else. Maybe the thread you posted wasn't easy to reply to. Change it around. If you don't think that you are a good rp-er, just hang in there. You'll get it eventually. There are several here who aren't very good at posting, and I'm one of them. You probably also think "I don't know how to rp" or "I don't know what to rp" just read around the site and an idea will pop up. PM a friend and ask them for ideas. Go to the Muse Therapy thread and get advice there.
If you have other excuses, tell me and I'll give you an answer. Trust me, there's always a way to rp and have fun, and I'm determined to get people to be excited again. I have a hope that one day this site will be alive and thirlling, and if you help and just post, then maybe one day it will be. Come on people! That's all you have to do! JUST POST! Get the plot running again, and get the story stirred. Do your own thing, and just have fun.

Anyways, what I said in my last post was that I love to draw them, and all this other crap, and I forget. UGH!
