For a moment, she inclined her head slightly and contemplated Bain's response. She flashed him a wide grin, and nodded, eyes gleaming suddenly. "Oh, trust me, my family shares my mindset. We're the largest living family this pack has...it's got to count for something, doesn't it?" The wheels and gears were clicking rapidly in Trianna's brain. If we talk to enough wolves, they'll be able to see things are way...and our experiences as a family will just reinforce that. The Yozorans have been broken long enough, and now that we've lost so many wolves and have had others kidnapped, the pack will be more open to our ideas. "So we create interest, but low-key interest....start with direct allies, and work our way out. Can't be too hard. After all," she snickered, "us hunters are trained to kill in a swipe." Trianna breathed deeply, the heavy weight on her chest shifting slightly. The greif wasn't lessened, but rather, her hope was increased. Maybe, just maybe, this could work.... A scent reached her nostrils as she inhaled and released, a scent she'd overlooked as Bain's previously. Blinking now, she eyed the scenery around them with impending fear. She became very still, saying nothing to Bain, but certain he could detct something was amiss. Her heart sounded in her ears. What if they tell Pernille?

Jolon couldn't believe his ears. They were planning against Pernille to take the leadership. The fae was even starting to plan...and he'd thought her innocent compared to the male. This wasn't the way to get Yozoran pack strong again. Why couldn't anyone understand that you had to be outright with it with the whole pack and all the others. They had to band together, not be slinking around. What the fae said last made him turn cold. These two were willing to 'kill' the pack from the inside out to get what they wanted. What had he gotten into. I shouldn't be here, not with that male anyways, he thought nervously. Bad vibes were coming from the male and he didn't want to be part of what made it emit from him.
Then what he dreaded most at this moment occurred. The fae seemed to be looking for something and was surprised. Could she smell him? Blood began to pound in his ears with thumps, blocking out most of his hearing while he waited for her reaction to find him and jump to attack. She didn't though. He almost sighed with relief, but checked himself. She had no idea where he actually was or if he was even here. Looking at the leaves around him he didn't dare move. They were fall colored....not good when trying to sneak out. So instead of retreating to tell Pernelle, he stood stock still and barely breathed. He didn't want her to find him or the male, Bain. Similar thoughts, but different ways of going about it and Jolon didn't like Bains'

Bain smiled pleasantly, lapsing into a thoughtful silence. Trianna is certainly ambitious. A good quality for my… our goals. She’ll be key in gaining the influence of other supporters from the Yozorans. And, if things go well, maybe she’ll accept that the other packs need to unite under these ideas as well… This could be the beginning of a beautiful friendship. Glancing back to the fae, he immediately noticed her anxiety. Bain stiffened, twitching an ear. Is someone there…? Damn! Slowly lifting himself onto all fours, the ebony male took several silent steps toward the thicket to investigate. He couldn’t hear anything, but a faint scent soiled the air. And it was neither Trianna nor Bain. Hopefully, it's only a squirrel.

As he pricked his ears to listen for more of the conversation or perhaps paw steps, his eyes darted back and forth around his paws. There was no way out of this problem without making lots of noise. Then the soud of paws, heavier that a fae's, met his ears. Sure enough, when he looked through the bushes he could see the fur of the one called Bain a lot closer than he had been.
The wind then shifted to russel his fur, sending his scent towards the two. Dang it! he thought in horror. Wildly, he came up with a solution, bursting in and prentending he had just stumbled upon the two. It was worth a try. At least it was better than running towards the dens with two wolves chasing after him or seeing him. He built up his courage and began. Jolon's paws leapt into the air towards his left as he began to run. The male made sure to make sufficient noise and then he veared into the little clearing and stopped as if shocked to see the two there while panting. He wagged his tail to show he was a friend and said,"Hello."
