Stand in the rain
Stand your ground
Stand up when it's all crashing down...
Grey clouds rolled across the night sky.
"Just leave us alone, we didn't do anything to you!"
Rain spattered and bounced off the ground.
"This one doesn't play nice, Arachna,"
Her ears drooped wetly, her eyes spread wide and gleaming with trama.
"SHUT UP!"
She was alone, managing to escape Esrever's eyes.
"She's evil. Killed one of our packmates..."
The water soaked her fur.
"No! You'll get yourself killed!"
The echoes and battle cries she had heard echoed in her ears sounded so real that she turned her head to see if the scenes were being replayed. Maline remember blood, pain, suprise, and most of all, confusion. This sudden attack upon her and the Pack wolves was completely unfair. She'd done nothing, and was yet involved. Her heart throbbed from fear of the attack, whiplash coming upon her. It wasn't until now she realized everything that was going on. There was more than happy go lucky pack wolves out there, but evil and war. There was pain and greif, suffering and loneliness, and trouble and drama... She loved the life of a loner right now, more than anything. She hoped everyone was okay, and that the battle was over. Who knew two wolves could stir up so much terror... what were they called again? Hellfirians and BloodMists? The names sent shivers down her spine, and the cold feeling of the rain didn't help either. She sat there in the open, wondering if Esrever would find her, or some other wolf.
Another shudder went through Maline at the thought of another wolf looking at her with blood thirsty and demented eyes, waiting to strike...
