Druids~ The Legend Begins

When Hell's moon rises

Hell's whelp will rise with the secrets of darkness
Night will stand still and brand him as its own
For the blood of the Coven may still be bled
And a trial of Faith will be set upon the lands

That is the prophecy given to the Alphess of a pack of aura-seers, dreamwalkers, stargazers and healers. After centuries of living on their island alone, apart from the mainland, the Druids have been peaceful and florished, welcoming visitors from the mainland so long as their intentions were pure. Lead by the daughters of a single bloodline, the pack is set within tradition and the powers granted to them by the wolf gods, Thorum and Aquira. Now however, their doom has been predicted. Through the years the pack has become wary, wiating for Hell's moon and a whelp of darkness to bring their end.

On a summer night a Betrayer rises among the Druids, slaying the sons of the Alphess and nearly slaying the Alphess herself. The Alphess, saved by her daughter and heiress to the Druids, lays dying as she repeats the words of her ancestors and grants the Last Rite, passing power and wisdom to her young daughter. Now, aura-seer Sonya Yamari is the Alphess of the Druids and a mysterious new wolf has risen to power in the mainland. What is the secret of the prophecy?

At one time the wolves of the mainland fought to protect and guard the Druids but now Druids are all but forgotten. Can the packs come together once more to protect the Druids from the terrible darkness looming toward them or are the Druids destined for destruction? Have Thorum and Aquira decided to take back their gifts of wisdom from the Druids? Who is this dark force poisoning the souls of wolves and creating brother to turn on brother?
