"Mad had to come from... where. Some where. More of them," Patch muttered. "Warn pack?"

"Off..." It was only contagious if the blood from the moose touched their own blood. As far as Patch could see, Hellfire was the worse off with scratches and such; he'd been kicked and scratched, while Patch had only been thrown off once and almost squished. "Rinse," he finally decided, and stumped off to find water.

If there wasn't water, they'd just have to settle for dirt. And dirt probably wouldn't be the most comfortable, or sanitary. And their blood might still mix.

Seven words. That would be a real bad thing.

The sun was awfully hot on the barren dirt.

Mad. He thought, and then shook his head slightly. Hellfire could be in big trouble. "Rinse. Yes. We must find water." He started walking, and then picked up into a trot.

What are you doing!? He screamed at himself. You lope and you'll have that infection coursing through your whole body and you'll be rabid as well.

"Yes...we should warn the pack. But first, we must rinse off." He said, slowing down to a walk.

[Njack]

"Rinse, rinse," Patch muttered, as if it were a chant. "No rinse here... Dry."

"We should... get back camp." The dry dirt was beginning to feel like a miasma of the mind. Or was there really a miasma of the mind? He wasn't sure.

"Rinse at camp," he decided. It was probably the closest water source, unfortunately. He started plodding back to camp.

Hellfire nodded his head, and turned his bodice around after Patch.
"Rinse at camp it is, then." He smiled slightly, and picked his pace up into a jog to catch up to him. He wasn't really in the mood to get rabies, so once he caught up he slowed down to a walk.

It was the better way to ensure that he didn't become effected.

But it wasn't for sure.
