Sothis moved out of Sirius's way. As the alpha past Sothis took him in. Sirius was healthy, same as Sothis. Neither of them had been affected by the disease. It was truly puzzling. He took up a position in the nursery entrance. Skysong looked horrible and the stench of sickness wafted from her. He didn't want Aliya to have to see it.

Skysong rolled onto her side and moaned in pain, eyes closed tight as her stomach continued churning. It felt like her heart was burning, her blood scorching her veins. What was this pain? Why wouldn't it go away? Why....? Skysong let out a whine, whimpering like a pup again. Coughing made her thin body shudder, blood splattering her maw and leaking from her mouth, too tired to spit it out.
"Shhh" Sirius murmured softly, eyes distraught. He looked over at Sothis, eyes tortured. Turning from his son, Sirius could do no more then watch Skysong, contemplating whether he should move her or bring Sedaka to her. |

Sothis glanced at Skysong. "Take her to the Healer's den. Leaving her here there's a chance she may taint the air with illness even more. It's a dangerous risk to take.Especially with the pups so young and not immune to illness." He turned his pools back to the group in the nursery. Aliya was curled around her six pup's, cleaning them in a motherly fashion.

Sirius dipped his head and carefully gripped Skysong's scruff, trying to help his daughter stand up. Skysong tried, pushing herself up but her limbs gave out, Sirius barely able to catch her before she fell. Sky went limp against her father's broad frame. Moving gingerly, carefully, Sirius guided Skysong toward the healer den. She was ill, very ill. Remembering the recent healer meeting, Sirius hoped Sedaka had learned something that could help them treat the sick wolves. Newborns somewhat forgotten, Sirius focused on getting Skysong across the clearing to Sedaka, hoping to the Twilight wolves that she would make it.
Aries whimpered, squirming between Willow and Salis (spelling?). He seemed restless, more restless then the other pups, wanting to move. |

Silas nudged Aries shoulder as the pup moved between himself and Willow. His little pink tounge rasped along his brother's shoulder.
Vetra Vaticana rolled onto her back. Flapping her paws in the air at some imaginery creature.
Aliya nudged Vetra back onto her paws.

(I hope its ok if I join this thread with Kilo...)
Kilo nudged his siblings, trying to worm his way through to his mothers warm stomach. He tumbled backwards and rolled clumsily to his feet. Giving up against his siblings, Kilo's little nose twitched. He grew curious of this new surrounding and tried to stumble away, exploring.
