Um, I'm sorry to bother you with this, but since I just started I'm not really sure how things work around here. When you are given a neophyte, I know you're supposed to train them and I know there are training grounds in the territories, but what exactly are you supposed to train them on and are you supposed to start a thread for training? Also, I know the proxy organizes patrols and such, but I don't know where to post for all of that either...could you help?
