Nightshade paced on the fringes of Siverian territory, head crowded with worry. Leaving the old forest had had a terrible effect on the young, violet warrior;; her depression had definitly worsened. Mystic, Accalia, and Gaara were the few wolves she was close to, and she feared for them greatly. Though they'd defeated Blood Mist once and for all, there were still dangers in the world they chose to live in. Mystic, her only kin that remained alive, was definitly coming along well in her training. Accalia and Gaara would've been warriors by now if they had a leader. However, it seemed that they never would be a true, stable pack again. They needed someone to step up to the plate...
Accalia worried her perhaps the most. She hadn't seen the young, easy-going wolf in weeks. Rumour had it she'd run off, but Nightshade couldn't comprehend why. The wolf had so much going for her...so much potential. Did she truly believe no wolf cared about her?

Accalia came running through the pine woods. She knew she was in Siverian pack territory, but why had her paws led her here? Maybe to visit my brother. He must be so depressed. Then again, he always looks depressed. Shaking her head, she continued running on. She stopped after she scented another wolf. Not Gaara that's for sure. Nightshade I think. Looking around curiously and not caring if any other wolf was close by, she started howling.

Nightshade flicked her ears with pleasant suprise. She'd recognize Accalia's howl anywhere, and she welcomed its sound. She darted, going on both sound and scent, to the location of her neophyte. "Accalia! WHERE IN HELLFIRE HAVE YOU BEEN!?!?!" She tackled the other wolf, demanding an explanation. "I WAS WORRIED SICK!!!"

"I-it wasn't my fault," Accalia stuttered. "What Tisana said to me a few weeks made me start wondering. And so..." She shrugged. Her whole body shook with fear, though. She had never seen Nightshade so angry.

"You listened to a YOZORAN WOLF?!?! DID YOU FORGET HOW STUPID AND DECEITFUL THEY CAN BE?!?!" Nightshade roared. "That's it. You're going back to camp right now and getting ticks off of Francine, ya hear?! No complaints. You have a warrior ceremony in a few days and I want to punish you as much as possible before then! Do you have any idea how frantic I was?!" Nightshade grunted, a glint of humor entering her tone as she observed Accalia's fear.

Accalia flattened on her head. "Dusty didn't seem to care. He just watched and didn't say anything. How would I know?" She wished Gaara was here right now. He would know how to get out of something like this. "Also... can I ask what other punishments I have? It's just out of curiosity."

Nightshade snorted with laughter. "Hun, you might want to take care of Francine's ticks, first. You might want to do it slowly, too," she hesitated, then added, "Don't worry, Acca. I won't pester you too bad. I'm just glad you're back and well!"

Accalia couldn't help putting on a smirk. "Why thank you Nightshade. I thought you were like going to tear me up or something. To think I almost had a heart attack." She laughed. "Right, slowly. I can't wait to become a warrior. That's been my dream for like... since I joined the pack!"

Nightshade nodded, smiling widely. She resisted the urge to tear up. Accalia and Gaara had always been a little...well, off task? No...that wasn't the right word. Distracted? Maybe... Now it seemed her dear neophyte and one of her best friends had grown. She felt proud to have taught her. "Well, ready to make your big re-entrance?"

"Yea sure." I wonder what my brother will think, Accalia thought. He'll probably have that same, stupid expressionless face on like he always does. I never ever seen him look shock or happy. "Anyway, I'm just glad you're not mad at me. Now I will make a promise I'll never listen to another Yozoran Pack wolf again." She half closed her eyes and glared at Nightshade. Then she opened them wide again and just plainly smile.
