Light stepped into the Twilight Clearing, Tisana behind him. Tisana stopped him. "Are you ready?"
Light nodded. "Of course."
Tisana's expression was grim. "But it won't be fun..."
Light nodded and slipped into the cave. Tisana sat at the Eternal Tree. She didn't sleep, though. She'd already had enough signs for one day.
Light lay down, drifting off to sleep.
Light was in a clearing. He glanced around. Wolves were all around him. One stepped foreward. It was Yozora.
"I give you the gift of wisdom." she woofed. She touched her nose with his, and Light felt a jolt shake his body. It didn't hurt severly, but he immediatly felt different. "Use it to guide your pack through rough times."
Thorn stepped foreward. "I give you the gift of compassion." Light spotted the tiny catipillar on her shoulder. He smiled. "May you have the feirce compassion to every living thing, just like an alpha should." This time, the shock was alot more powerful, racking his body with spasms.
(I was thinking Flame and Night? And any others associated with him... XD)

(Well...Celestina brought Flame to the pack. I think she'd count  ) Celestina stepped forward. The grotesque scars that had ripped away her life were missing from her form, and she looked as young and beautiful as she had before death. "I give you the gift of consideration. Use it to recognize opinions and avoid arguments," She touched her nose to his then vanished, leaving him with the pain.
The next wolf to step forward was Sylvana, who had died giving birth recently. "I give you the gift of protection. Use it to care for your pack as a mother would for her pups," Sylvana rested her nose on his, then disappeared also.
Another wolf appeared in her place, body no longer racked with sickness. "I give you the gift of foresight. Use it well to protect your pack against hidden threats," Raven whispered, touching him lightly and fading slowly. |

Light nodded politley. His body ached with the gifts, and he still had to endure seven of them...
Slash stepped up. "I give you the gift of whimsy. Use it to lighten your pack - and your heart - in difficult times." This gift didn't hurt Light so much as to make him bubbly. He couldn't supress a joyous giggle.
Thoth stepped foreward. Light's eyes widened. "I give you then gift of ferocity. May it make you as Lupus himself."

Death stepped forward next, eyes full of dark humor as he regarded Light. "I give you the gift of irony. Read between the lines and use it to see things that most would miss," he branded the gift on Light with a soft touch to the forehead, then vanished into darkness.
Redfang timidly stepped forward, cowering slightly as if she thought Light would strike her. "I give your the gift of forgiveness. Use it to judge your packmates wisely," she rested her head on his and passed from his sight.

From the circle of wolves came a crimson wolf, her eyes kind. Flame touched noses with Light, uttering the words. "I give you the gift of loyalty. This is your pack. Use this to strengthen your will to defend it."
As Flame stepped back, a white wolf stepped forward. It was Lakota.
"I give you the gift of responsibility. Do well to remember that others depend on you... and that you, too, depend on others."
He gingerly tapped Light on the nose, and turned away.
Lastly, a black fae emerged from the shadows. Her eyes glistening, Night approached Light and paused at his feet.
"I grant you patience... We are all wolves, Light, and must learn to wait for the slower, and the weaker." She touched noses with him, and whispered something else before she left.
"You will make a fine leader."
She disappeared into the crowd.

Light smiled, and he glowed. The clearing rang out with voices. It was like one voice, only it echoed with sheer brilliance.
"These gifts are given to you and enhanced to their fullest. Use them well, and may your life be long and complete."
Yozora pounced on Light with great force...
...Light opened his eyes as a jolt of liquid energy shot through him. He stood and ran out of the clearing. "TISANA!"
Tisana joined him, and the two ran back to camp together.
