Flash Dance grinned, "Well, it's very nice to meet you formally." she looked to her side, "I'm geussing you've met Edward? He doesn't seem to like faes much and stays to himself, he doesn't think any of us petty enough," sighed the white fae, "Ahwell, he is in the Destinian Pack so none of us can grad him," she woofed playfully.
Idun chuckled at Flash Dance's words, "I don't have my eye on any brute's myself, what about you Bella?"
Edward growled under his breath. "Flash Dance is pretty, so is Idun, but I would probably kill any of them and lap up thier blood if I became any more involved with a fae than I am, it's hard enough to sleep in the same dens with other wolves..." thought the brute, "Why can't I stay away from her!!!!!!! I geuss I'll just have to learn to live with it," he growled in his mind and his black eyes fell upon the faes.

"Oh," was all Bella could say to Flash Dance's remarks. She barely heard Idun as she asked. She had to looked at Idun for a long while before remembering what she said. "Er.. no." she said in an awkward tone.

Dusty sat at the edge of the clearing. He glanced around. No one seemed to notice him.

"Come on let's get a good view of the Alphas,"Woofed Idun and she lead them away from Edward. Flash Dance followed at her heels and motioned for Bella to follow.

Pastel joined the large group of wolves. She came because she was intrested in what the alphas would say. She avioded the other wolves. Not because she didn't trust them. But because she was to shy to introduce herself to them. She would let the other wolves start the conversation. She looked at all the other wolves around her. Some where chatting like they were old friends. She on the other hand, was alone.

Bella flicked her ears back then forward again. She took one more reluctant glance towards Edward then she followed the two wolves. She sighed. Why do you find that a surprise Bella? she thought to herself.

Edward's gaze was glued one his leader, occaisionally flicking towards Bella., "What's wrong with me?" he thought.

Bella sat near the two wolves and tried to find her leader. She couldn't find the wolves of the packs by scent. She didn't know their scents very well. She didn't have such a sharp sense of smell at all.

Mist spotted Destiny, then headed for the Twilight Stone. She wondered what had kept them, but decided it was irrelevent. She wouldn't start wars or even inquiries over something so minscule. The important thing was that they were all here and the meeting could begin. She took her place on the glassy stone and let out a sharp howl. "Welcome to the first Moonless Meeting of the third era!" She howled, silencing the wolves around her. She waited for the other leaders to join her.

Sabela trotted towards the stone and sat next to Mist. She waited for them to begin. She was excited. It was her first meeting as leader and it was the first meeting of the era.

Mist stood up to speak first. Her full, white fur shimmered with silver. She gazed up to the stars above them. "I would like to start this meeting by giving thanks. Our ancestors led us through the mountains, on the most ardorous journey any wolf has faced. We've fought some of the bloodiest, and deadliest, battles on our way to our new lands. Praise the Twilight wolves, and all who dwell in their realm!" Mist howled. Others joined in, and she waited for their howls to die down before continuing. Mist smiled slightly. This, like Sabela and Light, was her first meeting as leader. "The Sheerans are proud to regard Dusk as their new proxy, and Azari as their new beta. Both have proven their loyalties many times over and given all they've got to defend and protect their pack. Flame and Passion are new warriors among us, and have been noticed for their hard training. Nova, Desel, Aimi, Akane, Curse, Owen, and Basal have started their training as neophytes. They show great promise and enthusiasm for their chosen paths. We regret to say Seren could not join them, as she was carried away by a hawk. Her pack mourns her," Mist paused, regaining her compsure,"Sparkling Ember is a highly repescted senior warrior. She's been fighting and working for the Sheeran Pack for countless moons, and has been a wolf of wit and spirit. It is her wish to retire as a senior, and live out the rest of her days with rest and calm. We honor her acomplishments, and will hold the ceremony after the meeting. Our nursery is now occupied by Flower and her pups. All is well among the Sheerans, and we have adapted to our new home." She stepped back, satisfied with her summary.
(somebody start some trouble. Sivvy wants a battle but Mist is a Sheeran...she's not mean enough XD )

The snowy alphess shouldered Sirius and Svel away. Aliya had moved off. Paws took her past Tisana. "I'm fine." Her tone was un-settlingliy calm. Besides no use in wasting your herbs on a wolf whose about to die. She added in her mind. She shouldered her way through the large throng of wolves from all packs. Suddenly Destiny halted. Her crimson streaked form went rigid. Destiny was literally paw steps from where Mist now stood. Lowering her crown the alphess turned it slightly to the left. It was him. Wait. The femme tilted her crown to the other side. Her daughter was there.Glaring past her at Loni. Akaira on one side, Loni on the other. Destiny between the two. Loni wanted to kill her. Akaira wanted to kill Loni. Both were Destiny's pups. She wanted both to live long lives. Turning away from Akaira Destiny locked pools with her son. "Loni, please. Don't do this." Her words were a plea. Destiny would not harm her son. Nor would anyone else. If he killed her. No punishment could be delt. Loni was a rouge already. Loni was her son. Loni was her blood.
Akaira snarled deeply at her brother. The femme had come to the Moonless Meeting even though she was supposed to be back in the Nursery. Akaira had tagged along, un-noticed, un-seen. Her pools were the identical color to her brothers. That was where the resemblance ended. Akaira's pelt was a blueish, grayish, silverish ebony. Like the moonlight on the water. Every instinct of her being was screaming. KILL LONI! Akaira knew killing was wrong. Her father , Lakota, would disapprove. Her mother , Destiny, would hate her forever. Yet, something told her, she needed to kill Loni. And she needed to do it soon.
Loni snarled treacherously at his mother. Baring his pearly dagger like fangs at her. The brute's handsome pelt was one of grayish white, reddish orange, and dusty brown. Not fully developed yet. Pools had originally been blue. Now they were between ice blue and burning amber. Blood lust was thick in his veins. Yet, the brute was far from insane. He was very, very sane actually. Long thorn like claws scraped the earth. Auds perked and a pleased smirk appeared on his face at his mother's plea. "I should have killed you back in the woods. It would have been so much easier. But, at least now, everyone will know how pathetically you lost your final life." The words were like venom from his maw. Slowly, Loni began to advance on his mother.
Destiny's pools filled with tears. A look of anger came across her face as Aliya and Svel began to run at Loni. "DON'T TOUCH HIM! DON'T ANYONE TOUCH HIM!" Destiny literally screamed the words at the faes. Turning her crown away as they skidded to a halt at her words. Destiny took in her son once more. "Loni, even if you kill me. I'll always love you. My son." With that, Destiny turned her pools straight ahead. A waiting her death. But what would happen. She would never have expected.
Akaira let out a cry of disbelief. How could her mother be saying these words! "Mother, no! I won't let him kill you! He dies tonight! NOT YOU!" The tears were already coming. Blurring the young faes vision slightly. Akaira's pools drifted back to her brother. For a moment she trembled. Afraid. The moment ended quickly.
Loni smirked at his mother's declaration. Don't anyone touch him... She was making her own death all too easy. Loni shrugged his shoulders at this. Pools drifted to Akaira for a moment. Their eyes met. His sinister and lustful. Her's enraged and courageous. Finally, he made his move. Loni gathered himself. Then began running at his mother. The brute launched himself into the air. Sailing towards her. Fangs bared. Claws outstretched. Destiny moved out of his way. Loni flew right over her head. Claws sliced along the top of her crown. Then he was rolling across the dirt.
Akaira glared into the lustful pools of her brother. She watched in horror as he gathered himself to kill their mother. No, she couldn't handle this anymore. She had to kill him. It was the only way. Akaira didn't gather herself properly. She didn't have time. The fae simply launched herself towards her brother. If her calculations were correct, and she hoped they were, then she would meet his neck just before his fangs sank into Destiny. They weren't. At the last second Destiny moved. Akaira saw a flash of white. Then reddish brown as Loni sailed over her head. Suddenly Akaira's bared fangs met flesh.
Destiny stumbled in disbelief. The alphess half fell. Turning her crown Destiny stared in absolute horror. Akaira's fangs had dug deep into her neck flesh. Too deep. The crimson was already spreading across the earth. Destiny allowed herself to fall completely. Crown striking the ground hard. With one paw Destiny pulled Akaira from her. With one claw she sliced across her daughter's left eye. "Never forget who you are. Now. Run."
Loni snarled in anger and disbelief. His damned sister had killed their mother. That should have been his honor damn it! In complete rage Loni managed to muster all his self control. Turning , the brute dashed off the way he had come. Fleeing past is damn sister, past his dying mother, between Aliya and Svel. Through the throng of wolves like a bullet. Loni's small form disappeared into the undergrowth. He was gone.
Akaira cried out in disbelief. Destiny was falling. Akaira felt claws on her back as Destiny wrenched her away from her neck. When Destiny struck her across the eye, Akaira did not scream in pain. She was not blind. Though she would most certainly have a scar. Never forget who you are... The words echoed in her auds as she backed away from her dying mother. Her alphess. Akaira felt fur behind her as she slammed into Aliya's front legs. Quivering she leaped away. Finally the fae returned to her mother's side. Wedging herself as close to Destiny as possible. Akaira lay there trembling in fear.
Destiny pulled her daughter close. Her last breath would come soon. "Sirius, I know you will lead your pack well. Please, do not harm Loni. Please, do not hurt Akaira. Every wolf makes mistakes." Something told her Sirius would not be so kind to Akaira. Now she turned her eyes to Aliya. "Aliya, you are brave and courageous. You might not think you are ready for the position you will receive tonight. But I know you are. Stand tall beside your mate. Help him and together you will lead the pack well." Tilting her crown Destiny caught sight of Svel. "Follow your heart Svel. But whatever you do. Do not betray it." Destiny knew Svel's secret. Of course she would. Finally Destiny looked for Grug. Not seeing him she turned to Zuni. "Zuni, tell your brother, that no matter what I might have said. I still love him, and I always will." Finally Destiny allowed her crown to drift back to the ground. Her body relaxed. Death was at her door. She spoke her final words. "Remember, no matter what one has done, one still deserves a second chance, no matter what." The long lived alphess final breath left her humbled body. One leg lay over her trembling daughter. The alphess pelt , which had been on end this whole time, returned to normal. Long, flowing tail drifted to the ground. Limbs went still. Chest ceased to rise. Beautiful ice blue pools began to dull. The light of life leaving them. Finally, under the moonless sky, her final life passed. Destiny, alphess of Destinian Pack, was dead.
(Okay. To summarize what happened here: Loni tried to kill his mother. Loni did not succeed. Loni got away to kill another day. Akaira tried to kill Loni. Akaira mis-calculated. Akaira ended up killing Destiny. Destiny lost her final life and said her final words.)
(Oh , and Azari, could Sirius like... banish Akaira or something? I need her to be kicked out of her pack and feel hated for what she must do in the future.)

"Destiny!" Sirius howled, running forward. He skidded to a halt next to the fallen alphess, staring, just staring. His silver eyes were wide with shock. This had been the last thing he had expected. They had obeyed Destiny's wishes for Loni to be left alone but now...now the alphess that had led them here was dead. The last alpha from the old homes was dead. Sirius's friend was dead. He was leader of the pack now, or would be soon. A deep snarl rumbled in his throat as he turned to glare at Akaira. "Get out" Sirius snarled. "If I see you in the territory again I'll gut you myself. You are no longer a member of this pack." He knew it was an irrational response. Destiny had asked him not to harm her but he couldn't help it. He was furious.

Reason padded up, "She didn't mean," woofed the Sheeran neophyte, "It was an accident, she was aiming for Loni!" she growled angrly and let a snort of disbalif.
