Munashii sprinted to keep up with him. "No problem." She fell into step beside him. "Are you okay?" she asked, her voice filled with concern. Her eyes glinted with worry.

"Yes, why whould I not be?" Remus asked with genuine curiousity in his voice. He'd grown so used to constant sickness and recovery that it seemed nothing to him, he barely noticed. Remus looked over at Munashii curiously, keeping up a brisk trot though his breathing was short as he moved but Remus didn't notice. It was just another daily thing for him but he supposed other wolves might notice. He didn't often socialize with other wolves apart from Remy or Lluvia but the femme was a new addition. Lluvia was mainly with Remy after being saved from Grit.

Munashii shrugged. "No reason." She smiled and raced ahead if him.

A small smile curled on Remus's maw as he bounded after Munashii. His muscles flexed easily under his shaggy black-smeared coat. The brute wasn't quite like Remy, small and lean. His build was a bit more powerful, broader shoulders and a slightly heavier set but still, he was fairly quick even in the snow. Nearly catching up with Munashii, Remus leapt to tackle the fae though he was careful about how much power he put into the jump so he wouldn't hurt her without meaning to.

Munashii dropped and rolled in the snow. "Oof!" she grunted. She still laughed, though. "Hey, Remus. Exactly how much DO you eat?"

Remus rolled away from Munashii as soon as she went down, tumbling down a slight snowbank. "Not much actually" Remus barked, chuckling and wagging his tail in the snow, looking up at Munashii. "Compared to Remy I'm quite light." For such a scrawny thing, Remy weighed just about as much as Remus did though Remus had no idea where the weight and appitite came from. Remus usually only chewed on a hare or something unless he was with Remy, then they would hunt down an elk or stag.

Munashii giggled. "You have siblings? I was an only child."

"Just one, my brother, Remy" Remus barked, rolling over onto his belly and sitting in a sphinx pose as he looked over at Munashii. "He's the faster brother in our family, ten times more energetic then I am and twice as charming." Remus chuckled, wondering if his brother was working his charm on Lluvia or maybe he'd set his sights on a fae and was planning to stick to it rather then go off after the next pretty she-wolf that caught his eye. "He's my total oppisate if that gives you a mental image of him."

"What?" Munashii asked, smiling. "Ugly, inconsiderate, and clumsy? Wow. If that's your definition of charming, I doubt you know anything about faes!"

Remus chuckled. "No actually Remy is just different. He's always running and..." Remus was cut off as a rough hacking coughing fit made him shudder. It took quite a while for the coughing to settle and stop. When it did, Remus laid his head on the snow, breath coming in rough-edged gasps. His throat felt dry, almost like sandpaper and licked at the snow a bit but decided it wasn't worth the effort and simply laid still, trying to figure out how to draw a deep breath again.

Munashii crawled to where Remus was. She pressed her side against his. "You should get to a healer." she said, clearly worried. "It could be serious."

"No" Remus rasped. "I'm fine, it...it'll go away." Remus started coughing again, wincing slightly as his sides ached in protest. Remus's coughing finally quieted again and he simply laid on the snow, staring up at the moon which could almost be reflected in his eyes as he stared at it. Each deep breath burned so he settled for shorter breaths, quick and shallow. Remus didn't really know any healers, nor did he know how far it was to the packlands. If Remy found out, he'd flip and give Remus a lecture on being responsible and taking care of himself. Remy had done it before and Remus hated it, usually because his brother sounded like...him and became protective, not letting a wolf within ten feet of him.

"NO!" Munashii hissed, her voice changing into verbal venam. "You're going to DIE out here if you don't. Stop being stubborn and save yourself. SWALLOW YOUR PRIDE." She stood, facing him, her eyes narrowing.

"It's always like this Munashii" Remus barked roughly, pushing hismelf carefully to his paws. He looked old, almost like an elder though it was obvious he was still a young wolf. "I've always had this. I doubt any healer can heal it. It just depends on how I feel day to day." Remus sighed and snapped up some of the snow, letting the cold numb his throat. The brute looked over at his friend with a slightly sad smile. "I'll be fine, I always am."

Munashii's eyes snapped shut. "W-what if your n-not?" she studdered. Her eyes stung with tears. "I don't want to l-lose you." Her eyes opened and a tear slid down from her white orb. "You're my only friend."
