The pup tilted her crown. To respond to her big brother's words the pup gave him an affectionate lick on the nose. "W-wuv you Vance." She eventually managed.
Tiah yipped happily and swatted at Whinnie's tail.

"I wuv you too!" he murmured and licked her nose.
"Do you know I'm your brother?" he asked gently.
"Yeah, its twue!" he whispered gently.

Selia licked his muzzle in a puppish way. "Bwig bwother." She yipped, auds perked, tail wagging, eyes glimmering.
Tiah starting spinning around in circles again. Chasing her tail.

Winnie laughed once more as Selia began to learn the words of the wolven tongue. She layed back in the lush moss, reflecting with small irritance that the moss was SO much softer than the stuff in the resting dens -- heck, it might as well be a different plant all together, comparing it to that scratchy stuff!

Vance's tail twitched with happiness. He smiled and teased his paw above Selia's head, out of her reach. He chuckled and leaped over her head, landing lightly on her other side.
"Big, big brother!"

Winnie felt slightly out of place, watching the siblings at their play. She thought wistfully of Mythic, no tears coming this time. Her eyes had long since grown dry, unable to dispell anymore grief for any. She'd been sucked dry internally from the betrayal of her sister. But please....please don't let her become as tyrannical as Risika was....don't let her follow in the footsteps of another...

Vance smiled and sat, backing upo until he was, again, sitting next to Winnie. He thought about something he wondered to ask. He wondered how odd it would sound.
"Do you know what happened to Mona?" he asked with little hesitation. "I saw her go wild, and I saw the look on Seidai's face... I just wondered..."

"No, I'm sorry Vance, I don't..." sshe frowned. Maple and Santo were long gone, andnow it seemed Mona, too, was resting near Sheera now. But how did all of this affect Seidai? She hoped the beta did not falter now;; he'd been doing a magnificent job, and would perhaps make a good leader one day.
