Tisana ran into the Destinian Pack's main clearing. She glanced around before running to the healer's den. She poked her head inside. "Sedaka? Melody?" she called. She yelled again. "SEDAKA? YO GET OUT HERE!"

Sedaka raised his head from where he had settled himself in the back of his den. He had been licking an old scar that stretched across his flank. He remembered the day he had got it... the day he had almost died out in the woods from that BloodMist assassin...
He shook off the dark shadows of thought and stood up, walking to the mouth of his den. "Yes-- oh, hello, Tisana. How are you?"

Tisana smiled warmly. "Well, I've had a sign. 'One moon and a half.' We need all of the healers and their neophytes to go to the Twilight Stone. We came to get you and Melody." She giggled. "I came up with it."

Sedaka listened to her piece, and then nodded. "Alright, hold on."
He glanced over his shoulder and woofed, "Melody!"

Melody bounded from the den, eyes flickering with a dapple of excitement. "Yes, Sedaka?" She asked her mentor. She glanced at the other medicine wolves, blinking shyly. The slim femmora steppped towards them with slight uncertainty.

"It's time to speak with our ancestors," Sedaka woofed. The old wolf eyed his neophyte with an unreadable expression. "You haven't had any signs of any sort, have you?"

"No....I don't recall any," Melody said, eyes worried. Should she have had some sort of sign by now? Was this bad? Had she done something wrong?

"Alright," Sedaka barked. Noticing her worry, he offered a reassuring smile. "Don't worry; I haven't had any sign either. I was just making sure." He turned back to his fellow healers. "Alright, we're ready too."

Tisana smiled warmly. "Let's go. But, we should leave soon." she glanced up at the setting sun. "We have a long journey to the Twilight Stone. We have to be there shortly after dusk."
