"Well....will they be born dead, too,...or....?" Death was rather miffed by this whole thing.


Rhain was still rolling with laughter.

"You were," Lupus pointed out. "And Slash is too... Well, I've only done this once so I don't know for sure, but I'm guessing that'll be the case."

(cue Slash)

"What's so funny?" asked a red-ish colored fae. She looked around. "Wow. Is it me or is every morbid wolf in the world happy and all... bubbly? Frankly, it's VERY creepy."

Valencia snarled when called

Destry smiled, too. "I wouldn't call myself morbid...that's Sivvy's job..." he winked at her, and she narrowed her eyes. "Oh, come on! You can't stay mad at the father of your children!"

"I can try," she said cooly.

"Hey, is Death here?" Slash asked casually. "We never finished our conversation about pups."

[.Rabid Lycan.]

"You mean the black one?" Riptide asked, glancing at Slash. "He followed my buddy Lupus into the woods..." The old Healer shrugged. "Somewhere nearby."

[mudfang]

"Okay!" Slash yipped. She happily pranced into the woods after Lupus and Death, not knowing of the awkward silence in the air. XD

Destry and Siv locked gazes, not able to stay mad any longer. They were intertwined at a moment's notice.

"Heh...Slash...whats are you doing here, hun?" Death asked nervously.

Slash smiled and touched noses with Death. "Looking for you! We never finished our conversation, dear. Wait... why do you look like you just ate a rotten moose leg?"

[.Rabid Lycan.]

"Err..." Lupus glanced at his son. "Should I leave now?"

[mudfang]

Slash chuckled. "Why? It's not like anything important is about to take place!"

(if they do have pups, would they be alive or dead?)

"Exactly!" Death said through gritted teeth.

Rhain stood up, an odd sense of ending washing over her. It seemed that this is where they would rest, forever among their dearest friends and families. The world was a pendulum, and the pendulum had suddenly come to a silent, quiet, halt. There was no budging it, ever. Siveria Nightshade noticed it as well. If one were to look up as Siveria and Rhain did, they would find a twilight moon smiling down upon them. Destry paced forward, nervous at first. His hesitation dispersed as he and Siveria embraced for the first time in moons.

Valencia stood, taking up a warm, happy howl.
A chorus of others took up the howl as well, harmonizing and intertwining their legacies with hers.
