Flisk started off, the weight almost unbearable Squinting, he strode in the direction of camp, the antlers looming ahead of him. They probably looked like giant ants carrying something...the kind that work together alot.
Tossing his head, he looked into the darkness for any Yozoran Neophytes, girls of course, to be watching him carry this big heavy buck. Blood from the buck had splattered on him which made it look as if he had been in a horrible fight.
Licking some blood off his leg, he continued, silent.

He strode on in silence trying to hid his new limp. His side was still bleeding but it was mixed with the moose blood and was hard to notice. He flicked his tail as the Neophyte tried to look like a hero. He licked hislips and kept walking, but with each step his limp became clearer. He would have o see the herb Healer.

Flisk sighed with satisfaction. This was too easy! He would get the girls, a little fame, maybe even praise from some Warriors. He smiled back at the wolf as he licked his lips, blinking slowly and walking forward. Soon, the smells of camp and the other wolves were wafting into his nostrils.
The patter of feet flicked through his ears and he acknowledged it with a small bark. Tossing his head, he turned back to Darkness.
"Here we are then..."

He nodded slowly at the young wolf. 'Look at him. He thinks he is tough well lets see how tuff he is!' He thought silently. Suddenly he fell to the ground pretending he had lost to much blood, but in realitly he had lost a lot of blood. He whimpered as the buck's wieght fell on him. He looked at the young wolf tehn stuggled to stand and fell agian. This was all a very confinsing act and was getting pleanty of worried looks and barks. "Flisk you have to lift it up for me. I've lost a lot of blood."

Flisk felt the sudden weight on him almost abruptly and he fell to the ground with the buck. It's antlers scratched his pelt and he held back a yelp as he struggled upright. His senses wanted to push the air out of him but he held his breath and pushed with all his might upward.
He got onto his paws, but could not move the buck more then a few feet. He collapsed again.
"You sure you can't help?"

He almost smirked as the young male fell with the buck. He faked a struggle to get up and stood, but that really was a challenge. He had lost a lot of blood and could barley hold hid own wieght much less a buck. He black and brown legs shook slightly but the stood firm. He looked at Flisk and barked in a low voice so only he could hear, "Don't be so cocky kid. Cocky means you lose your gaurd or your life." He spoke meaning every word. He had killed wolves that had acted that cocky.

As the full weight of the buck was relieved, Flisk let a small sigh out. Darkness was going on about not being cocky and how it hurts you and all that. Junk. Parting his jaws, he looked up to the moon and smiled, eyes gleaming with an idea. He turned back to Darkness and was about to say 'You set me up!' but then thought better of it.
Walking towards the camp, Flisk waited silently, paws brushing the ground, for Darkness to lead him to where they would have to put the buck. He fell into a daze slowly, looking into a tree branch in the distance.

Darkness snarled softly at flisk 'What a stupid brat. One day that attitude will get him killed.' He thought silently to himself. He looked around the camp and spotted a shady and cool place for their kill. He slowly pushed flisk with his tail toward the spot. "Lets put him down over there. I'm leaving it up to you to tell everyone that we brought food. Tell the elders and Alpha first."

Warcry sniffed the air, two of her packmates were nearby with a kill, but other than that nothing note-worthy. She trotted toward the scent of her pack members. It was just Darkness and the Neophyte, Flisk. She nodded approvingly at the orders Darkness was giving to Flisk when she smelled wolf blood on the other Warrior. Padding over to Darkness she said, "Think you should have that looked at?" Indicating the leg where the blood-scent was coming from, she sat down near him, ears flicked forward and mild concern on her face. The only reason she wasn't showing too much interest was she expected a snappy remark from the other wolf as it was only natural in their Pack.

Darkness swivled his ears as another wolf aproched them. He didn't turn to see who it was as he set the buck dn carefully. He limped in a circle to look at the wolf clearly talking to him. His golden eyes looked at her calmly and he stiffened slightly at her words, but he was trying for once to be a lttle bit nice. His black and brown fur was red on his cut leg. His bark was low and deep, "I was planing on that as soon as I droped off this load." He looked over the wolf he knew as Warcry and wondered why she caredhe had been a loner before joining this pack.

Warcry looked at the buck he'd been carrying approvingly. The fight-ready wolves of their Pack could use that nourishment. "That's good to know. We'll need all our Warriors ready in case the other Packs turn on us. You need help with that?" Amongst those of her Pack, Warcry was less gruff and crude and didn't care of an individual's origins. As long as they stayed loyal and true to their Pack, they were a friend to be respected and helped in her eyes. Lifting her nose to the air, Warcry only caught the scent of Fall, no changes. For now, she hoped it would stay that way.

His golden eyes took her in carefully and then turned to his kill slowly. He shook his fur softly and the lose of blood made him wobble. He gained his balance quickly and looked at her again. "I got it thank you but if you would help me get to the Herb healer I would apreciate it." His black and brown fur were crimson on the side with the cut, and the ground too held a small pool of blood now.

Warcry gave him a knowing look as he wobbled, but quickly shook it away. Males and their pride. Looking around she started, "All right then, let's be off. Hopefully, that Neophyte, Flisk, didn't get lost on his way back to the Pack." She turned around, waiting for Darkness to pass her. "I'll watch our backs. I don't trust how quiet it is around here."

He nodded and took the lead. He had the same feeling. The feeling that something was wrong. He shiverd as a cold breeze stroked his dark colored pelt. "You can tell winter is headed this way thats for sure." He spoke softly and limped in the direction of camp.

Flisk indeed was not lost. Eager to have the weight lifted from him, the neophyte had run off, going who knows where. The young, agile thing really didn't have much fun talking with the older wolves. He enjoyed tracking them from behind though. Listening to their every conversation was something he enjoyed. As Warcry stated he could be lost, he let out a little snarl and raced up to the two.
"I'm not lost...I'm not a pup either. I can find my way around, even at night. I wouldn't be concerned."
He flashed his fangs in a fake smile and walked along, slowly blinking. He had to do something with these wolves...hmm. His eyes lit up as he acted like an innocent little apprentice and asked:
"Can we go exploring? Pleeease?"
Acting like this disgusted the little brat, but he did it anyway. Giving them a scare would be nice...and he had something just in mind. Without waiting for them to answer, he smiled and spoke again.
"I'll wait here while you two drop off the buck. Come back so we can go exploring!"
