Your advertising board is thorough in listing rules for posting about RPGs already in progress. I see nothing for people who might have an idea and seek others who might like to try it out. :/ How do I go about spreading word of an idea that could only turn into something if other people are interested in helping to turn it from an idea into working RPG?
