"Everyone of Sheeran pack come over for a pack meeting," Yago howled. Not that it's that important. All I really need to do is introduce the new herb healer. Maybe I should assign some border and hunting patrols, too. That's probably it... Hey, when's the next moonless meeting? When is the next new moon? Wow, when was the last time I actually looked up at the moon? As these thoughts flicked across her mind, many expressions also flicked through her face.

Moonset looked up from the resting spot she lay in. "What now?" She had missed her first Pack meeting, and now they just annoyed her. Still, she remained in understanding that she must respect her alphess, no matter how tired she was. She was the first to get up and walk out to the center of camp where Yago stood, and she was quikly followed by Halo, wearing a smirk on his face. Wonder what's going through his head. Hope he isn't like Kane. Moonset shuddered at the thought of Kane, the vicioius bloodthirsty wolf she had encountered and fallen in love with. I do miss Katana though. Her real love Katana, was back with the wild pack with Kane and the others. Another wolf popped out of the neophyte's den and he looked old and strong, but very confused(Gade). Moonset had never seen him before. She sat and waited for the others to come out, but it was a long moment before she spoke. "Alphess, what's going on?" She said curtly but politely. But before Moonset even recieved an answer she understood immediately. A light brown wolf poked it's head, grinning, out of the herb healer's den. Unbelievable.

Milo trotted faithfully into the clearing, as if he had been waiting for this precise moment to make his entrance. Hairs of cream and fire twisted in a brief but chilling breeze that dipped into the Sheeran camp, but he hardly seemed to mind. Either that, or he was bothered, but didn’t think it proper to show it. The Proxy settled himself near the Alphess, and began scanning the clearing for signs of other arriving members. And then, contradictory to his usual ‘boy scout’-ish nature, he allowed his thoughts to stray to view the face of a Destinian. More specifically, of Svel. I wonder if she remembers me… Nearly jolting out of his ponderings, he remembered that Yago had called the meeting for a reason, and shuffled his paws until he was upright and alert. I wonder what she wants to tell us?

A white head poked out from the nursery, and a glacial gaze stared down the summoning alphess. The young femme did not speak nor glance to her packmates in the typical questioning of what was to be announced. She waited, a bit impatient, from her post with her pups. Winter looked on.
Meg popped in, perhaps a bit late, and hastily sat down near a wolf she was certain they called 'Milo'. Her green eyes sweeped the clearing, her fur growing hot with embarresment. A swipe of her tongue flattened it, but she still blinked towards her packmates, flustered on her poor timing.
Luma was a tad on the late side as well, but she entered without the fuss Meg had come with. She smiled kindly to no one in particular, than found a place behind Meg and Milo, sitting fluidly and ears twitching at attention.

Eurasia jumped at the words. "Everyone gather for a Pack meeting." This was it. Her whole life ahead of her, being called as an important part of the Sheeran Pack. She was now responsible to heal and tend to wolves, help queens give birth, and every word she spoke would be remembered. She would be in memories for generations to come, and looked on as wise and that she played an important role. As she poked her head out of the herb healer's den, she noticed wolves coming from all around the camp, and they all looked confused about what was about to happen. Then she spotted a wolf, hazel fur and green glittery eyes glare at her with fury and unbelief. A sharp pang of hurt knocked her as she realized that several of these wolves would not accept her, and instantly she felt nervous and regretting.

Yume stretched her body, stiff from sleeping. For some reason, the pack meetings always fell upon her when she was resting. A yawn escaped her, ending in the usual whine. The ground was covered with mud, and she had to find a dry place to lay down in. Yume wasn't stuck-up or snobby, she just didn't like mud. Brown clashed with her black fur, and it made her look like a brownie. And she'd rather not smell like wet mutt when she woke.
Brushing off her discontent for the sticky substance, she began trotting toward the clearing. This was only her second meeting, so she was still very new to this. A few wolves had already made their way to the field and taken their place. She found the spot she sat at last time in the back and planted herself there. Her sleepy, silver eyes were attentive and her perked ears waited for the meeting to begin.

Knot plodded slowly in. "I wonder what's going on. Perhaps more announcements or something..." he muttered to himself.
He sat down a little apart from anyone else, ready to hear whatever the alphess had to say.
And no, this time, he did not have flowers in his fur.

"OK, pack. Awhile ago I have met a lone wolf named Eurasia. Her and I had a quick talk and I accept her as our Herb Healer." Yago flicked her ears and looked at where Eurasia was hiding herb healer's den. "Eurasia, please come foreward." A tiny hint of amusement flashed through Yago's eyes. This time, everyone won't just be staring at me! Don't have to be scared anymore today.

Eurasia was definatly nervous now. Yago seemed to be amused at her behavior, though, becuase she was shyly hiding in the herb healer den. Eurasia sheepishly walked out, head high, and fully aware of glaring and curious eyes. Without a word, she nodded to the leader, pretty uncertain of what to do.

Milo tilted his head at Eurasia, the twin orbs in the center of his skull alight with surprise. Glancing at Yago before returning his gaze to the stranger, he locked his jaw to refrain from gawking at the newcomer. Our new Healer? Wow… she must be qualified to have persuaded Yago so quickly. He blinked, shifting to a more alert position as he eyed Eurasia. How long has she been here anyway? I feel like I’m missing out… meh, I daydream too much. Besides, if Yago says she’s good, she must be good… I hope. The Sheeran Proxy inclined his head in a subtle gesture of acceptance.

Her eyes softened to a more relaxed pose. All the wolves had instantly stiffened when she walked into the clearing, especialy the hazel wolf, who almost stood up with blazing eyes, and every time Eurasia moved the wolf was flinching with restraint. Obviously the wolf was not going to accept her.
But as some of the wolves, a noticable male was gazing next to the alphess, relazed and concentrated, his eyes alert with glory. He must have some role in authority, or he wouldn't be like he was....now...But his posture of acceptance was enough to let her sigh with relief, one she hoped no one heard. Almost all wolves' attentions were pointed at her, then returned to Yago, and back as if she should say something. Eurasia bowed her head.
"It is an honor to be here, my fellow wolves. You are completely strangers to me, but in a moment of time, you will be my best friends." Some wolves stiffened, and she almost saw a shadow spread across Moonset's face. "I hope, at least. If you do not accept me, I apologize, because one day you and I will have to get along." She glared back at the hazel wolf, into her grazing, green eyes. "I do not expect a 'welcoming ceremony', only that I am introduced and returned to my duty of healing." Eurasia gazed politly inot Yago's eyes, not sure if she had done something wrong, or if she should have even spoke. Once again she bowed her head.
Then a wolf quikly yelped, a soft yelp, and she was confronted with a small wolf whom was well muscular. He looked as a warrior, but he sat near the neophyte's den. Her eyes were dragged across the wolves, and locked into the sight of Gade, a thorn in his paw, and a hot flush of embarrassment. There must had been a thorn on the ground, becuase it was deeply imbedded in his flesh. "It's ok." She comforted not only him, or the wolves around her, but herself. She slowly walked up to the wolf, holding his paw with a forearm, and the large thorn in her teeth. Eurasia licked it to get it wet before pulling, so the yank would be softer, and the thorn easily slid out of place. Then she spit it out on the ground. "Thanks" the wolf looked with a gaze as if he had just recently forgotten where he was, and what he was doing. "Forgive me, alphess. I didn't mean to interrupt. " He grew hot with shame. "And forgive me, Yago." Eurasia said politly. "It is only my duty, now. I never wanted to draw attention or let a wolf walk on an injured paw, but I must do what is most important to me, and what matters most as the herb healer." She stiffened slightly, waiting for the leader to answer.

Yago's chin lifted slightly. "See, pack! If this is not the action of a true herb healer and loyal pack member, I don't know what is. Open your eyes for those who are still blind. Eurasia, I can see an excellent future in you as a herb healer. You will have to face tough diseases that will use most of your time and energy, but I believe in you."

Lillypad walked toward the meeting with her brother Fang as the meeting started. They just sat down together and watched the meeting proceed. The neophyte believes her that Yago accepted her mentor but she doesn't think that she could trust her or believe her for Lupis's sake. Rhain would know what to do though. Lilly knows that she doesn't know everything and had been learning what she does know from Adranian(can't spell but I hope you know who I mean,) her mentor but didn't know what happened to him. I don't know about you Yago but I think you're blind right now because you only agreed Eurasia to be herb healer just because she loves to heal. It doesn't mean that she knows how to heal. It's either that or I'm underestimating. Lillypad thought to herself coldy. She didn't trust her about the decision but the neophyte can't change it.

Eurasia flicked her ears. More wolves had recently just walked in, and to be honest, she was actually surprised by Yago's choice. "Thank you, so much." She spoke formally. Right now, she just wanted to walk to her new den in silence, away from burning gazes, and perform her duty. She still sensed some unacceptance in the crowd of wolves, a little more than before, actually. What really mattered though was that she would be her best in every task of healing. Eurasia bowed her head, then turned and politlly bowed her head to the audience, as if she were playing a show. She almost thought she heard Yago chuckle with amusement. But despite her glee, one thing still bothered her. "Moonset". She must have said it aloud, understanding but anger in her voice. The wolf was up on her feet now, bristling with pure anger. "You don't give up do you? You just can't get that no wolf wants you, a worthless and smelly loner, in our Pack!" The words made Eurasia jump with hurt, but fury overwhelmed her feelings. "I have only once seen you at the border, and you chased me away. But here I stand with my head high in the center of the Pack, a member, and you do nothing but complain." She tossed her tail around her paws, sitting down now, and spoke more calmly. "what does that really make you, Moonset? Are you going to accept me, or continue to mope in my presence? I could save your life one day, Moonset. Or I could let you die without a word." She spoke more seriously, shocking a few around her. "It's my choice to let you die or not, not yours. But it is your choice on whether you accept me or not." Then Eurasia stood up, walking to Yago first, nodded her head, then trotted to her den without a glance to the wolves behind her. She did stop at the entrance though, and said without facing them, "I will pray that eventually, those who do not, will trust me with the power of herbs."

Lilly just watched as Eurasia and Moonset started to argue over trust. The neophyte got up and stood next to what Eurasia claims to be her mentor. "Moonset! Just shut up! One day you'll be sick and you decided not to trust her. I will say you'll be dead within two sunrises so it's either a neophyte, the healer, or death. YOUR CHOISE, not you Eurasia, it's Moonset's choise if she's going to trust you." Lilly Pad went back to Moonset. "You're the only one who could choose that you live or not just because you couldn't trust the healer to make you feel better. I hope you make the correct desision. One wrong move and you'll be dead." She snarled at her. Even though she's a neophyte, she's wise as a warrior. Even though most of her family already died.
