Luma padded away from the throng crowding up the central area of the camp, beckoning with her tail to those chosen to go with her. Wolves couldn't think in that mass of panic -- Yago was placating them with plans, but Luma feared for the Sheerans. Compassionate and insightful as they were, emotions ran high in Sheeran blood. She sighed softly, settling down on a gray stone and waiting for the rest of her patrol. I'm surprised Yago assigned me to lead the patrol and not Milo -- Pyre hasn't been around in ages. Twilight knows where he went....

Gade rushed over to Luma's side. He was eager and roused to start the search party, though he wouldn't really have chosen to go if Featherswift wasn't. She was such an interesting fae, always curious and poing her nose where it doesn't always belong. He pretty much was eager to know more about her, and just to get a little closer, but he couldn't if she was hurt in any sort on this party. To be honest, his main goal today wasn't to find Missing, but to keep an eye on Featherswift.

She walked in and sat, watching Luma. Featherswift looked around in the darkness of the dens and saw Gades eyes shinning. She was ready to help find Missing and any other wolf that was missing too. Her paws shuffled on the ground in a sort of excitement but, also scaredness. The blood slowly fell off of her paws and didn't feel as sticky, but of course she didn't realize it until she stopped shuffling. "Where is the other?," she asked looking for the other wolf who had voluntered.

A large blue-gray brute padded after Luma and the others, a determined expression on his muzzle. I need to remember to tell Touriquet about Missing… But before Dallas could take another step forward, his brother shouldered past him and sat near Luma, far more attentive than usual. Dallas’ jowls twitched when he was shoved, but he let it slide. Coop wants to be the hero for Missing… and besides, it’s not like he had manners to begin with anyway. Dallas joined Coop, the two brothers staring at Luma and waiting for instructions. Coop glanced about, wondering how many wolves had volunteered to join the patrol.

ouriquet was asleep while Coop, Dallas, Luma, Featherswift, and Gade were going to discuss how to rescue her sister, Missing. She couldn't hear any of them but she was shivering and twitching. She has no clue about what's going on with Missing or really what happen. The neophyte was just scared of what's going to happen but she doesn't know! Touriquet continued twitching and shivering at the same time while sleeping while they were begining to discuss.[/blockquote]

Gade looked across the Dens, immediately noticing Featherswift, a glazed and scared look in her eyes, shuffling her paws on the dusty floor. He was scared himself too, scared for the party, scared for Featherswift, but right now he was simply nervous while trying to decide whether to comfort her or not. She was almost like his obsession, but he really hadn't known her that long. Patiently he gazed at her, waiting for her eyes to meet his so he could send the message through them,
"It's okay. I won't let anything bad happen."

She nodded toward the new wolves who had entered. They were all here, waiting to hear the plan. Featherswift also felt as if another wolf was in the dens and she looked around. All she saw was Gade's shinning eyes. They almost said something the way they were looking back at her. She calmed down, her paws stopped shuffling. He made her feel just a little bit more sure of herself and safe. There probably wasn't another wolf in here except for those who had volunteered. Her head turned back to Luma. "What is the plan? If Yago chose you to guide us then you must be a very smart and clever wolf," she said. Whatever the plan she would help and this was apparently her destiny. She couldn't back down now.

Luma's tail swished as the wolves of her patrol gathered. She swallowed hard, then blinked with surprise as Featherswift spoke. She shrugged her shoulders and dipped her head in gratitude to the phrase. I am a smart wolf....I can do this, she assured herself. "All right....to begin, we all should understand something clearly. We cannot go and rescue them tonight. When we successfully find their relative location, we may not be able to rescue them immediately, either. It is infuriating that we should have to take such precautions, but it is also necessary. If you are going to be part of this patrol, you will have to hold your patience above everything else. I would have liked a few more wolves, with the odds that face us, but at the same time, Yago was wise when she selected us few. When we make our final move to sweep out of the captured wolves, there's no way we'll survive in an all-out fight. We need to use our wits to their sharpest extent," she paused, her eyes moving from each wolf to the next. These were Sheeran warriors, determined and bound to their pack. This mission is going to be the most trying duty of our lives...maybe not with brute strength, but with other types of strength, too. We'll all be working harder than we've ever know... "Understood?"

Gade woofed an aproval of the plan. If they tried to rescue Missing in one day they would be killed. Their main goal today was to locate her and...well, basically the same thing Luma said. He listened to how Featherswift complemented her, she was so polite, and took note of it. It was almost as if everything the she-wolf did was going to be recorded on his brain, until everything eventually got forgotten. Though there was something he'd noticed. Something strange about Featherswift. When he was around her, at least it felt like it, he had never forgotten anything. Never had a moment or a black out. The moment he knew her name he hadn't had a single flash of darkness and forgotten everything that had happened previously, as if he were being born again. Why did this happen? He guessed it was Featherswift, and that proved one more reasong to be around her.
But that was not his goal. He needed to stop focusing on the pretty fae and focus on the one important thing. Find Missing. That was all that mattered now. Find Missing.

She listened to the plan and said,"Understood." This was the right coarse of action it seemed to her. Featherswift would have to agree to it anyways, but liking it helped. Going straight in there would be plain suicide with what she had understood of the Blood Mists'. Hopefully they weren't hurting Missing much. When they would finally be ready to rescue her it would be like a puzzle, get Missing and other wolves before the enemies found out. While she was thinking al of this she felt as if somewolf was watching her from behind, so she shook her fur. It must be someone in the den so she didn't really mind.
Featherswift began to think of a possible location where Missing could be held. "Luma do you have any idea where they might hide the missing wolves?," she asked. Surely this wolf could think of something...or any wolf here. She still didn't know all the little nooks and crannies in the area.

A lithe figure came sliding into the den. Not literally, that might hurt.
Knot narrowed his eyes slightly at the group of wolves gathered there, then blinked a few times as he recognized some of them.
"What's going on? Some sort of unofficial meeting I'm missing?"
He muttered to himself, "I seem to be missing a lot these days..."

The two brothers looked on with the utmost concentration, absorbing Luma’s words of caution without so much as a blink. But when Luma had faded into momentary silence, Dallas turned his attention to Coop, a small frown on his face as he quietly cleared his throat. Coop is impulsive… this may not be the best job for him. Sheeran blood combined with his stubbornness? I don’t know about this… “…I’m not staying if that’s what you want,” Coop hissed toward his brother, a crease on his forehead. Raising his voice, Coop returned his focus to Luma, and announced, “We understand.” Dallas sighed softly, but made no move to continue his case. I’ll just have to keep a good eye on him, I suppose. He shifted at the sound of another voice, angling his ears toward Knot. “A couple of wolves were taken by the enemy.” “Yeah, and we’re going to get them back!” Coop chimed in.

Knot stepped forward. "I'll come."
He blinked.
"Er, that is, if you'll let me. I mean, I don't want to get in the way or anything." Knot shuffled his paws nervously on the floor, almost as if they were a deck of playing cards. It was kind of impossible, but that didn't stop him.
(I dunno. I just wanted to post again. XD)

She watched the conversation with intensity. Coop and Dallas were ready and Knot sounded as if he wanted to come too...at least he said he did. Hopefully Luma would let him. The more wits, skill, and speed they had the better. Featherswift had a funny calm about her. She had volunteered and would not back down now. Her mind had come to the conclusion that it was to late to back down. A swift breeze blew outside and some of it came into the dens. It helped cool her off a little. So what were they going to do now? What was the plan for tonight? Featherswift looked outside. The sky was a little less dark, just a little. It was late, she knew, but she didn't mind.

As a breeze blew into the Dens Gade jumped slightly, a little freaked about what would happen. He was so lost in though too. He scratched his ear with his hind leg, embarrassed, hoping no one noticed the movement. Right now he was at the verge of dying from panic.
