Her pawsteps were taking her oncemore to the Twilight Clearing. She couldn't understand their intent; they were there not long before for the Moonless Meeting. In the times between, it was a strange land for all pack wolves and free roamers...but territory disputes could arise. It wasn't the smartest thing, travelling there. She had no intent to sleep within the Eternal Tree. I doubt I'd even be granted entrance; I have questions, but I've barely tried to answer them on my own yet... Maybe that's what this was about. Her questions. Toss was missing, her proxy had been gone for ages, the Sheeran beta, the Yozoran leader, and the Siverians hadn't had a proxy that she could remember during the moons she had led the Destinians. Fireflight came to a halt, watching the clearing through the underbrush. So what does this all mean?

Pernile, Yorzoran Beta, Hello Fireflight. ------------------------------
It's been a while since the other packs were hating the Yorzorans but it was better them not hating the pack than being hated of what they did though they wern't doing anything. That was a good thing, they didn't do anything bad. Nothing really happened besides the battle, a few of her pack were injured, one of their neophytes were wolfnapped which was horrible. They didn't know what to do. Yorzoran will have to form a search party for Shade. Hopefully that'll work too. Those discusting BloodMist, couldn't believe that they would kidnap neophytes.
Pernile led the pack to the normal meeting place, right now it was Fireflight and the Destinians. She turned her head and nodded to her packmates, then walked by Fireflight and sat next to her. "Hey." She said with no emotion. The beta wasn't mad, it was her father that was pretty much went insane about the other packs not trusting his pack and ready for war and stuff like that. She went against it. Remembers the day still but the fighting against everyone was over.
------------------------------Me rping! My character talking! My character thinking!Other things -- It's a meeting. Yorzorans can make it too!------------------------------ Posting layout by yours truely (Nighty!), wanna steal it. Go ahead, just make sure that it was by me and use different colours. Trust be. The colorful the better! btw. If you don't. I'll poke you till you bruse!

Night was beginning to settle, with the lively melodies of birds melting into a chorus of nocturnal insects. An owl raised a concerned call nearby, the ‘hoo, hoo’ setting the tempo for the evening. And amidst it all, an old wolf was limping through the woods, tired yet aware. Anxious, yet oddly confident. Those demons won’t be catching me tonight, not at all. A tongue slid over his cracked and aged lips, the wolf slipping around the thickest of thickets in pursuit of a goal: to find herbs. His scent was distinctly Siverian, and contrasting aromas both sweet and bitter trailed him as he ambled along. Wait… what’s that scent? Halting, Magic lifted his muzzle and inhaled, narrowing his eyes in confusion. Destinian and Yozoran? What’s going on here? Curious, Magic proceeded onward until the source of the odors was in site. Two wolves, high ranking wolves of two separate packs, were situated near the Eternal Tree. Coincidence? Are the meeting? Why are we all here? “…umm… hello,” he offered, noticing Pernille immediately after she had spoken. She's certainly... friendly.

"Hello!" "Er...hello..." A blink later, Yozoran and Siverian scents wafted to her nose. To her left was the semi-familiar Yozoran beta, Pernille. She dipped her head mildly in greeting, eyes slightly widened with surprise. She mentally considered what she knew of this formidable female. She's Iver's daughter...hasn't taken over leadership yet....Sympathy flickered in her. She should....but I can't imagine, losing your alpha and your father and having to step into a position like this...at least I have Euphrates. I wonder if she at least has a mate? A warm thought conteracted this slight pity. She has her pack, and their trust in her. That should be enough to make her realize her responsibilities soon enough. And then there was Magic -- the Siverian who had been herb healer for the better part of her memory. He, too, was strong and respectable. He'd seen his pack through tough times -- the plague included -- and dealt with the missing of his neophyte for nearly four seasons. She dipped her head to him as well. "Well....this is strange, isn't it? We're only missing a Sheeran representative..." she spoke thoughtfully, glancing from each wolf to the other. "Magic," she asked tentatively, "were you called here?"

(yay!)
Featherswift needed to get away from her pack a little while. Luma was mad at her right now because she trusted Eurasia. Her limp was getting better which was one of the only good things right now. Owls were hooting around in the forest as she wandered into the Twilight Clearing area. She'd never seen the Eternal Tree and wanted to tonight. Her paws briskly went over the leaves and twigs, while she enjoyed the night air. Suddenly scents of other packs came over her. Her fur bristled a little as she continued foreward. None of the packs were in perfect harmony with each other right now and even a little skirmish could mean another war. In front of her a huge tree loomed up and she stared in amazement at its expanse. It was huge! Then she looked around and noticed the wolves who the scents belonged to. Featherswift instantly thought it be good to let them know she was here as well instead of them start yelling at her for why she was here and such. "Hello?," she said while her voice echoed off the trees.

Sensing that this was a peaceful conversation, the Siverian Healer relaxed his muscles, and bowed his head respectfully to either wolf. In any case, no wolf would dare harm a wolf of herbs. As words began to flow amongst them, Magic tilted his ears uncertainly, unnerved by the truth in Fireflight’s statement. Representative? Too true… too odd. “Called here? Oh, no, not me. I ventured this way in search of herbs; too many injuries lately. I need to maintain a full supply.” He paused, glancing from the Destinian to the Yozoran and back. “…and yourselves, if I may ask? Were either of you called here—?” He was interrupted, however, by another voice. A greeting as seemingly friendly as the other two, with a Sheeran scent to accompany it. “…representative,” Magic murmured softly, his eyes darting toward Fireflight. How… convenient?

"Hello?" Are you serious? She raised a brow over her widened eyes as the Sheeran warrior approached. Eh, at least Yago or Milo didn't hop out of the bushes....that would've made it all the more freaky. But still, the four packs only gather peacefully under a new moon....that is far away from now. She felt Magic's suspicious eyes studying her silently. She turned reluctantly away from the new arrival and to Magic, confusion swimming in her gaze. "I was not called....but..." she hesitated. How much could she admit to these wolves? "Not called....but...led, I think. I was thinking on recent events -- the battle, Blood Mist -- and that led to thoughts of stregthening the packs," her eyes flickered with mild uncertainty across each of them. She knew the lines needed to be bridged if they were to all truly work to fix this flaw, but she loathed admitting to the weakening population of her pack. "Toss is missing, Svel hasn't been seen for seasons, and my herb healers are vanished." Her eyes rested on Pernille, voice imploring, "Go across the border, the Yozoran alpha has deserted his post...Move to the Sheerans," she gazed thoughtfully at Featherswift, "and the beta is nowhere to be seen...." Se glanced at Magic, a lilt of dry humor in her tone, "Magic, I don't need to explain to you that you haven't had a proxy for over a year. I was thinking on Blood Mist...we received no sign, no warning, and they were thrust upon us....what if we missed the signs? Wolves are being ripped from their packs and taken -- for sacrifices, for recruits, who knows? And our trusted leaders were taken away, as well. I'm not proposing they're in Blood Mist clutches...there was no hint to that....but couldn't that be a foreshadow of some sort?" She sighed, wondering if they would all hear her or suspect her motives, as she felt Magic had. Discomfort rolled in her stomach. Ugh! I hate having to be this open with...enemies! "Like I said, I have no herb healer," she mumured, somewhat bitterly. "I don't know these things, but I suspect them."

Yago!
Yago slowly padded into the clearing, not her usual self anymore. She was tired and stress, but also getting older. Though, she was a stubborn wolf and was intent on walking on all four legs until she died on all four. Wonder what's going to be going on here today. She was glad to see a Yozoran. She personally wasn't upset with them, though she knew the other packs and some of her own pack members were upset with them. She never asked why, though, she didn't want to get into a fight over stupid claims. Anyways, she knew it was more important to figure out what the heck was going on. Missing was missing, her new Herb Healer had killed a member and ran off, and who knows what the Hell BloodMist was doing. She hoped others knew what was happening, way too much stuff was on her mind and she didn't know what to ask first.

(*nods* Of course she can come in ^^ )
Fireflight wondered if the other wolves saw her maw hit the ground. Yago. Yago was here. That meant high ranks from every pack! I hope there's no law against this or anything....I mean, we have a lot to discuss that we probably should've talked about at the last Moonless Meeting. She blinked hastily up to the starry skies above. Well, no divine intervention yet... She stared thoughtfully at the glowing crecent of moon. Divine intervention....maybe that's what this is, then, intervention? "Yago," she dipped her head in a polite but even gesture; a respectful nod between equals. Heh. What if Iver and Melina pop out of the bushes next? Iver's not likely, but Pernille is here....she counts as an alpha as far as I'm concerned...

Magic bowed his head slowly at Fireflight’s words, mildly surprised by her sincerity. Usually these types try to make their pack sound like the strongest, most formidable force in the forest… although BloodMist has certainly stolen that title as of late. Maybe this is a time for change… but what will we do? And, to further the confusion, another Sheeran entered the scene. And not only a Sheeran—the Sheeran Alphess. Sufficiently shocked by the new arrival, Magic barely managed to lower his head in a nod of acknowledgement. This is surpassing mere coincidence. Could GoldenWolf be trying to communicate? “Greetings, Yago,” he woofed quickly before switching his focus back to Fireflight. “But what you say, Fireflight, is unfortunately true… but what, then, are we missing? Yes, our packs are weakened, especially amongst the higher ranks. Any wolf would be a fool to deny that. Are the signs telling us to slim down our ranks, or are they warnings for future doom, or something?” Everything has been very confusing, lately. And I am getting far too old for this...

Yago! Yago glanced at Fireflight and Magic and tilted her head a little as if nodding. From the expression of everyone, she had good intentions to be confused. Something big was going on, something really big. Though, there were only a few lower ranking wolves here, most of them were higher rankings. This was obviously not a Moonless Meeting. She scanned the clearing once more, thinking about every wolf who was here and why they would've come. Fireflight, Pernille, Magic, Featherswift. More wolves were bound to come soon enough, she could tell. So many questions, and so little time they had to talk. She sat down, ears pricked, listening to every word. She slowly closed her eyes, mind deep in thought. Slim down our ranks? Surely it must be something else that is the problem, she said, eyes still closed. It could be BloodMist, curse them. Though she had yet to encounter one face-to-face, she was still slowly falling apart from their actions.

The she-wolf listened from the bushes for a few heartbeats. It seemed many wolves were there, each from a different pack. Blinking, Melina wondered if they were planning something. Arching her back, she held her head high and gracefully padded into the clearing. She could see whatever was happening was peaceful, for blood was at lack. Her creamy tan fur ruffled in the breeze. Licking her lips, Melina drew a long line in the ground with her claw absentmindly. She felt awkward at first, but raised her head anyway and woofed confidently.
"Greetings. May I ask what we are all doing here at this time and place?"
