The matches struck the floor; red splatter hit the ground. No holding back now. With a furious battle cry, the ranks of wolves surged forward in a shifting tide. Kar, Lance, and Coal erupted from the starting gate, speeding forth on the frontline as an inseparable unit. The trio fled, paws scarcely touching the earth, in the direction of the arriving Blood Mist, the rage of war already poisoning their judgment. Blood Mist Proeliator rose to meet their challenge, Frenzy and Temper dashing into the fray like maggots to a decomposing corpse. And oh, this corpse reeked of ill omens. Macabre followed, the silent beast skidding around the outskirts of the oncoming packs. It was madness, chaos, but all the same eerily familiar. A home away from home.
Euphrates dashed up with the frontlines, leaping toward the brute that Burn Note had selected for a target. With a deep snarl, the Destinian launched himself onto Hellfire’s spine, not aiming to land—but to slash. Euphrates, son of Babylonia and Destinian Proeliator, had joined the fray.
Shiver, too, sped down from the rise, immediately locking one of the incoming bodies in her sights. Every ounce of agony, every moment of painful memories—she now projected it on her opponent. Die, then, you fucking whelps. She reached out with her fangs, wishing for nothing more than the taste of flesh.

This is a call to arms, gather soldiers Time to go to war
When Euphrates had slashed at his paw, and ripped a gaping whole in his back the whole world slowed down. He dropped low to the ground after that. He snarled, glaring at Euphrates, and BurnNote. Mostly BurnNote. "So, you bastards think you can drive us out that easily then, eh?" He launched forward, and grabbed BurnNote by the throat, biting down. BurNote began to kick at his chest, a yip escaping her maw. She clawed at his face, and finally succeeded to get him to drop her. He left her gasping for breath before he turned and lunged for Euphrates. His target? His throat.

Adrenaline pulsated like coldfire in his veins. The fae lunged and down him but only for a blink before his hindlegs before he rolled away from her and sprang expertly to his paws. Again, he lunged, fangs bared, claws outstretched. "All you packwolves know how to do is talk! You've forgotten how to really fight!"
Pelting forward, her packmates around her were but a blur. The collection of pack wolves in front of her were all hateful as the next, except for one. Her blood ran cold when she saw him. Her eyes narrowed with hate. She screeched venemously and hurtled herself at him with ravenous claws. "EUPHRATES! COME AND FACE ME YOU TRAITOR!" She shoved her way past Hellfire, not caring that Euphrates was already locked in battle. "You're mine!"

Frost was already up when he had rolled away, and when he lunged she jumped away. She snickered, and said "Oh really? Look who's doing most of the talking, bastard." She lowered herself to the ground, and burst forward again, this time aiming for his throat. Yet, he had plenty of time to counter attack. IGNORANCE! IS YOUR NEW BEST FRIEND! "Oh goody," I said to myself as I heard all the barking and the battle cries and snickered to myself. I was off toward my first victim, to my long lost brother who somehow I can catch his scent. I sprinted toward the brute that I knew was my brother, he was older, but not by much. He had his father's body, which i guess is my father too but, I don't call him daddy anymore. Though he must be so proud of his son though. Oh but mother must be worried about what is going to happen. Although, even though I personally don't like killing my own blood, I much rather have someone else get their paws dirty than mine with Ruka's corps on top. I'd rather not feel guilty if I did it but if someone else did which would be much in my favor. I'll just hurt him. Badly. I jumped and opened my claws at Ruka, my target, my brother.

Swiveling about to meet his opponent, Euphrates began to slip into a defensive dodge. And then the voice reached him, fangs not far behind. He swerved, all but forgetting Hellfire’s existence as the familiar face lurched into view. For a single instant, fleeting memories clouded his conscious mind. Images of laughs, of friendly romps, of his beautiful sister gazing up at him and wanting to be like him one day—all of it, in a painful flash. Stunned by the light, he hardly reacted even as he was wrenched away from his opponent. “Si—” Sister? They collided, and reality corrected to time to its regular flow. A reflexive kick forced his legs to curve and extend, attempting to hit the mark of one he had once called family. And so here we are.
Ruka swiveled about, unfamiliar with the battle and already lost in the fray. But, as it would seem, his opponent had been selected for him. His jaw dropped, astonished. “A-Aurora!?” Claws sliced at his forehead, and he spiraled downward. Barely managing to collect himself, he brought himself up to a stand, defensive but still shocked beyond belief. “Where did you come from!?”
Shiver locked jaws with Coal, who had splintered from the Siverian triad. She unleashed her fury, the aged wolf already having trouble with the vengeful fae.
Kar and Lance, meanwhile, stuck together, and dove straight for Hell.

Luma, Terralisa, Tatiana, Etheris, Breeze, Kippy, Natalia, Solaris, and Meg stormed forwards on the side of the packwolves, lunging at their Blood Mist enemies with thirsting tooth and claw. On the opposite end of the battlefield, Crimson, Arachna, and Snare all streamed forwards in the flood of Blood Mists and Hellfirians.
Regulus easily dodged the obvious attack. He chuckled softly under his breath. "You're going to have to try harder than that!" He feinted to his left, the took a swiped at her right flank.
Euphrates' refelxive kick had nailed Assyria's gut. She flew away from him, but was winded only a second before the adrenaline soothed the air flow down her throat. She rose slowly in a defensive crouch, snarling furiously as she began to circle him. "Traitor," she hissed darkly. "We were your family!"

Frost growled as she felt the claws dig into her flank. She pulled away slightly, and then suddenly brought herself right into his leg, pushing him off balance. Will he would be fighting for balance she grabbed his hind leg, and ripped it from underneath him. And while he was on the ground, she had a split second to grab hold of the scruff of his neck. However, she didn't have that great of a grip. "Was that better?" ~~~ Hell glanced toward Kar and Lance, snarling loudly. Because of them, it gave BurnNote a chance to gather her wits again and get up. He met their charge half way, and lowered his head to make use of his shoulder as a ram. IGNORANCE! IS YOUR NEW BEST FRIEND! I giggled to myself. Ruka was always a mousebrain though. At least to me he was, never expected that his little sister could do anything else. It was like he was actually surprised that I was, well, alive. Oh what would mommy and daddy say in Ruka's words about me being alive. The most important thing though is what they would think that I wasn't on their side. Didn't matter to me. After I cut part of his forehead. I skidded back toward his side, though, I was in front of him because he got up and actually didn't believe I was alive.
"A-Aurora! - Where did you come from?" Those were his shocking words. Almost like if he was stuttering. "Haha, oh come on, brother, I laughed, "You know where I came from. From our mother's womb. A gave a pause for a second to breathe, though I don't need it. He does. "You should know this already, or did you? Did someone kill me?" I stopped again. I kinda wanted to listen to what my brother had to say. He should have his kudos. [/blockquote] LYRICS! paramore ;; IGNORANCE!

Bringing himself to a stand, Euphrates met her gaze, steadying himself on all fours. He drank in her words—words he knew she was going to say and yet hadn’t prepared an answer for. Words that only served to echo past doubts and bouts of self hatred. Think of Fireflight. Think of our future. “…you are right, Assyria. I can’t deny my roots. I can’t deny that I loved Sumer, or Babylonia. Or you.” He closed his eyes tightly before revealing a more determined gaze. “But my heart belongs to a different family now.” He crouched lower, muscles tensing. “So, come on then, sister—show me what you’ve learned!”
Kar leapt to one side, dodging the assault. Lance, however, only moved slightly, and accepted the bulk of the assault. The wind knocked from his lungs, Lance was carried with the momentum of the blow. Meanwhile, Kar leapt diagonally to ram into Hellfire’s side with his claws, hoping to throw the Blood Mist brute off balance.
Milo howled wrathfully, tearing after Arachna in a blaze of fury. At his side, Dallas and Coop streaked into battle.
Elsewhere, Shiver laid a dizzying blow to Coal, slamming her claws against his throat in a burst of blood. Coal, his graying face suddenly bubbling with red, slumped downward. “Ivory…” he whispered hoarsely, quickly losing the ability to speak. He stumbled down. Shiver sped onward, no longer caring for the elder Siverian, and set her sights on Kippy. She charged at him, mad with the fiendish lust for the slaughter. That carnal rapture that greeted the tongue so fondly.
The stupor never left his face. “Aurora, I… I don’t know what you’re talking about! Where did you go? Why are you with… with these…” He couldn’t quite handle the gravity of the moment. Am I to fight my own flesh and blood?

Blink padded onto the scene, blinking at the chaos that unfolded. Bad pun, and the narrator has already been shot for it.
She snarled at the combatants, sniffing the air as she did so. Friend or foe? It's hard to tell. If any wolf jumps me, they're asking for it. ---
"You!" Nectar growled, and hurtled towards Macabre. The brute had almost squished her last battle; she intended to give him a real fight this time.
Well, that's what she told herself, as she extended her claws for his shoulder.
Incapacitate, debilitate, defibrillate... wait, what? ---
Patch chuckled, a low deep sound in the back of his throat, as he stumped forwards. There wasn't much else to say, really, and no thoughts disrupted his one-track mind.
Without another word (not that he had said any), he lunged for Burn. ---
Ene hung back from the main battle, analyzing her options. Let's see. If we have spare warriors not yet in the battle, I'd say perhaps team up on those that seem to be fighting a harder fight.
She eyed Nectar, who was heading towards Macabre. For instance, we could eliminate those weaker quickly that way and focus on the real threats.
She watched the struggling wolves carefully; she'd have to be on her guard. Any of those pack wolves could jump her at any time.

Hellfire smirked softly, and looked to Lance. Kurs claws met their mark, yet they hadn't gotten that far before he ripped away, and growled. He rose up on his hind legs, and jumped, managing to land on the brutes back. His aim was to bite down on the nape of his neck. She, he began to lower his maw to close his mouth around him... ~~~ Burn gasped as she moved to the side quickly, managing to use her shoulder as a ram and take both Patch and herself down. Regulus' claws met their mark, but suddenly his legs were knocked from under him and he was left in a vulnerable position on the ground. Immediately, he pushed from the ground to get up, but Frost's fangs met his scruff. He tored himslf away, wincing at the small gash her teeth left on the back of his neck. His eyes narrowed and he lunged directly at her throat. He swerved at the last minuted and lashed at her hindlegs, attempting to dislodge her balance as she had done to him.
For a moment, Assyria's eyes were glassy with what could've been tears. She said nothing and her snarling took pause for a moment; a moment of silence to mourn for her lost brother. And then, her eyes narrowed with determination, though her heart still quaked in her chest. If only you could still be my big brother. Suddenly, she hurled herself at his flank, claws outstretched.
Kippy, eyes settled on Ene, pelted forward eagerly into the battle. It was time to fight, time to make a true wolf of himself, he could feel it. All this time he had been content to settle back and let love, friendship, opportunities pass him by. Not tonight, he vowed. Tonight I will-- Shiver collided into his side and he was down in an instant. He scrambled to find his balance and stand up, but the world swirled around him dizzily. He stumbled and hit the earth once more. Come on, Kippy, get up!
Arachna's eyes flashed on Milo as he charged her. She dodged to the left and lunged for his legs to knock him off balance.

Uh oh. Frost felt her legs being kicked from underneath her, and she was slowly losing balance. Only, when she had attempted dodge it she had intensified the impact. From the angle she had moved she was tossed over his back, and rolled across the ground. She slowly eased to her paws, lowering into fighting position again. She sprinted forward, audits pinned against her crown. Bastard. She thought. She lowered herself flat against the ground as if going for his legs again, only she came up sharply so the top of her back knocked him in the chest. She swiveled around on her hind legs slightly, and threw her whole body wait into his ribs. Whether they cracked or not it depends... This is a battle song, brothers and sisters Time to go to war

IGNORANCE! IS YOUR NEW BEST FRIEND! I tilted my head as I started to walk around him slowly. It was all the bada$$es do to start tension. "Heh, why am I with these? These wolves? WHY!?" I snarled. "Because I fell in love dear brother! Believe it or not, I fell in love with someone at my young age, it wasn't like anyone loved be back home. And he loves me for who I am. IGNORANCE! And I'm your new best friend." She barked.
"Aurora is gone, she died. But I'm here so you get to play with me," She giggled. "What happened was when I was hunting. Someone attacked me, from BloodMist, I assuming the it was the devil because it wasn't any here in BloodMist so I chased after him, ended up in a battle scene OR you can say is that I went Hellfire and back if you want dear, brother," I snickered. "Oh, and the lovely brute who I fell in love with happened to be from BloodMist so I joined, any questions?"
