Sounds// were echoing through her mind. She could hear the blood curling screams of those that were being murdered, or fighting. She could still see what was happening. She was fighting a wolf that finally go the upper hand because she had lost her vision. Wait...she had lost her vision? The fae was laying in the center of a den that was guarded by a couple of Blood Misties. She hadn't moved since the wolf she had been fighting dragged her here. It was almost as if she were dead. Yet, she wasn't. The steady rise and fall of her chest ensured the Blood Mist wolven that their captive hadn't passed away.
Cold// ground was felt beneath her. Well, she must have been coming to to feel the cold ground. She felt herself flinch, and slowly got up. She kept her eyes closed because she dreaded to see where she was, if she could even see any more. Her pelt was a bloody mess, I'll tell you that much. There were fresh wounds still seeping the sticky, crimson colored stuff out. She was almost sure she had a broken limb as well. She limped forward, and smacked right into the den wall. "Son of a bitch! She screamed. That was all the frustration that she felt leaving her body. She opened her eyes...
Fear// rushed through her. She...she still couldn't see! She blinked her eyes shut a few times before making a dash - as well as she could with a broken limb- toward the water. She washed her face off even though it burned, and was relieved when her site began to come back. She stepped away from the water, and her eyes got wide. There were two things running through her mind right now: One.) Why was she still here. Did her pack not know that she was taken? and Two.) Out of every one there, why was she taken.
Determination// shot through her to get to the bottom of this. She marched --again, as well as she could with a broken limb-- toward the opening of the den, and stuck her head out the opening. I demand to see somebody that's in charge. Now!" Obviously, she wasn't the right fae to be messing with at the moment. Her eyes narrowed as she stared the guards down. They just merely began to laugh at her. FOR BLOODY HELL, DO IT NOW!
All laughter stopped then.

Among the parade of cacklers and insanities at the heart of this Blood Mist Bazaar, a devilish hoodlum of midnight color inclined her head at Burn questioningly. This femme fatale's name was Arachna, and though new scars stroked her form from the recent battle, she appeared to be in drapes of utter bliss. Smirking, she chortled softly as her companions rolled their eyes and whispered quietly. "Like we haven't heard that one, before, princess. Anybody else remember when that Sheera chick came over and pranced around like she owned the place? I wasn't alive back then, but I've heard of it. Unfortunately for you, Miss Priss, we're not so damn soft anymore!" The cackles rose again like a slow-growing wave, carrying its havoc ever-closer to the shore. Spite glittered in Arachna's eyes as she gazed at the pitiful Destinian captive. Her voice was suddnely silky smooth with danger. "Remember, dearest, we come from Hellfire. Your screams for silence mean nothing to us."
A little ways away, Cora, the new healer neophyte, looked on without a trace of emotion on her moon-kissed features.

Anger// Was the first thing that boiled up inside of her. Enmity raged around in those now brilliant glowing blue eyes, but it was only because of the lighting she was in. A vicious snarl was heard ripping through her throat and vocal cords. Audits were pinned flat against her visage. A short cackle of laughter was heard from the femmora as well, though I suppose you could call it some what of a insane one. One that desperately wished to plead with her, yet her pride would not allow her to. Chasms of ice slowly glared from one wolf to another. She would have given anything to sit down right now, but there were a few problems with that. One, her leg was broken, and to do so would be to put herself in extreme pain and discomfort. Two, if she sat down she was showing that she was giving up, and there was no way in hell she was going to do that.
Orbs// rolled as the fae called her 'Miss Priss', shaking her head. "I am disappointed. Really and truly I am. For some one that comes from Hellfire you surely aren't as rude, and uncivilized as I thought you would be. Miss Priss? That's a good one.[/i] Another roll of her chasms. This fae was really annoying, and that was that. A spark of amusement lit her gaze, and another smart ass remark rolled off her tongue. "Well, I can assure you that I won't be prancing around, being that my leg is broken. Though I do realize you guys are complete idiots, and don't know what your doing. So, I will say what I have to say in short, un-intelletcual sentences so that the rest of you drooling nicompoops can understand.[/i]
Smug// features were turned into a smirk as she watched the fae that stood in front of her, trying to intemidate her. She found it amusing, really. If you must know. She then slowly proceeded to ask her questions, and just as she had promised, in short sentences a moron could under stand. "What do you,"[/i] She made a motion toward the Blood Mist with her crown, "Want with me?[/i] She then raised a foreleg to her chest to indicate herself. "Do you,"[/i] She made another motion toward them with her crown, "Understand me?"[/i] Again, she raised a paw to her chest. The smug look was still spread across her features. Clearly, she was all but pleased to be here.

Arachna shrugged her slender shoulders, smile never once faltering. "Be a bitch all you want, honey, but really, who's the real idiot here? If it was one of us, wouldn't we be your captives? But instead, you are in our clutches with no escape. Wrap your big fat head around that!" Arachna turned and flounced away towards the fresh-kill pile, not bothering to further the arguement. She'll be dying soon enough! Or put to some other use we decide for her...
Regulus smirked at the sight of the captive -- the captive he had brought to Blood Mist single-handedly. Now, the Destinians will remain without a beta...or a prospective one. "In the den!" He shoved her roughly towards the small den where Annelise lay hidden in the shadows. "You can talk all you'd like, but you're weak from the battle. So are the rest of us, maybe, but there's far more of us than there are of you." Was that a shred of kindness in his voice? No, no, of course he was just chiding her like he would any captive...
It was one of those rare moments where Annelise had managed to stay conscious enough to stomach the entry of a new captive. She hadn't been able to stand seeing Flisk or Neveria here, whenever they would pass her by. But Burn...Burn was reminding her of Freya. Knots of nervousness tightened in her muscles. Keep up that cheek girl, and you'll be a pile of bones just like her. Though, Freya did manage to take her killer down with her...doesn't matter though, does it? He came back... Annelise laid down and listened in her prison.

Surprise// was wrapped around her figure as he shoved her roughly back into the den. She fell to the terra, landing with a rough thump. Electricty seemed to flow throw her as she landed on her bad leg. She groaned softly, eyes closing tightly for a few moments, and then opening once more as she looked at the brute that had brought her here. She lay there, not moving for a few moments before she pulled her columns back under her, and slowly stood. "Ah. So I see...If I don't matter much then why the bloody hell am I here![/i] She spat, but made sure she stayed far enough away from him.
I// guess you could say that she was sorta afraid of him, in a way. He had, after all, brought her here. And now he was standing in front of her, telling her to shut the bloody hell up? I don't think so. At least, she didn't think so. She snarled slightly, and then, she seemed to see the hopelessness of it all. She dropped her head for a moment, and her tone softened. Please...tell me why I am here...After all, if I'm going to be here for the rest of my presumely short, pathetic life, that is the lease you can do...is it not? She murmured softly, intelligent eyes watching him.

The dark, handsome brute watched her with eyes of pity as she was slowly forced into submission. For a moment, he inclined his head at her, and appeared to be thoughtfully calculating her request. At long last, he clicked his tongue against the roof of his mouth, frowned briefly, and shook his head. In a low growl, he threatened, "trust me, girl, I could do much, much less." He turned away and sauntered off across the camp, where he slouched against a stone facing the den. His glittering eyes of malice never left her form.
At least she didn't die yet. It was a bizarre, if not demented glimmer of hope, but it was a glimmer of hope nonetheless. At the back of the den, the Siverian healer laid heavily pregnant in her crude nest of sparse moss. Where her left front leg had once been, only a stubbed remained; this was the lasting injury of her first Blood Mist abduction. Now, for the second time, she found herself in her enemy's clutches. She had been the surrogate nurse to Babylonia's last litter of children while the satanic queen had passed through reincarnation. She couldn't think of the horrors that awaited her and her own future children. So, instead, she worried over the fate of this strange new captive. "Hello," she breathed hoarsely. "I'm Annelise, the Siverian healer. And you must be their newest plaything?"

So//, that was it? Her hope slowly took a nose dive toward the ground, and hit the terra with skull shattering force. She exhaled slightly, and slowly got up, and limped toward the back of the cave. She was stuck here..and there was nothing she could do about it. She felt desperate now. What if she just made a mad dash out the door, and tried to get away? Maybe that would work...yeah. And then get chased down by wolves who can out run you even if you were healthy! She yelled at herself. She jumped as she heard a voice.
Terror// washed through her as the other fae suggested her being a play thing. "Wait...so that's why I'm here? To be used against me will?" Her voice wasn't any louder than a crude whisper as she stared at the former healer. She shook her head, and backed her rear up firmly against the wall. "I don't think so.."[/i] She muttered, shaking her head softly. Though she knew perfectly well that there would be nothing she could do if that was indeed the reason she was here.

Annelise knew better than to be offended by the natural defiance of the she-wolf before her. Once upon a time, she supposed, Annelise herself had had that same defiance, too. But being captured for the second time, and being pregnant all at once, that does things to your persona. Whether she lived or died, from that moment on, she had never been and never would be the same as she once was. For a moment, she simply watched with a glazed expression as the she-wolf -- Destinian by the smell of her -- raved and paced about the small den. After a while, Annelise sighed softly and blinked back into the real world. Cruel as this real world of theirs was, she had to try her best to explain its workings to the newcomer. "I have been captured twice. The first time, I escaped with my life, but lost a leg. Now, I understand my life will be lost in the end, but it is the lives of my pups that I fear for. You see, I am here for the purpose of revenge against my late mother, who killed a powerful Blood Mist in her age. They've brought other wolves through here before me for various purposes; at first, it was to get neophyte minds under their control, since there is only one litter of pups in this camp. Then, they needed a healer, so they stole me. The extras were killed off. If there is a purpose they have brought you here, even something as simple as a distant relative once claiming the life of a murderous Blood Mist, than I suggest you do some soul searching and find out what that reason might be. If not, then you are an extra...and you won't have much time."

Silcene// met the fae as she let the words sink in. Her eyes slowly seemed to close as she bowed her crown, and allowed her words to sink in. Do some soul searching to find out what that reason might be. If not, then you are an extra...and you won't have much time. Fear flew through her suddenly, and she backed herself up against the wall as if seeking comfort. Her past was flying through her head faster than she could control. Her mother frantically grabbing her; her father ushering both out the den. They were running for their lives, that much BurnNote understood. She remembered her mother falling, and not able to get back up again. She remembered her father grabbing her by the scruff of the neck and leaving her with an old widow.
Fear// had a death grip on the fae as she glanced nervously around. A slight whimper was heard, but she straightened up, and looked down. "I think it is because I had lead the newest battle...For I have no history with any of the blood mist...[/i] Her voice was some what shaky, but she regained her composure.

Annelise watched as the defiant flame slowly flickered out into a faltering spark of...hope? Annelise's ears pricked as she heard the femme speak. Nothing in the past, no, but something recent had driven the Blood Mist wolves into cutting her away from her packmates. What was more, there had been a battle. Annelise was faintly aware of it, but she hadn't expected to ever learn the details of the fight. So it definitely involved the Destinians...they'll be sharing a border, most likely. And what about the other packs? The Yozorans have already suffered hard blows, but did the Sheerans and...Siverians come to help? "Tell me about this battle," the healer said after a moment's thought. "You say you were at the head of it? Are you the new Destinian beta?" It's a thin strand, but maybe it's something to hang onto nonetheless.
From afar, a pair of wandering, glittering eyes narrowed as they came to rest on the cave across the Blood Mist encampment. The dark shadow of a wolf was scarcely visible in the darkness, but his presence was like invisible eyes, gazing into the night with omnipotence and malice.

Defiance// was slowly being drained away from her as she learned that this fae wasn't going to harm her. She sighed deeply, and said "I am not the beta...there was no beta, and this was some what of a last minute thing. We had come to figure out that the Blood Mist had come back...only this time smart, stronger, and more willing to do what ever it took to show their dominance...[/i] She allowed her gaze to slip away from the fae for a few moments, and let it slide over her surroundings. It was cold...it looked cold. It felt cold. It was..almost as if they were locked away into a icy prison that they could never escape from.
Shudders// rippled through her once more, and she shook her crown. "They needed some one to lead the assault...so I told the Alpha that I would. My...friend went and gathered the other packs to help out. All that is, except from the Yozorans. We didn't ask them because they have already suffered...It was a long, and tideous battle...one I don't know the outcome of because I was captured...As you can see...By that...that...wolf...Regulus..."[/i] She pratically spat his name with such hatred and fury you would think her words could cut right through the cold stone that held them captive.

Crystal blue eyes followed the new captive's gaze to the one who watched them from the shadows. Everything that had been said so far had been easy to anticipate; except, perhaps, the part where the Destinian had not been able to fight. She opened her mouth to ask about it, but Regulus' oppressive presence was clearly disturbing her new companion. "That's Regulus," she barked matter-of-factly. "He's one of the old ones; he's a true hellfirian who died long ago. He's not really old, but he's been around long enough, in this life or the next. They're all brutal, sure, but the ones who came back from the fire are...different somehow. Some are more violent, others are almost always silent, and so on. You can never be sure with those, so...if you do have to mouth off to them, try not to do it when he's around." After a moment's thought, Annelise turned her eyes away from the hellfirian. "So, you never told me your name?"

Silence// filled the gaping hole the fae had left open for her to speak. She sighed softly, and slowly looked down at her paws, and gently said "My name is BurnNote..." She muttered gently, and slowly lowered her frame to the ground, and lay her head on her outstretched columns. She didn't know what she was going to do now. With a sigh, she glanced around, and all the fight that was in her slowly seeped out of her. As if it was being drained into the terra below them.
BurnNote had never been this low..This sad. It was as if she saw how hopeless it was. Her gaze was fixed on a small pebble that was lying in front of her. Her audits were tilted back as if she were in pain, but she was. In a way. She was here...and no one knew it.

Perhaps it was the maternal instinct, which was in accordance with her swollen belly. Or perhaps it was the utter defeat she saw in the eyes of this wolf who, moments before, had spat and cursed defiantly at her captors. It was far, far too late for Annelise -- she was well aware of that. But as she studied this wolf, ideas began to form in her mind; the protective instinct had kicked in. "Listen, BurnNote," she woofed softly, lowering her head to her paws in order to speak on her level, "I have been here long enough to know them and even in some instances understand them. I want you to make a point of remembering all I tell you about them, alright? You're a Destinian....your alpha is Fireflight, I believe? She won't let you go down without a fight, BurnNote. But, nevertheless, it is important to remember what I have to say. I am a young wolf, but my time here is growing increasingly short. Some day soon, they will kill me. I am also a healer, and if you can remember what I have observed even after I've gone, then you may have a shot at escaping on your own." There was a strange flicker in her eyes as she spoke the last part. Not alone. She's taking my children with her.

BurnNote raised her head to gaze at the fae that spoke to her. She nodded her dome as she asked who her alpha was, Fireflight. Of course she was the Alpah. BurnNote noted her words carefully, and suddenly she knew what she was saying. BurnNote needn't give in to them permanately, but instead, trick them. Be stealthy like a fox. Get close to them, in a manner of speaking. Learn their ways, and do as they tell you to a extent, but never let the flame die. That's what she was saying. BurnNote suddenly stood up, ignoring the pain that rocketed through her frame.
"What ever it is you have to teach me about what you have just spoken on, I will listen."[/i] Her orbs danced slightly with the newly lit flame that danced around in her eyes. She wasn't going to give in. They were going to have to kill her for her to be quiet.
