Yuriko sighed into the warm Summer night. She had wondered into the territories again. She always was not thinking but wandering around with out paying attention. She looks around to see where her paws had taken her this time. It was pitch dark all but the moon shining through the light cloud cover.
Silentnight's Rise? She thought to herself. I wonder if this time i will run into another pack member. She muses remembering meeting Annalise in the terra. She lightly laughed at the memory as she sat on the rise looking at the night sky. The clouds had finally pasted and she was enjoying the view.

Finally, I'm alone! Griffen took a moment to close his eyes and breath in the sweet, summer air. His eyes fluttered open again, and his beloved starry solitude was suddenly spoiled by the appearence of a young girl from the undergrowth. He studied her for a moment, unsure of whether or not to just turn away and continue his hunt for solitude. He sighed with resignation, and stepped out into the silvery glow of moonlight. If I really wanted solitude all that bad, I wouldn't still be living with pack, he reminded himself.
Griffen settled on the cliffside a few feet away from the fae. As he drew closer, he was able to identify her as Yuriko, a fellow neophyte. The dark gray wolf swept his tail around his paws as he looked out over the darkened terra. "So...what brings you here?" He asked casually.

Yuriko was so engrossed in the stars and moon that she didn't notice the silent approach Of the fellow neophyte. He sat not far but she still did not notice. Then suddenly in her mind there was some one there. "So...what brings you here?" with that she yelped and fell over in surprise. "Where did you come from?!" She asked in breathless.
"Griffen?" she asked surprised to see him there still. "Don't sneak up on a fea like that!" She scrambled to her paws and shook out her fur. "You nearly killed me!" she sighed.

For a moment, he just gazed at her in disbelief. Are you serious? Did that really just happen?
He cleared his throat and raised a brow in slight disapproval. "You're a girl, not a sissy," he woofed scornfully. "Or what, did you expect me to trip all over myself cause you're a girl? Suck it up, honey, you're just as tough as a guy -- get over it!"

She sits back down and looks at the sky again. The skin under her fur turning vibrant red. " I know I was reminiscing though. I didn't hear your approach or smell your scent till you said something..." She sighed at her ADD. She needs to pay more attention or she will get hurt. Not only that she likes Griffen she made a fool of her self in front of him....

Griffen smiled wryly, tail twitching slightly at his paws. He laughed softly and shrugged. "What if I was an enemy wolf? I would even have to lift a paw and you'd be tumbling down the cliffside in shock," he teased lightly. His eyes were alight with amusement; he wasn't really making fun of her. He sighed softly and looked out at the nighttime forests once more. Well, let's just hope she knows that.

She giggles lightly "Yeah it would have been my luck to have an enemy literally scare me to death." She said as her tail slid back and forth across the ground. She watches the night sky again and notices that there are lights appearing. Those are so beautiful. She then lays down to watch the light show. "Wow." She whispered in awe.
Her ears twitched and she stood abruptly. "Did you hear that?" She asked him as a soft growl emanated from the dark underbrush. The moon washed the ground with a silver light and the lights seemed like a flickering flame as they wove though the sky. Her hackles raised with anticipation.

Griffen watched her watching the scenery out of the corner of his eye. He didn't know Yuriko very well, but she seemed all right so far. She was certainly pretty, sitting there in the moonlight. Then again, he thought suddenly, I don't really know anyone that well, do I? Not counting Natoma, Kaylee, and Dad. He smiled to himself. Maybe he was a loner at heart.
Suddenly, his ears twitched and he caught a low growl in the undergrowth behind them. He whirled around immediately, his gray eyes narrowed dangerously. With fangs bared, he let out a little warning growl of his own. "Who's there? Come out, or I'll drag you out myself!"

A small rabbit shoots out of the brush and a tangled mess of fur following. It looked like a wolf but it'd fur looked very un-groomed and the scent of blood followed the figure as it pounced on the rabbit. The rabbit squirmed and almost wriggled free but the jaws came down fast and hard. It whispered something inaudible then picked it up and continued on it's way.
"Where ware you going?" Yuriko asked taking a step towards this creature. It turned it's head to inspect it's eyes glowing in the moonlight. the rabbits fur was wet-looking down one side and limp in it's wolfish muzzle. She hesitated.

Griffen's bristled as the grasses swayed and the creature emerged, Siverian prey caught in its jowls. Griffen growled lowly, but didn't move. For a moment, he analyzed the creature, then barked decisively, "Fox, I think. We should probably chase it off before it causes anymore trouble," he woofed. He lowered himself into a slinking crouch and slowly drew nearer to the creature in a wide, cricle. She nodded to Yuriko to mirror him on the other side.
Think of how jealous the other neophytes will be once we tell them we chased a fox out of the territory! Ha!

Yuriko nodded back and mirrored him. That doesn't look like a fox it is to big. She crept froward her ears flattening to her head.
The figure chucked low and deep It's dears perked on the top of it's head. IT lowered it's head putting the pray down sliding it under it's body with a large paw. "What do you think your gonna do about my hunting?" The male said looking at the two who were approaching.
Yuriko growled at him as she stepped in his fresh scent. "Blood Mist!" She got into a more threatening position. making herself more streamlined for attack.
"Wow perceptive little pup aren't you." He turned his attention to Yuriko. His posture was seemed relaxed. All i wanted was to eat and my prey lead me to these pups. I knew i should now have followed it. She is hot though. Hmm I wonder if i could kidnap her.

Griffen's eyes widened in shock as he neared the wolf. Yes, this was most definitely a wolf. A strangly, sorry excuse for one maybe, but still a wolf. His eyes narrowed to slits once more. Well then, all the more reason for me to beat you to a pulp! He should've nodded to Yuriko so they could continue their strategic attack, but something triggered inside of him when he caught the whelp gazing at her with interest glistening in his demon eyes. Without warning, Griffen launched himself at the Blood Mist wolf. Snarling viciously, he bit and tore at he first piece of flesh he could reach.
These are our hunting grounds! And maybe she's not yet, but someday that could've been my girl you're lookin' at, buddy! I don't care how fast you start talkin; nothin you say can stop what's in store for you!

Tangle stumbled back at the impact of this Pack-wolf. The sudden feeling of pain in his scruff made him howl and snap at the closes flesh he could reach with a snarl.
Yuriko bounds in to knock tangle off balance. Her fore paws first into his chest.
Tangle again stumbles and falls with the amount of weight. missing his first target. "Oh you like to be on top?" He says through a snarl of pain.

Griffen growled deeply in his throat -- more out of satisfaction that Tangle would be easy to chase off than of genuine hostility. However, the growl took on a sharp edge as the innuendos kept coming. The nerve of this little skunk! Well, I'll put him in his place all right!
"You couldn't handle life on a top, you little wuss! Heck, you've barely managed to stay on your paws since you ran into us two!"
With that, Griffen effectively slapped him across the jaw as he and Yuriko continued to double-team him.

Tangle laughed through his pain and tried to get away from the two. He goes to bite at Griffen to get him off of him. As he kicks Yuriko to get her off as well.
Yuriko is shocked at the kick and skids across the ground hitting a rock near the edge of the cliff. As she stumbles to stand the ground slides out from under her back paws and she grabs for the ground. She yelps in slight fear as she tries to climb back up on her own.
Tangles looks out of the corner of his eye seeing her in distress he tries to get to her to help.
