So, I know we've thrown around this idea before, but I was wondering what you guys thought of creating a board for the sake of practice roleplaying? I know it may be a big help for beginners, but that's not all I'm thinking of here; I've seen a lot of people feel reluctant towards higher ranks because they don't really know how to rp that type of character. Also, since battles aren't as frequent as they used to be, a lot of people are unsure of themselves in battle threads or other types of threads, etc. So basically, it's not just for beginners, but for exploring other sides of rp and strengthening when you feel like your muse is low ^^ The board could also have sections for writer's block and such. I would be willing to help with any practice rp threads (I haven't asked her yet, but I'm guessing Wolfie would be too xD) that will help somebody improve their writing or gain confidence in their abilities. There aren't many downsides to having this as an open option but...if we do move forward with this, I want to know that you guys will find this beneficial and what you would want to see included in it? Tell me your thoughts/opinions/judgements ^^

First of all, I think it's a great idea! I will be willingly to help out as well, but I'm not entirely sure if you would want a non-staff member helping. xP Anyways, I think it's a great idea because I am not the best at battle RP's as you all know. xP It must be because I don't know when I'm power-playing and such...anyways. Like I said, I think it's a great idea, and it should be carried forth for those that feel uncomfortable with taking higher ranks.

Thanks Burneh! And really, anybody could help out; it could be a collective effort  And hopefully it'll get more people warmed up to the idea of having a high rank, too, since there's always at least a couple of those open. Thanks for your input |

I think it's a wonderful idea. And everyone could pitch in if they want-- I see no problem with you joining the fun, Burneh ^^ And yes, I'd be willing to help, siv xD
I think we toyed with this idea before, didn't we? Or did I imagine that? xD

No, we've toyed with it before, but...it never really came into reality =P Hm...how should we go about organizing it, do you think? We could have a main board for general sorts of stuff, like questions and rp tips, and maybe a practice rp sub-board? What does everyone think? And is there anything specifically you guys would like to see included that hasn't been talked about? I might mass PM everyone just to let them know this is up for discussion  |

Oohhh, awesome! I've been on a site that had a roleplaying school before, and it was great. It's satisfying to help another learn how to expand their imagination (or apply it to writing!). I say yes.
