Flower looked at Mythic crying and tears came down her eyes. "Riku!" She howled. She got up and ran toward the dead body. "Riku... come on! Get up! Please," More tears came down her eyes. Her mate, dead. She coughed more and spat out blood off the body. She layed down on the body whinning with sadness. "Riku."
Lilly Pad was asleep next to Fang, they don't know anything about what happened.

Anelie whimpered not able to comprehend a thing the alphess was saying. She curled up in a ball where she lie next to the corpse and tried to calm down. She closed her frosty blue eyes and held them tightly closed. She wished it wasn't happening, she wished her vision was just a nightmare, but how could it be? Who were those wolves in her vision?

Mist was struggling to keep her voice steady now, "We will hold a vigil tonight...but we will bury him before, then stay in the clearing for the vigil. We...we can't risk the sickness spreading. Tomorrow, we will have much work to do. Neophyte training will have to be sped up, but if you feel that you can't do anymore...if you feel you're too sickly, then by all means rest, and see a healer. By the body of Riku, I wish for him to hear and approve my following actions. This pack needs a strong....needs a strong beta. he gave so much to us, but we MUST carry on. Therefore, Kakashi will take on the role of proxy, and Seidei will become the beta. Reason...you have trained long and hard, and have proven yourself many times over. We welcome you as a full warrior of the Sheerans..." Mist paused, minds racing. She needed to get these ceremonies out....they needed warriors, and they needed to recover from this. (  poor Mist. This is the second death of a beta right after a gathering XD ) |

Winnie emerged from the nursery, confused and angered. How dare they tell her her father had fallen? She knew he could fight off a mere illness...he was the greatest warrior that had ever lived!
And yet...
There, in the middle of the clearing, lay his body. Her heart shattered, and she shut her eyes tight, tripping over her own paws as she did so. She opened them to tiny slits, fear gripping her heart. This was no nightmare. This was terrifying truth.
"DADDY!" She wailed, tears pouring from her like a waterfall.
Rye followed his sister, padding stonily over to Riku. He lightly nudged him with a paw, eyes cold and emotionless. "Dad...wake up. Momma's crying, Dad...this isn't fun..."

Flower nodded to Mist and then turned her head at Mythic. "Not now Mythic, go to your bothers and sisters and try to sleep away the pain, and it's late," She commanded her. The fae didn't wanted Mythic to get sick like Flower's mate. He was a good wolf. He deserves to see his father. Now he would know if his sister is in Hellfire or not. She cough out more blood. "I'm going to stay, then go to a healer with our pups," She woofed to Mist. Our as in Riku and Flower's pups.
Then she notice that two of Mythic's brothers and sisters was already here. "Winnie, Rye, common on, please go to bed." Flower paused for a moment. "Please."

Mythic stayed by her father. She was curled into a tight grey ball. She lay right next to his chest. Hoping if she warmed him up she would hear a heart beat. She couldn't wait she needed her father to live.

Tears slipped from Rye's eyes, his heart sunk deeper than ocean depths. Realization dawned: this would be the last time he saw his father. He buried his nose in Riku's fur, then dashed away into the healer den, sobbing.
Winnie padded up to her father slowly, curling up next to him for a moment, She stood, dashing away as Rye had done.
Mist nodded, admiring Flower's strength in a time like this.

Lilly Pad was still sleeping next to Julian and Fang. So she was in between. Fang was fast asleep. Going to retreve the bad news sunrise.
Flower layyed her head on Riku's next in tears.

Julian's head raised and he gently rose his whole body. He carefully and quietly padded out of the nursery. What he saw was one scene noyone would want to see in their life. He shrieked and cowered. He then ran forward towards Flower and stumbled next to her. He curled in a ball next to her and gently and silently wept.

Kakashi pricked his ears and looked at Mist. Did she say something about me being proxy. He scratched his ears and shrugged. He didn't know how special it was. But he had a feeling he would learn later. He watched as Riku's family members grieved for his death.

Lilly Pad woke up when Rye first came in crying and same from Fang. Then they saw Flower crying on Riku's body. "DADDY!" Fang and Lilly Pad both barked and ran toward the lifeless body and curled up next to Mythic and the dead body.
