Robin dipped her head and followed Kiba out of the cave, leaving Tisana to deal with the next wave on her own.
Ozzie entered the den, tail low and face worried. "Have you seen Silence? I can't seem to find her anywhere lately...and she's been quite a crank!" The senior complained raspily.

Tisana shrugged. "I haven't seen her, Ozzie. She's probably just off doing... something." She hurried along to peel a clementine, cutting it in half and shoving one half toward Sora. She dipped an elm leaf in honey, also giving that to the fae, along with some tansy.

Ozzie grunted with frustration. "I'll never understand that damned fae!" He coughed and sputtered a bit, saliva flying out of his mouth. The rancid scent of sickness emnated from the black and grey brute. It swelled throughout the den and set off a chain reaction; Shasta and Pepper began to cough and rasp once more.
Robin rentered the den, jaws full of thyme and tansy. Robin went to the back of the den where the herbs were stored and dropped the fruits of her labor. Turning back to Tisana, she woofed, "Kiba shouldn't be too far behind with some clementines...nice tree, by the way." She glanced once at Ozzie, then meandered back to the herb stores. She took up some tansy and dipped another clean leaf in honey. Carefully, she carried the medicine back to the sickly elder.
Ozzie bent down and swallowed the tansy, throat searing in protest. He went to lap up the soothing honey, but Robin put a paw in his way. "Kiba's coming with clementines. You should wait untill you've eaten the clementine to drink the honey so you won't waste it's cooling effects," Robin explained. Ozzie grunted and sat back, waiting for Kiba.

Tisana grinned. "Thanks. Clever, huh?"
Kiba came in, clearly excited with her findings. One clementine dropped, rolling across the floor before it came to a stop infront of Tisana. She sliced it in half, peeling it, and shoved one half toward Ozzie. "Good job, girls."

Ozzie gulped down the clementine, wincing in pain as it rubbed against his sore, cracking throat. The honey soothed him slightly, and he settled into a nest to rest.
Robin heaved a sigh of relief as the flow of sick wolves came to a pause. "Yes, very. Is it alright if I go get something to eat from the prey pile? I'll bring you back something," Robin promised.

Tisana nodded. "No problem. Just because we may have a deadly disease on our hands doesn't mean we have to starve ourselves. Something small, please. The smell in here is making my stomach churn."

Robin glanced at Tisana, a tad of humour in her eyes. "I'm sure the clementines will work their magic. We'll have them out within a few days," Robin nodded, then went to fetch something from the prey pile. She seleted a small ferret for Tisana and a snowshoe for herself. ( they don't know what they're up against quite yet )

Tisana smiled. She pranced around the den, putting the herbs in their proper places. She stopped when she smelled the ferret outside. Suddenly, she was ravenous.
