I know this will probably just get spam or hate mail, but that's okay. I just sort of...felt the need to do this.
I still have a lot of mixed feelings about how we left this place. Some of you are still my friends and I keep a fequent correspondence with you. Some of you hate my guts because we felt different things at different times; I closed this place when some of you were just finding it again, or when some had yet to return. I do not regret my choice nor will I rehash it.
I don't want to say anything to justify anyone's point of view, including my own. There is so much negativity in the world. This was supposed to be a place of positive energy. So please, I understand a lot of you will never understand why I did what I did, but I will not argue with you. If you choose to post something here in the future, whatever state this site is in, I just hope you do so with kindness in your heart and compassion for the work, time, and energy everyone put into this place.
I guess....I just wanted to say thank you. I wanted anyone who gave this place enough thought to stop by to know that they have left a positive impact on my life and my writing and I am eternally grateful to have had each and every one of you in my life, no matter for how long or short of time, no matter if our personalities clash like stampeding rhinocerous. Thank you for your contribution. Thank you for all the good times, being a comfort during a sad times, an outlet during the mad times, and a learning experience both with writing and with relationships between people.
