The Final Moonless Meeting (EVERYBODY OVER HERE!!)

Star returned Sirius' glare. "Since when are we not allowed to voice our opinions? Or do we all have to be exactly like Destiny now?" She asked Alaskensong, ice in her tone. She was sure Sirius had heard her.

Kunai was looking up looking at Star again. Not that he wants her to take him in, but she makes a good point. Everyone can have their own opinion. The Abandoned wolf pup didn't want to be like his parents, he didn't want to be like Destiny at the moment. It was weird to stand on the side lines. It was only the popularity from what the pup looks at it. He looked down again. "The sooner the better," Kunai said to himself.

Sirius looked up at Star again, auds pricked when she spoke. He sighed. It wasn't her opinion he had a problem with. It was a problem of unease among the pack. If Star fought with New Moon, it would cause problems. Star would get in trouble and she was so stubborn and impatient Sirius was sure someday she'd get in trouble. The ebony Beta just hoped the warrior would wait until they at least reached their new home.

Star narrowed her eyes at the proxy's stare. She didn't get what all the hostility was for! Lupus forbid she say one word that differs from another wolf! She was always a sweet one...just because she spoke out once in a while didn't make her stubborn or battle-hungry.

Sighing softly Sirius laid on his belly, watching the Mirror Lake. HIs gaze roamed from one bank to another, mind wondering. He wished Aliya would come join him. It was lonely making sure Destiny was alright. Sirius glanced at the ivory alphess. His thoughts were broken when something brushed his side. Looking down Sirius smiled. Skysong was sitting next to him. She laid down and put her head on one of his large black paws. Sirius licked the crescent mark on Skysong's head and returned his alert gaze to the Mirror Lake.

[.Rabid Lycan.]

A pup padded over the lakeshore, sniffing the air. He had an easily distinguishable silver and black pelt, and had a diverse personality to match. Adventurous little Ashai, glanced across the water and sighed... I wonder what the mountains will be like. He looked up, halting abruptly as he almost ran into Kunai and Star.

The world gotten all quite again. To him he thought that everyone is going to talk at the same time but now that was over, everything is way too quite. It was scary to him, it felt alone again. It made the Abandoned Wolf pup sad. Kunai had nothing to do and nothing to stand for anyways. At this time he has no one but Skysong that was his real friend. What would happen if something bad happens to Star and then she has to move out, where the bloody hell would Kunai go to?! What the bloody hell would he have to do?! The pup can't do anything yet because of the age he is in. Kunai pricked his ears and almost jumped and move to the side. "I swear do you have to run over someone!!" Kunai barked at the other pup. "Sorry I don't know what gotten into me lately."

Ashai shuffled his paws shyly. "Err... sorry." He glanced over his shoulder. "Boy, when my mum finds out I escaped her den, she'll kil me!" He shook his head, then looked to Kunai. "I don't believe I know your name? Mine's Ashai."

Holly sighed and stroked Clove's head with her tail. She stood up and followed Night out of the clearing, nudging Sharpie. She looked once more at the barred lake, and a glint caughter her eye. Under the murky surface of the water, she could see a dark spot of black rock. Hope surged through her heart and gave her a new strength. This time, no tears came.

[Destiny]

Destiny glanced at Sedaka.But he was right.Quickly she ate the herbs.

New Moon padded back more slowly.A buck(male deer) on her shoulders.Svel was helping her carry it.The small wolf had been out hunting with New Moon.

Carefully the twosome padded over to Destiny.New Moon gave a respectful bow to Sirius.Then a second to Sedaka.

Svel did the same.

"We have caught you a buck."New Moon barked.

Destiny looked at the buck."Feed it to the pack."She ordered.

New Moon sighed."As you wish."Why does she have to be so stubborn.!

Destiny seemed to read New Moon's thoughts."They need it more than I."She barked more calmly then before.

New Moon nodded.She and Svel padded over to the other wolves with the buck."Seniors,Bearers and Pups eat first.Then everyone else."New Moon barked aloud.The weakest wolves needed the food the most.New Moon began to slowly pad around the pack.Trying to make sure everyone was here.

Destiny wanted to stand.But she was remembering Siveria.The pink mist.The mauled femme.Her form gave a violent shudder at the grotesque thought.

Glancing at Sedaka and being sure he would stay with Destiny, Sirius slipped away into the forest around the lake. His onyx form blended perfectly with the shadows as he ran, muscuals flexing with ease. Minutes later Sirius returned to the lake, a hare in his jaws. Sirius padded toward Destiny and placed it near her and stepped back.

"Destiny, please at least eat this" Sirius barked. "The stag will feed the pack, this will give you more energy."

Sirius hoped Destiny wouldn't be too difficult. It was true the stag would feed the pack well enough. A hare would at least give Destiny the energy to lead the pack and perhaps give her enough energy to hunt for herself later if she chose to.

[Destiny]

Destiny knew she needed to eat.How could she help her pack if she was to weak to lead them.She pulled the hare to her.Carefully ripping it appart.The hare was delicious.Raising her maw she smiled at sirius."Thank you Sirius."Then she continued to gnaw on the hare.

Sirius chuckled, once more laying in a sphinx pose to act as a sort of guard for Destiny as she ate. "That's what I'm here for Destiny" Sirius reminded the Alphess. His handsome crown rested on his paws though his ears remained alert.

[Destiny]

Destiny chuckled.And continued gnawing on the hare.It was the best thing she'd had in days.

Aliya and Sothis at some of the buck.But the femme made sure to eat only her fill.And she kept an eye on her son while he ate.

Sothis knew the importance of the buck for the pack.He ate only what he needed.

Aliya drew Sothis away with her when the pup had finished.

Sothis smiled up at his mother.Then went off to explore somewhere.

Aliya watched the pup for a moment.Then padded towards her mate.

[.Rabid Lycan.]

Rapier crawled across the ground, heading for Destiny, Sirius, and Sedaka. He let out a yip.

Sedaka laughed, padding foward to intercept the pup. He grasped the young one by the scruff and carried him back, placing Rapier gently in between the three of them. "You better not give your mother too much trouble on this trip," he woofed, lowerng his muzzle to watch Rapier at eye level.

Rapier yawned, eyes still closed. They would remain closed for a while yet. Then, trying to find warmth, he squirmed to the nearest paw... Sirius' paw. Another yawn, and Rapier was curled around Sirius' foreleg and falling asleep.

Sedaka smiled. "I think he's going to give you more trouble than Destiny, Sirius," the old Healer chuckled.

Euphrates sat away from the others, sitting so that Sumer was under his chest and between his paws. The former BloodMist wolf still felt as if some wolves didn't trust him. I'll do this for Sumer... He licked his younger brother on the head, and the mute neophyte flicked his tail in response. Euphrates' thoughts drifted to his mother... I did not betray her.... but she would have gotten Sumer killed. I couldn't have stayed... He winced. But I should have stayed.
