"Black, yes." Rhain smiled, a single, black rose sprouting a few feet away. "Lupus, we're talking about you and me here. I think anything is possible with us two!"

Lupus smiled. "Well, then we ought to do this right then..." He stood, and padded over to the rose. Taking it in his jaws and avoiding the sharp thorns, he went in front of Rain, and kneeled.
Inclining his head and presenting the flower-- like a man would present a ring-- he asked, "Rhain, I love you. Will you marry me?"
His eyes were serious.

Rhain felt her skin grow warm under her fur as she blushed. Her light, green gaze met Lupus', a small smile on her lips. "I will, and I love you." she promised, taking the rose lightly and placing it between them.

Lupus exhaled sharply in relief. "...great!" he managed. The moment was very William/Elizabeth/PotC-esque.

Rhain rolled her eyes. "You thought I wouldn't accept? After all this time, you honestly think that?"

"You almost ditched me for a butterfly. I wasn't too confident in myself!"
Lupus reached forward and touched noses gently with Rhain.

"Well that butterfly was damn hott!" Rhain kidded. "Oh, I'm just kidding you, Lupus," she sighed loftily.

Lupus smiled. "Well, now we have to plan the wedding... Such as, who's invited? And where will we have it?" He paused. "And when?"

"Hm....we already know what the flowers are like....as far as who's invited...." she pondered this a moment. "I want to see Death as a flower girl!" she giggled.

Lupus chuckled. "I think I'll let you handle that..." He paused. "Riptide will, of course, be my best man... You need to choose a bridesmaid."

"Silentnight is my bridesmaid." Rhain said immediately. Silentnight had saved Rhain's life, and though they'd known each other for a short time in the living world, Rhain owed much to her. "Death can be the preacher or something. I'm sure Flame would rather toss flowers, anyway," she laughed.

The black wolf smirked. "Somehow I have a hard time seeing Death as a preacher," he muttered, touching his nose to Rhain's. "I think we need a Healer to do that.... or something or other, anyway..."

(lol, I just watched Charmed a little while ago... it was where Cole and Phoebe got married. How coincidental, lol)

Rhain snorted. "Okay, then we'll have Lucinda do it. She's been moping round too much, anyway. Heaven is supposed to be happy!" She sighed, only slightly amused.

Lupus scoffed, clearly amused by Rhain's comment. "Sure, that's what they all say..." He rolled his eyes. "Heaven is full of hope and wonder... Dear Goldenwolf, that makes me want to gag..."
He paused.
"That GoldenWolf better not show up on the 'groom's family' side," he mumbled.

"Hm. My sister will want to be involved..." Rhain woofed softly, eyes flickering with an unkown emotion. "It's weird....I'm still not used to saying I have a sister..." she thought of Valencia, and smiled slightly. They two were practically identical...except for looks.
