(Okay -- Aya, stumble into Mr. Eternal Tree when things get too smokey to see Des-tech....I'll see ya in the mountains =] ) The soot crashed down like a waterfall, the only differences in its impossibly rapid motions were that it rushed the clearing twice as fast, and clogged the sight and scent of those victimized in Twilight's Clearing. The dark billows blotted out the sad twinkle of the stars as they watched their descendants, helpless and powerless, up in the unaffected heavens. Firefligth choked on the ash as it surged into her lungs. Her pelt was already streaked black, her eyes already impaired with debris and detritus. She hunched over for a moment, trying to see under the thick, heavy blankets of dark smoke. So looked around for her packmates, trying to find Toss, Svel, anyone from her pack that still needed to escape the flare. Nightshade looked to Sabela's obscured, smoky form, and nodded, eyes pained. What if Sabela didn't make it out? She could easily lose a life here --- any wolf could. The pack came before and single wolf, so Nightshade knew she had a duty to perform as Sabela had asked. "SIVERIANS! HOMEWARD!" She howled, dropping back to pick up a few stragglers. "Annelise, Kar, Lance, come on!" Nightshade barked hoarsely to her packmates. Shade! Oh, Shade! Please be all right! Annelise was frozen, embers singing her black and blue pelt, staining it dark as she looked in horror into the haze. Shade...I can't leave without knowing he's safe! But she couldn't move; all she could do was let Nightshade drag her by her scruff towards the camp. "Annelise! Snap out of it!" The beta pleaded, eyes wide. They needed their healers now....but it was strange to see a healer that needed a treatment of some sort. Annelise seemed to be going into shock.

Sabela leaped at Annelise, and nipped her butt, hard. She pushed her roughly with her head. She wasn't going to let anyone lose their life here, even if it would cost one of hers to assure so. She gave her another harsh, rough shove, then leaped onto higher ground, fur covered in the suffocating ash. Her eyes combd over the clearing, looking at any wolf that looked like it was having trouble. Several times, she leaped forward, shoving wolves forward, making sure they got out. "Hurry everyone! Get out! Get out!" she howled to them, almost choking in the ash. "Hurry! Hurry!"

((I hate myself missing all of this so I'm gonna pretend that most my wolves are here already xD))
Kunai sneezed as some of the ashes got on his nose. He looked around for his packmates and bumped into Fireflight. "Sorry," He quickly. "Oh hey Fireflight! Need help with anything I know bad time of saying that but do you cause I'll help." A real bad time of saying that cause it was sorta hard to see with ashes everywhere.
Jojo heard his leader called out Get out, Get out! He didn't panic thank Lupis and just ran out of the area coughing.
Lillypad on the other hand paniced. "RYE!?" She howled while coughing. "FANG?!" She continued to cough and just ran not caring if she ran into someone or not. Then bumped into Fang. "There you are gosh!"
Fang sighed. "Well maybe shut up and move," He said leaving her to look for other Sheerians.

Anelie panicked as well. Almost drowning in the ashes, she dug through them, choking, and gasping. "RYE!!" she called. He was just right next to her! Where had he gone?! "RYE!! WHERE ARE YOU??!" she howled with panic. "RYE!!!"
Sabela saw the many wolves panic, and she grabbed three of them in her mouth and ran them to the exit. She shoved them out, and nipped them fiercely. She ran back in, and nipped many wolves trying to get them out.

(Nightlight -- could you make a thread in the main Destinian Camp and call everyone there? Fireflight and Toss can find Aliya's body on the way back.)
Fireflight shook her head. "Just get out, Kunai! The less wolves that remain here, the better. Get everyone gathered in the main camp and wait for Toss and I there, okay?" She told him briskly, not letting irritance slip through. She did not wait for his confirmation before turning towards the others. "EVERYONE OUT! DESTINIANS, ASSEMBLE IN THE MAIN CAMP! OUT, EVERYONE OUT!" She howled over the roar of the fire.
Rye looked around, panicking swiftly. He was alone, completely encased in a capsole of black smoke. He could hear, faintly, the cries of terror and howls of leaders around him, And then he spotted her through a small shift in the smoke; Winter had decided to come after all. She was gazing upwards eyes horrofied as a branch snapped from a nearby tree and blocked her path home. She doubled back into the grasses, but she was trapped. Rye tried to howl, but his throat was bone dry. He felt faint, dizzy, his heart beat not steady. His eyelids drooped, and he collapsed into the ashes, unconscious.
Annelise felt herself be shifted away, torn apart from Shade before she could even be sure he was safe. Her desperate, watering gaze searched for him in the terrified, swelling crowd. Shade, oh, please make it out of there!

The shape was covered in ash, but with the dark green eyes it wasn't hard to make out. It was Vance, racing towards Winter, eyes narrowingg against the debress trying to block his sight. he was coming fast, bulldozing through trees, and wolves, and just as he reached the branch that had enclosed Winter, he leaped, making it far enough where he pushed off the branch for the rest of the distance. He raced to her side. and noticed he had just trapped himself as well. He growled, and looked for an opening. His eyes lit up at a small hole only big enough for a pup. He ran up to it, and pushed his head through, he lifted, legs shaking as he shoved it to his back. He scooted sideways. "Come, Winter! Escape!" he barked to her urgently.
Anelie's tears were panicked, and she ran forward, tripping over a limp form. She gasped, seeing Rye. She had no time to lose. She grabbed the heavy, larger wolf in her jaws, and urgently began to drag him towards the exit. Adreneline rushed into her veins as a tree crashed only inches away from them, she raced forward, the wolf coming with her. She ran towards the exit quickly, not wasting time. They were going to escape, both of them.

((Sure.)) Kunai only nodded "What Fireflight said," He howled and got out of the area making sure that there are others following him. Fang saw Anelie dragging Rye? He knew that she got him cause she is.... stronger than him most likely. He continue to look for other Sheerians. ((No muse today)).

It only took moments for the tranquil clearing to erupt in flames and cinders, tossing the packs into pandemonium.
”Fireflight…” Eurphrates heard himself whisper, twisting his head around to search for her- but she was shielded from him by a thick screen of smoke. Coughing hoarsely, he lowered his head, trying to hold his breath. Eyes flickering upward, he saw Toss standing there in utter confusion at the chaos below. With a soft grunt, Euphrates leapt forward and raced toward the shocked Beta, the brute’s form becoming opaque as he quickly disappeared into the toxic cloud of smoke. Nearly slamming into Toss upon reaching him, Euphrates growled at him in a low, hoarse voice, ”Move it!” To his relief, the elder wolf obliged, and they began tracing their way through the screen of grey and red.
Shade bowed his head, coughing badly and unable to see. I hope Annelise is alright… He padded blindly off in one direction, trying to see if he could get a glimpse of her- but a burst of flame beside him made him jump and retreat in the opposite direction. I guess I’ll have to find out later- Suddenly, a cracking sound startled him out of his daze. Snapping his head back, he looked up to see that he was beneath a tree, and a flaming branch was falling toward him, feet- no, now inches- from his head.
Bain wheezed, soot clouding his vision and senses, and jumped away from the others, howling alarms for his own pack- as the others were doing. That is, until a startled gasp reached his ears. Swiveling about, his eyes widened as he saw Shade, crushed beneath a blazing tree branch. His only true friend, and his own packmate. Narrowing his eyes, Bain hissed, ”Shade!” and raced toward him, ignoring the stinging fire as he pulled the heavy bark away with his fangs. Taking one long look at Shade’s limp body, he heaved the other brute onto his shoulders and limped toward Yozoran camp.
Kar raced forward after his sister, licking Annelise’s ear encouragingly and trying to usher her after the pack. ”Come on- we can’t stay here!” he yelped, trying to keep his voice calm but instead sounding slightly desperate.
The rest of my wolves fled. X3

Annelise was not burning, not being scorched by the fingers of fire that reached out greedily towards the wolves, but her face resembled that of the wolves that were aflame. Her eyes were wide with horror, her mouth agape, looking as if she meant to scream but couldn't find her voice. She trembled as Bain took Shade away from the fires. I will ask Magic later, once we're done treating out own, if I can go the other packs and aquire the extent of the damage. Then I will be able to see Shade. Her face did not change as she turned and ran for the exit; her desperation only grew more pronounced.
Winter slipped through the howl, the terrible scent of singed fur rising up around them. She stood, eyes wide and somehow watering at Vance. "Why did you leave me, Vance? Why, love, why?" She murmured. "And why are there wolves burning if this is the afterlife? Was I really so bad I've become stuck in Hellfire? But if this is hell, than why are you, my paradise, here burning with me?"
Rye allowed himself to be dragged, unconscious, unaware, not awake.

Vance lowered his head, in shame, but this was a mistake: the large branch he held on his neck, stumbled down ontop of him, his legs buckling, he was pinned down, ribs held in one position, not able to breath in the suffocatian. He held his breath, trying to live long enough to tell her why. As he let out his breath he told her the story. "Visions have ruined my life. The visions of Julian, the visions of my other siblings, and of my mother. I was ruined, I didn't think I was good for you. I thought I was insane, and I was afraid that my insanity would hurt you one day." he was out of breath. His time was about up. "Le--eave pl-ease.." he gasped to her.
Anelie was almost there, but her adrenline was far from running now. She fell flat on her face, her muscular mate holding her back. She pulled trying to budge him, and only moving an inch. Suddenly two snapping noises announced the falling of two branches. She let go of Rye and hovered over him, protecting him in case one fell ontop of them. The two branches slammed down on her front feet, on either side of her and Rye. She was stuck, and in pain as well. Her eyes flew wide. She screamed. "RYE!! RYE WAKE UP! ESCAPE RYE! ESCAPE!!!" she screamed in his ear, kicking him with her backlegs as she was stuck, hovering over him. "WAKE UP! ESCAPE RYE!" seh screamed, tears running from her eyes. ""PLEASE RYE!!"

Iver launched himself from the Twilight Stone, still so dead and emotionless looking. And sounding. "Run, Yozorans! Homeward!" How could his voice not contain the fear, the sheer terror, that could have been engulfing the young wolf's mind right now? Well, it didn't. Iver raced away, disappearing into the thick smoke. The scent burned his nostrils, eyes tearing up as he made his way 'home'.
All my other wolves fled because I don't have time to write them all leaving right now.

Lirenia lept down and howled, "SHEERANS! FIND THE MAIN CAMP! I'LL FOLLOW YOU AND WATCH ALL!" The silver alphess padded toward a group of neophytes, " Go back to camp," she barked with a harsh tone. She blinked her eyes and tried to find the scents that were common to her, she could see nothing, she ran, she sprinted behind a group, a group she recignized as Flower's pups. Rye, Fang, Lily Pad, and Mythic was wondering around there too. She looked to Winter and them all, "Get the pack back NOW!" she howled and followed the groups of her pack.
A black shape sifted through the black soot and smog. Her eyes blinked wildly as she tried to see where she was going, it was her second fire in these lands that was so bad. She lived here before the packs did, she slipped into a hole somewhere and blinked her eyes, there wasn't any smoke in here. Her starry black pelt glittered it seemed, like the night sky. She looked around, where was she?

((heehee Lilly Pad already did that yay!)
Fang turned to Lirenia and nodded. Plus there was nothing else to do, his leader knew what to do. He ran off out of the smoke as fast as he could.

"NO, VANCE!" She shrieked, making herself heard over hell's roar. "I won't leave without you! Our pups need their father, all right? I don't care what you were doing before, just come home with me, come back with me, be with me!" She cried, desperate for him to hear her. As the branch fell and pinned her lover, her eyes flashed with determination. "I'm not letting you die here! Not unless you let me die too, which you won't, so this branch better get the fuck out of my way!" She charged, head down, ramming the log hard and skewing it slightly. She cringed as sparks licked her pelt, but she continued to shove at the object of her torment anyway.
"Aya....." a voice sighed softly. "I was wondering when you would come. Listen now, Aya. Listen as the pits of hell let loose their vermin on the earth. It has been centuries since some of them have stained the air with their rancid breathing, and for some, it has merely been days. Listen carefully, but only that." The voice was tired, withered, but there was something commanding about it, too.
Darkness suddenly shrouded the lands, the flames burning just as fiercely, if not more, but now the colors of the deepest night, impossibly black and dangerously invisible. Shapes slithered through gaps in the fires, hissings of beasts sounded from among the embers. "Oh where, oh were did the little packs go? Oh where, oh where could they be?" A snarl came from behind Annelise. She froze once more, terror sneaking up her spine like a spider. "Who's there?" She demanded sharply. "Oh, why lookie here! Daughter of that filthy filthy Siverian....ha! Filthy Siverians, true, true. She was their namesake, makes sense, don't it, eh? Yes, yes, well that's all well and good, but what, oh what shall I do with you? OH! I know! LET'S DANCE, LITTLE GIRL, DANCE!" She howled with pleasure, delighting in the scream that tore from Annelise as fangs plunged into her shoulder.

Vance screamed to her, over the roaring, eyes watching her with pain. "Winter! Leave, please! I'll get out I promise!" he cried. "I'll meet you back at camp!" Everything was black, and he begun to hear the voices of other wolves, the horrid voices of the deceased Hellfire inhabitants. "Please! Leave! Hurry! I'll get out, trust me!" he barked rapidly, trying to get her to go home, safe and sound.
The golden-speckled femora blinked, shocked by the sudden blackening. She heard a soft voice, and she strained her ears to hear the wolf. Aya noticed the hint of command all too clear in the withered voice, and she listened closer, her ears straining to their limits. Her head gave a slow nod, as she waited for the wolf to speak. It was hard to understand why she was trusting this voice that was so withered, maybe it was because she saw the intensity, and importance of what she was going to tell her hidden in the withered voice, and she knew it was only right to carry out why she was brought back here. There was importance in why she stood, crouching in this smoke-less hole; she was in these lands again for a reason, and she was needed to fulfill that reason.
