Coop narrowed his eyes, suspicious of Eurasia even after Featherswift announced her trust for the exiled Healer. Something doesn’t add up… wasn’t there an incident with a Hellfirian wolf somewhere along the line…? Racking his brain for the elusive memory, he was about to voice his doubts when Eurasia collapsed in a fit of strangled pleas for water. Well, she may be a loner and killer… but Sheerans aren’t cruel. The least we can do is provide her with water. “Umm… I think we crossed a small stream somewhere back there,” Coop offered, glancing over his shoulder in the direction of the packlands. “Think you can walk, Eurasia, or do we need to drag you there?”

Maline, still standing besides Coop and longing his attention, listened to the words being said. Eventually she really couldn't take it. "What's going on?" She whispered in his ear. --- "I can walk, I just had a little..." Not finishing her sentence, Eurasia slumped her way to Coop. "Lead the way." She muttered, tail dragging in the dirt. "This place is so big...and confusing. I can't find anything, and when I came here I was too tired to go look. Now all I know is I'm hungry and dehydrated. I'm kinda glad you guys came around. After all, you are my...friends...right? I mean, I'd understand any hostility or difficulties between us, all of us, but I really, reeaaally am sorry about...what I did. I can't even remember exactly why I did it, besides thinking she was...evil. But come on, Coop, Featherswift, er, the rest. You know I'd never hurt you guys! I had my reasons. Stupid ones, but reasons. And I'm sure you aren't doing this because you want to. In fact, you'd probably all be fine with leaving me to die." She spoke aloud, trying to start a conversation, but eventually spitting it all out. It was hard for her, lying like this for herself, and of course she did feel awful about her sins and she did have a friendship with each and every one of them, except those she didn't know. It was just that some things were more important than friendships... --- Gade moved into place next to Featherswift. "She can't be telling you the truth, not all of it. I just know it. Don't you agree? I mean, I don't necessarily have any proof, but its just so...there. For some reason I know she can't be trusted. I understand she's your friend and all, but please, don't give her too much information. Remember, Eurasia isn't a Pack member anymore. She's a rougue, an exile, for goodness sakes. She's not one of us. She's a killer and a lyer, and someone who can't be trusted. Who knows who she'll kill next. Featherswift, she could kill me, even you. I know it sounds like I'm being paranoid, but stay away from her. I...." He paused, thinking, then spoke in a whisper. "I don't want to loose you. Your my only friend. I want to protect you, because you interest me Featherswift. Your so...fascinating. Just be careful, okay?" (Okay, right about now my favorite thread is the search, but unfortunately I will be gone on a vacation (missions trip) to florida all next week. It's going to be fun, but I won't be able to post at all, including the search. I just wanted to make sure someone knew that so they didn't think I just bailed on it. Some of my charries (like Eurasia) are a big part in the thread right now, so if anyone wants to play them that's okay with me. I told featherswift what I was planning with Eurasia, at least most of it, so she can rp with her if she wants. I'm not saying you have to make it big or anything, but just do the basic so you're not waiting on me. Like, if we arrive at the stream, just make her drink some water, instead of waiting for me to come back or typing something big. Thankies! )

Eurasia started to talk into her ear and when she was done Featherswift flicked her ears. Could she trust Eurasia? The question started to form just a little, but threatening to rip open her maw. Then she noticed that no matter what her friend needed water and possibly food or she may not survive. She watched as Coop talked about where water was and Eurasia started to walk in the direction with everyone. When she was about to follow Gade started to talk to her, quietly. What he'd said to her made the question again form in her mind. Featherswift also was startled when he told her that he wanted to protect her and that she was facinating? At this she felt a little warm, but it went away when she took in what he'd said. He wanted her to stay away from Eurasia, her first friend. Yes, some things were questionable right now, but it was probably the thirst confusing her. She didn't know how to form that right now into words, about how she felt about everything, so instead she just looked at Gade with a reasurring look and padded foreward.

(I leave for FL tomorrow! See you guys in a week! I'll miss yooh!) =3
Gade noticed Featherswift's look and soaked it in. He nodded and padded a little ways forwards, an eye on Eurasia, but still close to Featherswift if she decided to speak. --- Maline patiently waited for Coop's answer, a little upset, and sneezed again. "Grrr..."

"Do you have anything to say for yourself? How about those innoccent young wolves your pack kidnapped?" Ah, screw it. Sylvana's not gonna know what they hell they're talking about. I'll get her out of this one, I suppose....ugh, she's so not worth it. Oh well, I'm thirsty for pack blood anyway... A scarlet tongue flickered across Babylonia's lips, curled in a ready snarl. She leaned back on her haunches and propelled her body at Luma--
Sylvana spat droplets of blood from the corner of her maw. "What in Verlust's name are you talking--" SLAM. Sylvana watched, dumfounded, as a rocketing Babylonia overtook her captor. The two writhed in the tall grass, flashes of blood and rumbling snarls shaking the brush. Slowly, she stood, and shook herself off. Well....I guess I do have selective good luck after all...that other one's probably coming back though... As if on cue, dark shapes protruded on all sides of the valley, two branching off from the watchers and dipping towards the cluster of wolves that surrounded Eurasia.
"Who the hell is that one, Bloodsbane?" The first pipped. She was a long and lanky femme, her voice cold and piercing. However, the ice seemed to melt as she trilled with amusement. Well, isn't this fun! The Sheerans have come out to play! "I dunno, never 'eard of her in my life, Arachna." The brute next to her was positively huge, rippling with tidal waves of scar and muscle. "She's the renegade Sheeran, dimwit! The one who killed her packmate and claims affiliation with us!" Arachna's snarl was one of disgust, whether it from Bloodsbane's slow mind or the rumors surorunding Eurasia was anyone's guess. If she wants to kill with us, then come right on in, but don't pretend to be something greater than you are! She felt a deep burning distaste for the she-wolf. She can fake it all she wants, but she's nothing to what we are. "All right. Let's head in for the kill!" Arachna and Bloodsbane huddled in the brush, waiting for the right time to strike...

Shaking his golden pelt, Coop caught the eye of Maline, and offered one of his signature grins in response. Okay, seriously… this opportunity is too good to pass up. Just look at how cute she is! Wait. No, no… down boy! What about saving Missing? Yeah? Well, no one said there would be distracting chicks on this little outing! After silencing the warring voices in his head (which amounted to simply twitching his ear), Coop fell in step with the other wolves as they headed for the stream, and quietly explained the situation to Maline. “Well, to be short… me and a few others are on a rescue mission of sorts, and we ran into… well, you and that other male, obviously, and Eurasia, who is an exiled packmate of mine.” He paused, glancing at the sky before returning his gaze to Maline. “…yeah, that probably doesn’t make any sense, but just roll with it, alright, babe?”
A mesh of black and white flared into existence out of the corner of his eye, and when he turned to actually look at what had come flying out of the brambles, he instantly realized that it was a wolf. A she-devil, more specifically, that was packing a lethal combination of fangs, claws, and bloodlust. “Luma!” Dallas cried out, eyes widening with shock. And to think, a few seconds ago, things were going so well… Abandoning Sylvana in favor of protecting a packmate, the brute leapt after Babylonia, throwing swipes and thrusting his fangs toward her, and hoping to catch some flesh between his jaws.
Finally slowing its gait as its point of destination grew closer and closer, the shadow ducked down and crawled forward, eyes narrowed. The aggressive snarling of war-hungry wolves sliced the air, and his prey was now stationary. There was no need to run, for the time being. So short a time in our parting, yet I felt an eternity separate us… my love, I am here. The figure approached, slowly shifting his weight as he ambled along so as to remain silent. Two wolves were engaged in battle—one of whom he instantly recognized—while another pursued them. And then…
Its eyes… His eyes lighted on the last form in the clearing. At long last! Zeffen stared at Sylvana, unable to recall what he had intended to do when he had first caught her scent and begun to track her. Simply content to watch her, moving about. Alive.

(( Well I don't think it's fair that nobody else can add things to the thread...they can still do whatever they're planning to do, this just adds depth to it )) Her lungs screamed for air, crushed under the weight of a second wolf as Dallas joined the brawl. She tumbled out from under them at last, chest heaving deeply. Sharp pains panged in her chest. Broken, bruised ribs....damnit. We need back up, there's probably more of them. She struggled to a stand and threw back her head. a great howl echoed in the fading night sky, a howl of sharp warning, a howl of beckoning. Please come! We need help, now! She dropped into a crouch once more, lunging at Babylonia's back. The she-devil was swarmed by a second wolf, Sheeran claws raking across her neck. Three identical scars now laced there, but the blood drawn was minimal. She battered him back with wildly thrashing claws, shrieking in agony as thorns sunk into the flesh of her back. She careened and twisted away from her captors, sliking into a defensive stance. A streak of red flashed out of the corner of her eye, but Babylonia felt no need to watch Sylvana as she made a breathless flight. So you've chosen your place, have you then, Sylvana? The howl came -- not Babylonia's, but the signal they'd been waiting for regardless. Flying from the brush came the trow great wraiths. Bloodsbane crashed down on Coop, the enormous brute using his size to his advantage. Arachna was like an inky snake, flinging herself at Gade and delivering a venemous bite before backing a safe distance away and circling, plotting her next blow. She turned and ran without a glance in Babylonia's direction. Pelting away into the early morning pastels, she felt her insides turn in turmoil. What have I done? A scent flooded past her nostrils, warm, familiar, but faint. What would Zeffen say if he saw me now? She froze, alone in the woodlands, panting. What would he say?

(Whoa.... Intense.) His mind wandering to the direction they walked, an eye still on Featherswift, Gade smelled something stranged with the breeze. Some amount of time must have passed, because when his focus came back he sensed something that was not....good. But before he could even say anything, two figures leaped out, one coming onto him, another on Coop. Gade yelped with surprise as wolves jumped out of nowhere. He was so scared he almost screamed, it being silenced by a blow from a wolf. It had the same scent it did....at the battle. Hellfirians. But before his assualt he had heard a howl, a cry for backup. Was Luma in trouble? Had Hellfire wolves invaded? Ignoring the stinging blow he'd recieved from his enemy, Gade turned to face it. Growling and spitting, his muscles immedately tensed for battle, to sink his teeth into another's flesh. Finally, this is what he'd been waiting for. The moment when he would be able to prove everything he'd learned and never forgotten. What he was proud of. "You dirty rotten flea bag!" Flinging himself with incredible streangth onto the demon, Gade landed on the wolf's back, digging his claws in and out of it's skin. "Save your energy..." He muttered quietly. Rage and the longing to fight overwhelmed him, a powerful and anxious glow to his eyes. His teeth were bared, snarling viciously, all his tactics of fighting coming together to be unleashed. This would be his proud moment to show what he had, to show what he knew, and to show all that he had practiced. Right now, his internal voice was saying "I'm the best fighter here, and I'll kill every BloodMist here!" Until something came across that thought. "Oh dear Lupus..." He mumbled. Still with his grip locked on the BloodMist's back, his gaze tore rapidly to Featherswift. And, not knowing if it was imagination or reality, he thought he saw a dark figure lurking behind her, ready to spring. Hallucination or not, he had to act. No, he didn't come here to find Missing, he didn't come here to fight and show what he was good at, Gade came to protect his only friend. "NO!" He screamed, crying with anguish and fear, lunging all the way to Featherswift, landing directly in front of her with a skidding halt. And once again his haunches tensed, breathing sharply, head low and body still with the preperation of defending. But instead of staring into the face of what could be imagination or not, probably imagination, he stared into Featherswift's eyes, gleaming with pure nothingness, and the coldness of a wolf that was dead and had absolutely no personality. It beamed at her, nothing showing at all, except the promise he held forever. "I will keep you safe." That was all it said, and he said nothing, sure that the message was comprehended. --- Maline nodded as Coop spoke, still confused. "But wait," She asked, smirking at the name 'babe', "why exactly are th--" And a yelp of shock was let out as a wolf, charging right past her, flung itself onto Coop. She let out a horrified scream, the kind you'd hear on a horror movie. It was long, petrifying, and it was so scary that it froze her very own body. There was nothing she could do, right? It was all way to fast, but seemed so slow, and it went by like a dream. "OH MY--" Once again she was interrupted, simply from noticing the handsome wolf called Gade fling himself in protectence to another fae. It kind of made her jealous, but at the moment she was too scared to even feel anything. But what she looked at mainly drove her mad. The site of Coop being overwhelmed by the huge body mass was terrifying. Instinctivly, she leaped up, it being a hesitant and unprepared jump, and body slammed the big BloodMist. Whoever these wolves were, she would try to make them leave, not only to protect the closest wolf, but to make sure that she didn't lose anymore friends. Sure, she didn't know Coop at all, but she planned on knowing him, and it would hurt to much to be abandoned again. And once more it would be her fault, because she did nothing. That's why there was nothing else to do to prevent that. Fight. --- As she watched what happened in front of her, it froze her to the ground. Eurasia was simply appaled at everything that happened. "Why the Hellfire are they here now?" She barked in a whisper. It was unreal. First she was close to death, then by some odd chance her Packmates come along, and now there were Hellfirians here. It made her sort of angry. But what would she do? There were so many choices with so many consequences. One: She could sit back and watch as the Pack wolves were pummeled, but loose her trust with Featherswift. Two: She could fight along side the Hellfirians, but suffer the same consequence. Three: She could fight along side the Sheerans, but only risk being attacked by the Hellfirians herself. But there was one more choice, a choice that had consequences, but ones that were preventable. She could simply run away, but there were too many flaws to that plan. One: She could be chased down by a BloodMist and killed. Two: She could get lost and starve. Three: She could loose her trust with Featherswift by abandoning her. Four: She could completely mess up her scheme. But, as said before, they were preventable, right? Still, though her mind leaned to this option, she chose something else. Stay still. Just freeze, watch, and do nothing. Because that was all she could do. Right now she was so surprised, so weak, and so upset, that there was no way she could run or fight. She watched, still standing by Coop, with her eyes locked on Featherswift as she was confronted by Gade. Her best friend was in danger, her allies were here, and her potential enemies were here too. The options ran and ran through her head, though she could not move.

They were closing in to the stream, Coop noted, but his attention was mostly focused on the fae beside him. Eyes gleaming, like twin blue diamonds, he watched her, wondering how long she would tag along with the Sheeran patrol. Because if Missing doesn’t turn up, there’d always be this one… And, just like that, a wall of muscle plowed him over. Multiple stakes sliced through the flesh between his shoulders and his spine, and Coop released a yelp of shock, his distressed cry muffled as the weight of his attacker forced him to the ground. No one saw this monster coming? Seriously? He’s as big as a freaking moose, for Lupus’ sakes!! In the moments it took for Coop to recollect his thoughts and respond to the assault, he noticed that Maline had pitched in, and was currently slamming into Bloodsbane. For a brief moment, Coop felt the pressure lessen on his back, and he took advantage of it. The golden brute tore from the brute’s grasp, pulling out from under the wolf and slashing out blindly in Bloodsbane’s direction as he did so. “Whoa, buddy! You’ve gotta lose some weight!” he woofed, shoving back the cowardly voices that screamed for him to run away, and trying to ignore the hole in his back as it began to bleed.
“Agh!” Dallas recoiled for a moment, loosening his grip as a fury of claws blinded his vision. One blow grazed his lower eyelid while another cut fiercely across his chest. But his protective instincts had kicked in, and there was no way he’d back off and give Babylonia the chance to finish off his packmates. Not unless she kills me. After recovering from the burning sensation that plumed beneath the wounds, Dallas ducked down, his torso scooping low to the ground. Then, within seconds, he extended his legs and sprung, leaping up at Babylonia, and aiming towards the head.
Sylvana made a swift exit, Zeffen retreating into the shadows as she fled into the night. A shaded look crossed his eyes, and he glanced silently from the direction that Sylvana had made her escape, and back to Babylonia. I could follow her now, but is that really such a great idea? If I run after her now, they will notice me, and either give chase or use my scent to track us. I could find a way around, which could mean losing the trail, but it could also reunite us. Possibly. But with BloodMist and the packwolves swarming the area, wouldn’t it be best if they didn’t know where I am? Sylvana’s trail was avoiding BloodMist wolves, and she just ran away without helping Babylonia… she must not want to be involved with them. I wonder why...? Oh, well... doesn't matter now. I'll ask her soon enough. I should stay hidden… track her slowly. When we’re out of here, we’ll both be safe. I haven’t spoken with her in ages. I can wait a small while longer. Retracing his steps, Zeffen quietly picked his way back through the underbrush, trying to put distance between himself and the warring wolves before making his way toward Sylvana. Soon, my love… soon.

((I know Sivveh I was just saying don't KILL us as a joke. Sorry I was sort of out of it when I typed that. ^^ I really liked how the Blood Misties made it interesting. Sorry for being confusing again. )) As the group was walking toward the water source a smell hit her nose and made it feel as if it was burning off. It was so familiar from the battle, except no blood mixed with it. She turned around to warn them all when wolves burst out and attacked. Hellfirians! Featherswift watched as they took Coop down and lashed out at Gade. This can't be happening so quickly. What happened to spying? she thought in a rush as she turned into a defense position. She growled at the wolves, showing teeth. Out of amazement she saw Gade fight back at the Hellfirian and yell that it was a Blood Mist. Then Maline helped Coop in front of her. Snapping out of it she ran to help Gade and he met her half-way. "Glad your safe," she barked and looked for Eurasia. Certainly she hadn't run away? Her eyes met her friends' and saw that the femme was safe. Coop and Maline managed to get the othe wolf off. Then looking around at all the Blood Mists' she dared them to take her on with her eyes and teeth. Featherswift would defend her friends, but they needed back-up she noticed. Lifting her head, she let out a distress howl. It was clear in the sky as she looked back down. The Sheerans were in bad territory right now. Who would strike next? Her ears stayed up and her tail high. They'd not scare her easily and she'd fight to her last breath. ((lol almost a line from 300...doesn't this remind of the movie? A little patrol against a lot of Blood Misties ready to fight to the death? XD))

Missing was pretty much asleep most of the time with Blood Mist. They were hard on everyone though, not just her. Her hope was lost. Stupid brute who made her think that harsh word. What was his name again? Flisk? Something like that. If it was, she'll blame him, she only has a figure of the male who crushed her spirit when they were taken away from the battle.
She yawned as most of the Blood Mist wolves started to head to a certain spot and started fighting. With who though? Miss got up and stretched and stood on a slightly bigger rock for her to see what was happening. It looked like some of her pack. It smelled like them too. It had to be. AND LOOK! There's Coop? she thought to herself. Couldn't tell if it was him, it was from a distance but it smelled like him, oh Lupis, she missed Coop so so much. Her tail started wagging uncontrolably though.
Words crushed her again. Not from Flisk because she couldn't really find him but from Coop, love. He was right next to Melina, it seemed to her that the whole world was on mute and she could only hear him. Babe? He called her babe. Tears came down from her eyes, to her muzzle, to the ground. She turned around and started running, deeper in the cave.
She liked Coop more than anyone (besides her sister of course). And it looked from her point of view that he decided to choose someone else when she was only less than a quarter mile away. She was a white dot! How couldn't he see her or smell her from anywhere? Missing continued running. It was a good chance to run anyways. Maybe the BloodMist wolves would go after her deeper in the cave so there would be less wolves to fight. Either way it was a win win situation for BloodMist, there wouldn't be a point of chasing her if she was still their's. Wouldn't it?

Maline snarled viciously at Coops attacker, lunging forward and giving blows with her teeth. She waited for its next move, when it would probably give her a powerful whack and knock her backwards a few feet, and maybe even kill her. Seriously, this wolf was HUGE. Enormous, and she had never before seen a wolf its size. It kind of reminded her of one of her pack mates, where there was no leader, and everyone was carefree and brilliant. It looked like the one who had left her because of her new responsibility and rules, her deserter. In fact, it seemed like so long ago she couldn't even remember his name. "Just leave us alone, we didn't do anything to you!" She mumbled so it couldn't hear, even though she had intended the wolf to.

(Er...Missing was in a cave, wasn't she?? The whole pack didn't get up and leave, Nighty...there are still a ton of other Blood Mists that would be gaurding it =\ If you want her to be rescued you would have to rp it from there -- it's slight godmodding otherwise. And wolves who are rping with me, please try to wait until I post to keep rping what your characters are doing -- at least give them a chance to respond before you repeatedly maul them, as it's very unlikely they would just stand there while this is all happening. ) Gade delivered his blows, but Arachna was serpintine and swift. She shifted and slammed Gade to the ground before he squirmed away to the side of some fae. She turned her glare from the pair to Eurasia, hateful shards glinting there. An ethereal, jaguar roar echoed from her fanged jaws, and like liquid she poured down on Eurasia and brought her incisors close to her neck. "I believe, you, my dear, are guilty for plaigerism. YOU would be lucky if we accepted you into our ranks. You DO NOT work in our name unless we accept you. You'd be lucky...and far less wreckless! You would be trained to hone your senses or killed and tossed away. Your killing of Moonset gave us a diversion, so I may still spare you, but it was sloppy, and done with pitiful skill. Make your choice now," she hissed." Bloodsbane was attacked from both ends -- Maline and Coop on either of his flanks, though both considerably outsized. Titanic as Bloodsbane was.....memoirs and recounts of legend tell us he was not a brute of mind power. After all, he did believe Lupus' kid was his....even though he and Redfang both had russet red pelts and Death was purely black. Oh, and his "son" also executed him. Wonder if he ever figured out Redfang was seeing someone else... Bloodsbane was disgruntled at the sight of two wolves battling him at once. His great, hateful eyes narrowed, he swung a vast paw at their heads, the whack hard and direct. He kicked out at Maline with a hindpaw, a caterwaul peeling from his lungs as they snapped into his flesh.

((oh.... Wow. I feel unintelligent from not knowing that. My bad. Moonset, I guess we have to change things lol. I'm only going to change some things in my posts and them modify this post to make it go along. Wait. No I wont. After what you said Sivvy, it went through my mind. ^_^ OK I modified it, I just changed the surroundings in my post in a cave and instead of running out of the cave, she's going deeper. It's still running, but at least it's not outside.))
